Cava is an essential new addition in Brickell, as it offers both healthy and appropriately priced food options. Cava is expected to perform well in this market. The staff always greets customers with a genuine welcome, especially Chanea and Jared. Cava's hospitality is differentiated by allowing customers to receive extra toppings in their bowls. Drinks are amazing, too; I recommend trying its fresh Blueberry Lavender beverage.

Food tasted fresh and the service was great. It was my first time going and they guided me through the process and how their restaurant works. Definitely will be returning to cava for more!

It’s amazing how the staff remembers me every time I come in especially since they’re always busy so I really appreciate always feeling welcomed. The service is always super fast, I never have to wait long even when the queues are long. And best of all, the food and quality is always extremely exceptional. The food is good, even though I order the bowl with avocado they didn’t have it. I asked the lady to make it up with a small drink but she didn’t have a good attitude about it and still charged me the drink. The reason was that I ordered the avocado bowl because that’s what I mostly wanted “avocado”.

My bowl looked like Cava is struggling …. No one else’s did though , just mines I asked for more lettuce and hummus because at that point it was giving I came for a salad :) no bag was offered either so I stayed and ate there

Was a frequent customer in NY. The service was really slow at this location (took forever), staff didn’t seem to know what’s going on (couldn’t answer simple questions), and i’ve never in my life gotten such small portion sizes. Rice and lentil split was insane. Paid $16 and had to get chipotle after. Shame.

We love this place , but this place was not consistent with all others. We arrived 25 min before closure and they had the grill cleaned already and off. All their toppings were empty and told us they didn’t have more. When we complained they pulled more out. Their meats were all cold, the workers were bothered by us arriving at this time. Great location, horrible service and food that was cold and sloppy

I've been to the NYC locations and they are a smooth operations but not this one. i know you just opened but management listen, you need to train your employees better and instill a sense of urgency. first time i went, I actually left because the line moved too slow. Today, i actually waited through it and it took me 30 minutes to get a bowl! The same line in NYC would've taken me 10 min tops. I am a brickell native and unless you manage to improve your operation, this won't be a regular spot for me.

plan to arrive earliest 15 to 30min after scheduled pickup time during lunch hours. they extremely rarely get it done on time. very annoying to show up there and to wait. the worst i ever had was 1 hour (!) delay. tens of people usually waiting to pickup their food, sometimes you cant even get in. also not recommended to go to order, since the line is ridiculous and for sure it takes at least 20min if not more until it is your turn to order/pay the food, portions and price are very good. staff is nice too and try their best, but they are understaffed 2 stars for this terrible pickup experience

I ordered food at 1230 for pick a 1:15pm. It’s 1:52pm and not only did I have to pay for additional parking, I still don’t have my food. I understand things happen but this has to be a joke.

My rating has nothing to do with the food, but rather, the experience with the staff here. I ordered the avocado harissa bowl as it comes. One of the workers accidentally put the wrong toppings on and when I pointed it out she asked if I would like her to remake it, so I said yes. The lady at the register was so mad at me for having the bowl remade that she was huffing and puffing and aggressively put my order in a bag, handed it to me, and waved her hand “bye” in my face. I honestly have no words for the situation that didn’t need to be that big of a deal. I would happily go to another cava location again but not return to Brickell with the unprofessionalism I experienced.

I'll be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

They are always late on pickup orders. You select a time on the app, then wait for your time and then half an hour later the food is not ready.

The personnel at the Brickell location are over the place. The rutine to prepare online orders are a disaster. The portions or the double protein requests are a joke. This was the worst experience. If I could give less than one star, I would. I placed an online order at 12:30 PM, and at 1:38 PM I was informed that the driver had arrived to pick it up. After waiting another 22 minutes, my order was suddenly canceled by the restaurant. Despite all the bad reviews, I decided to give this location a chance since I’ve had good experiences at other locations — but I was completely disappointed. Save yourself the frustration and don’t order from this location.

The food quality is very good and I know because how it sits in my stomach that may sound funny ...but the management is not very good they seem to be out of brown rice a lot... And that seems to be poor planning.. the line is very slow at least 20 the 30 minutes online and then to find out they're out of brown rice which is not very good there's definitely room for improvement...
