Food was very good! True Peruvian food with real flavor. Service was great by the entire staff. We went at lunch when it wasn’t too busy when we got there but definitely filled up soon.

Decided to give this place a try, and I am glad I did! The food was excellent, and it was very affordable. The lentil soup was delicious, and the chicken bowl was overflowing with food. You can’t beat the value in this meal. I will definitely be back.

I would like to mention that we enjoyed the delicious plates of the seafood rice and steak arepas that included natural mango juices and strawberry juices. I highly recommend this place for you as the food was wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone.

The arepa de lomo saltado is just out of this world. We can't get enough of this place and their friendly servers. A must if you're in Miami and want great Venezuelan food.

Bocas is a great option to go either for lunch or happy hour for drinks. The food is delicious and have plenty of options for lunch and drinks. My favorite dishes are the arepas and chaufa rice. Their desserts coupled with their coffee is a great combo. Service is outstanding. Stephanie and Andrea always provide the best service.

The food and service were fantastic. Waitress was helpful in helping us select good that we would enjoy. The food was amazing and tasted fantastic. The atmosphere inside the place was good, nothing to complain about. But outside, the dingy strip mall atmosphere was apparent. However, this feels like the place is a small jewel hidden in the rough. Overall, would recommend.

We really enjoyed eating at this restaurant. This place is very relaxed, coffee shop setting, kind of informal but the food is very delicious. They have a new concept of gourmet Latin food. They offer lunch specials and the portions are great. We had a delicious juice and also a Chicha, one of the best things I've had in my life. Definitely coming back next time we are in Miami.

Outstanding service from Katherine. Amazed to taste what otherwise is a traditional dish so finely made that elevates this cuisine to a fusion gourmet status. Was not expecting much and was rewarded with one of the best flavors so far this year. The sangria is real sangria, home made, not a premade mix with real fruit and that traditional Spaniard wine that take our senses to Barcelona.

Excellent place to try new things if you're not Venezuelan, if you are Venezuelan you're going to love them but they will not be the same as back home. My waiter was Luis, super nice guy, made good offers from the menu but I already knew what I was going for: Reina pepiada. It's my favorite Venezuelan arepa and if you come to Bocas, you must try it.

I love bocas grill. Question for the owner/manager i recently came with my sister and i ordered the dulce de leche churro milkshake and it was great, but the churros were rock hard. Ive never had churros so i thought thats how they were supposed to be. I looked at other pictures in comparison to mine and mine is dark and all the other are light brown. Soooo were mine burnt or what??? Still love this place i understand things happen i was just curious. Thanks Bocas

The non-frozen sangria was good. The picana steak was actually cooked perfectly to my request of medium. The ceviche was great. Can’t say any negative. We will likely return.

Pricey little establishment, but worth it! Most plates could easily serve 2 to 3 people. The food was excellent and easily one the best I've had in the area.

I went on Valentine's day. It was super busy. I had to wait 1 hour for a table. However the quality of food they deliver they deserve a much larger restaurant space. It's small inside the restaurant. The food was excellent, the server was nice but didn't understand English and basic questions. The guy that came to answered my question was very knowledgeable of the ingredients. Which saved my life I had no idea they put oyster juice in the steak meat they put on the arepa. And I'm extremely allergic to shell fish. They made it without that ingredient and it still was good. I enjoyed my visit and I would visit again. The desserts are AWESOME!😍

Pretty good arepas! Had the shredded beef with the poached egg on top. The egg was cooked to perfection and the shredded beef with yellow cheese melts in your mouth. We also ordered a Nutella churro milkshake. The churros was delicious but I did find the milkshake a bit too sweet for myself, I’m not usually a sweets kind of girl. Only reason I am giving 4 stars was because the green tea had a bit too much lemon and the milkshake was too sweet.

The food is good. Most of the food items are expensive for the location and restaurant type. A meal her is Same or more than for example cheesecake Factory.

Got to visit this location today let’s start by saying the server was very nice and was quick with everything . Food was ok but I would say not like it used to be in other locations . The music was so low you could hear everything that was going on at the table next to you and also didn’t make you feel comfortable to talk

Terrible place. I went to the one on Kendall and had an awful experience. They gave me a reins pepeada arepa with a very dark and damage avocado. So, after this I decided to try this one at Doral. But unfortunately was the same thing. The food very salty and they gave me an old plate, old scratch and broken which can hold bacterias. So, it is very disappointed that a restaurant of this category doesn’t care about the minimal details.

First time here was great couple of years ago. Last Friday night 11/10 food wasn’t even on pair with the prices. $110 for the tomahawk steak, (I wouldn’t mind the price IF the damn steak didn’t taste burnt. PS: ordered Medium Rare) You know in chipotle when you get those little burned meat pieces that ruin your entire meal? Well, that was it. The chorizos were burnt as well, they had to replace them. I’m guessing this happens when you are not keeping the grill clean. If you are charging premium prices, you MUST deliver premium service - every time. Wine and service was good at least :)

Very disappointed today, I usually go to bocas grill at least once a month because I love the food its presentation so much. But today the quality of the food, presentation and service were terrible. First I sat down and ordered my food with the waiter (an arepa llanera), then i waited an hour to get the food, I kept seeing how tables that kept arriving after me got their food and I didn't. Finally when my food arrives, it was very disappointing looking. nothing like what they announce on their menu or social media (mind you I had an arepa here before and it was amazing). the dessert was fine, as expected. I also ordered a special cappuccino, when it arrived it was a regular coffee, I told them that was not what I ordered. they left to change it and came back minutes later to say they had ran out. it was just terrible today. I am attaching what they have on instagram as their arepa llanera and what I got. (I am having computer problems and my pictures are loading repeatedly lol sorry)

The inside of the restaurant is kinda dark. The food smelled and tasted burned. The tostones are frozen. The lomo Saltado no Bueno. The entire meal is will give it a 4.5/10. Not recommended

You can feel the sogginess off of your phone screen. This is what we get after ordering Uber eats, I don’t know if it is their fault or the driver fault, if it is Uber eats fault, they need to take them out of their delivery service partners, because it was totally unworthy Editing to reply : Lol, Lizzy? Okay. I said I ordered Uber eats, I didn’t visit I placed my order Friday at 10:30 am Uber eats said I will receive my order by 11:30 I received it at 12. Thanks

Tuve una experiencia absolutamente desagradable en Bocas Grill. Pedimos un pan de jamón y, al recibirlo, nos encontramos con que estaba completamente dañado y cubierto de moho. Es inaceptable que un restaurante ofrezca productos en tan malas condiciones. Cuando lo comentamos con el personal, su única solución fue ofrecernos otro pan de jamón (algo que, por supuesto, jamás comería después de esto) o invitarnos a ir al restaurante a comer sin saber la calidad ni la frescura de su comida. Fue realmente indignante, fue asqueroso recibir algo en tan mal estado. La calidad y la higiene son lo mínimo que se puede esperar, y lamentablemente, esta vez no fue el caso. No recomendaría este lugar a nadie
