We had such a wonderful experience, and Rafael truly made it exceptional. We were seated at the bar, and from the very beginning he was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. He gave us excellent food recommendations especially the baklava for dessert, which was absolutely delicious, and the main dish he suggested was perfect. Everything he recommended exceeded our expectations. Rafael’s service was warm, professional, and genuinely thoughtful. He made us feel comfortable and well taken care of, and he truly elevated our entire dining experience. We are so grateful for his hospitality and would absolutely come back because of him!

Doya is a much modern Aegean restaurant and bar in the Wynwood neighborhood and you shouldn’t miss this. It has a vibrant atmosphere with great indoor dining area and outdoor patio seating. They also received a Michelin Bib Gourmand. We enjoyed the food and the handcrafted cocktails. The staff seemed friendly and answered all our questions with the menu. We ordered their Muhammara, Spicy Yogurt, Roasted Cauliflower, and a N/A Manhattan along with a side of rice and bread. Everything was delicious. I definitely recommend this place!

The restaurants is spacious and beautifully decorated. I love the live DJ. The music was a nice touch. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. The cocktail were delicious and nicely crafted. The dishes were ordered to share. Small portion sizes, but very flavorful. Everyone in my group was very impressed with the cuisine. We can't wait to go back and try more dishes.

Amazing experience at DOYA Miami. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed by the warm, smiling hospitality team. We had a beautiful table outside in the courtyard, and the service throughout the evening was top-notch. Agnieszka was fantastic, and the manager personally checked in on us, which made us feel truly cared for. We asked the team to surprise us with dishes based on our dietary requirements, and every single choice was outstanding. Perfect place to share food, connect with friends and feel looked after. The non-alcoholic Negroni is hands down the best I’ve ever had. Extremely accommodating and attentive. We’ll definitely be back, highly recommended. ❤️

This restaurant offers a wonderful overall experience. The ambiance is cozy, vibrant, and thoughtfully designed, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your time. Despite being quite busy, the service was excellent—the staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The food truly stands out. Every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared, which explains why the restaurant attracts such a crowd. Reservations are highly recommended, as walk-ins may face a long wait. We booked through OpenTable, which made the experience seamless. One of the highlights is the wide variety of menu options, including many vegetarian choices. I don’t eat onion or garlic, and the kitchen was happy to accommodate this request without compromising taste. Each dish had its own unique flavor profile, and the sauces and cooking techniques were especially impressive. Although the portions appear small at first, the meals are surprisingly filling. By the end, it was hard to finish everything, which made the experience even more satisfying. Our visit felt extra special since we were on vacation, and the atmosphere added to the enjoyment. Our server also shared the meaning behind the restaurant’s name, “Doya,” which comes from a language that reflects the idea of being content and nourished by food—a beautiful concept that truly matches the dining experience. I would absolutely recommend visiting this place. Make a reservation, explore different dishes, and enjoy a memorable meal.

We ventured out of our comfort zone and braved the business of Miami’s Wynwood and Doya was worth every bite. The drinks were unique with a combination of flavors that were a first for us. We forwent the apps and veggies and went right to the grilled combo and feasted our hearts out. Meltem was wonderful, always checking in and so kind through out the whole dining experience. The restaurant was very private with seamless flow of indoor and outdoor dining. Highly recommend and worth the hassle to enjoy these incredible flavors!

We had an amazing experience at Doya. Igor, our server, was incredible—knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely helpful in guiding us through the menu and choosing great dishes to share. With such an exotic and international menu, having a server who truly knows the food made all the difference. The restaurant itself is beautiful and creates a great atmosphere for dining. Every dish we tried was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. An all-around excellent experience, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

I visited Doya Restaurant in Miami to celebrate my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. The food was authentic and flavorful. The lamb chops were incredibly juicy and tender, melting right in my mouth. Dessert was just as impressive fresh, delicious, and the perfect ending to the meal. The best part is that they serve halal meat, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, everything was top-notch, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate. Highly recommend!

Doya has a great vibe with a cool DJ and atmosphere. The food was overall delicious, and as a Turkish person, I approve the taste of most dishes. The Doya kebab was reminiscent of Cağ kebabı, and the roasted eggplant was very unique. Manti was decent, and the yaprak sarması was İzmir-style with lighter seasoning. The baklava short rib was an interesting combination, more like su böreği. My only concern was the baklava itself—the syrup felt overly sweet, possibly corn syrup—but the staff handled it very well and removed it from the bill. Great service, and I’ll definitely be back.

A friend treated us to this amazing experience at wynwood for turkish/greek food. Where did I start? Besides the amazing food our waiter from Italy was just amazing at his job. He made the expierence a night to remember. My favorite dish was the spicy yogurt and the lamb chops. Only dish that not 5 star was the tabouli. But everything else was even better than 5 star.

Luana was our server and the service was simply amazing. Super attentive, kind, and always with such a warm, positive energy. She paid attention to every detail, gave great recommendations, and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. Doya: Where I Accidentally Ate the Entire Mediterranean Doya is what happens when someone says, “Let’s just get a few small plates,” and then 47 dishes later you’re questioning your life choices… in the best possible way. First of all, the short rib baklava (yes, SHORT. RIB. BAKLAVA.) is the kind of dish that makes you pause mid-bite and stare at the table like, “Are we allowed to experience this much joy in one sitting?” Sweet, savory, flaky, rich — it’s basically a mic drop wrapped in phyllo dough. The lamb chops? Perfectly charred, juicy, and seasoned like they were raised listening to Mediterranean love songs. I didn’t order them — they ordered me. And then there’s the Kraken drink. I don’t know what ancient sea sorcery is in that glass, but it arrives looking innocent and leaves you texting your friends, “I live here now.” It’s dangerously smooth — like if Poseidon opened a cocktail bar. Everything here is wood-fired, smoky, bright, and aggressively delicious. You’ll start with dips and warm bread and somehow end up debating whether you have room for grilled octopus, because obviously you do. Doya isn’t dinner. It’s a culinary group chat where every dish has main character energy. Go hungry. Bring friends. Order too much. Regret nothing.

Went here for dinner with my party of four during peak dinner. Upon receiving menus we were given ample time to make our decisions. We were provided complementary bread while sitting at the entertaining “kitchen counter.” Where we got to see the chefs preparing breads, meats, fish and topping dishes in an open kitchen. Dinner was served warm and well presented. I ordered the Adana Kebap and it was tender. The other dishes my party ordered were great too. The olive oil on the tables was exceptional/rich and served as a great condiment. I even tried to look up where I could buy it. Service was welcoming and very friendly.

What an amazing place. Yes it is expensive and it is worth it. The money goes into staffing, plenty of people all gloriously trained in customer service. Into atmosphere which is both warm and opulent at the same time. The chairs are supper comfy I could have stayed all night. Ok and then there is the food. Creative and delicious you will eat combinations you never thought of much less eaten. (Of course if you are not Turkish although I bet even for some of you). Even the cocktails I have never seen some of the combinations. If I was wealthy it would be a staple even worth traveling from Boca.

SO YUMMY! Doya is an outstanding restaurant with authentic Turkish cuisine and incredible flavors! The ambience and decoration are beautiful and the atmosphere makes the dining experience so special. They have a large variety of unique crafted cocktails (they even have sophisticated menu with the picture of them) and some of my favorite dishes were the Pide with Truffle along with the Baked Feta, Greens & Fig salad. There are plenty of options for vegetarians and everything we tried was delicious. The service was excellent and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Mediterranean and Turkish food.

This place kicks major boots. From the moment we walked in, this place announced itself as a true top-end seafood destination—elegant without being pretentious, vibrant without being loud. The freshness of the seafood is unmistakable; every dish tastes like it went from ocean to plate with zero compromise. Perfectly balanced flavors, immaculate presentation, and a menu that shows real confidence in both classic technique and creative flair. A huge part of what made the evening exceptional was Jennifer, our server. She was polished, genuinely warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on, her timing flawless, and she somehow made attentive service feel effortless. Jennifer elevated the entire experience and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. This is the kind of restaurant you plan an evening around—ideal for celebrations, date nights, or anytime you want seafood at its absolute best. Impeccable food, beautiful atmosphere, and standout service. We’ll be talking about this meal for a long time—and asking for Jennifer when we return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We came to celebrate by mother-in-law’s 70th birthday. We had a reservation, and got seated right away. We decided to seat inside because it was hot and humid outside. We ordered a few non-alcoholic drinks, which were very refreshing. Jenifer took great care of us. She recommended the Octopus, Short-rib baklava and the Dorada special , and she was absolutely on point. We also ordered the roasted eggplant (babaganoush), Pide with Trouffles (cheese flatbread), roasted cauliflower, fried calamar and the Doya Delight. Everything was great, but I wouldn’t order the calamari next time. They were perfectly cooked, but I wasn’t a fan of the batter. We had also ordered the musaka, but we ended up canceling because it was too much food. We will definitely come back and ask for Jennifer if she has room in her section.

Honestly, the food here has been amazing. I mean, the appetizers just kept coming, and each one was delicious. The octopus was perfectly cooked, and the salad dressing was incredible. And don't even get me started on the desserts – so fresh and tasty. The coffee was really strong and good, too. Cocktails were fine, but the wine was really good. Service: 9/10 Food:10/10

5 Stars – A Mediterranean Gem in Miami! Doya absolutely blew us away with its incredible food, warm service, and inviting ambiance. Every dish we ordered was a masterpiece — the fig salad was fresh and vibrant, the muhammara rich and perfectly spiced, and the branzino carpaccio was delicate and bursting with flavor. But the true standout was the short rib baklava — a brilliant twist on tradition that left us speechless. We finished our meal with a beautifully brewed Turkish coffee and the Aegean tart, both the perfect ending to a flawless experience. The atmosphere is chic yet cozy, and every staff member made us feel welcomed and cared for. The owner is a true gem — gracious, attentive, and clearly passionate about sharing authentic flavors and hospitality. Doya isn’t just a restaurant — it’s an experience. We can’t wait to come back!

This place was recommended to me 8 years ago, and we’re finally here for lunch. A standout!!! Sat on the patio, had Jennifer as our server (friendly, helpful, efficient). Loved the atmosphere and the food and drink. Can recommend the Deep Sea Kraken, Taverna, Fresh Artichoke Botuoms, Baked Feta, and Wood-fired Chicken Thigh. We are not local, but we will recommend to others and be back next visit!

Everything was excellent, especially the service. Our server was attentive without being overbearing -- we never felt rushed and also never lacked for anything. Dishes came out as they were ready, which was fun, but at one point we had 7 plates on the table and it was a bit much. Next time I'd order 3-4 to start and add more. Food highlights: the stuffed peppers, Muhammara, Brussels sprouts, and roasted cauliflower were outstanding. The house salad was fresh and balanced nicely with the rest. The short rib baklava was rich, creative, and exactly as you'd imagine. Branzino carpaccio was good but a bit thicker than expected, so I'd try something else next time. Cocktails were excellent -- this is definitely the place to explore the menu instead of sticking to basics. We also enjoyed a great bottle of wine with dinner. Desserts (pistachio baklava and pistachio ice cream) were quality and showed the care in ingredients. I also appreciated that they had true 2-top tables, not just bench seating like so many places. Overall an A+ experience and one of my top 10 dining experiences of 2025. Can't wait to return and try more dishes.

From the moment we stepped into DOYA, we were transported. The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between modern and inviting, but it was the food, drinks, and impeccable service that made this an unforgettable dining experience. We started with the baked feta, which arrived warm and bubbling—perfectly creamy with just the right touch of sweetness and heat. The fried calamari was light, crispy, and expertly seasoned, paired with a flavorful dipping sauce that elevated every bite. The showstopper for us was the table-side eggplant, where our server Berat masterfully transformed it into a smoky, perfectly seasoned baba ganoush right in front of us. It added such a personal and interactive touch to the meal, and the result was absolutely delicious. The lamb chops were juicy, tender, and grilled to perfection and packed with bold Mediterranean flavor. And the short rib baklava? A unique and inventive twist on the classic, combining sweet and savory in the most decadent way. We ended the night with the traditional baklava served with pistachio ice cream, and it was nothing short of divine. The ice cream added a creamy richness that balanced the flaky sweetness of the baklava perfectly. To sip, we highly recommend the Veria Spritz. It’s refreshing, well-balanced, and a delightful complement to the entire meal. Special shoutout to our server Berat, who was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the evening. He made great recommendations and truly enhanced our experience.

Really classy Turkish restaurant with a great atmosphere. I went yesterday and had the meat which was cooked perfectly, tender, flavorful and really delicious. The whole place has a refined vibe without feeling too formal. Service was excellent and very professional which made the experience even better. If you’re into tasty food and a nice dining setting this spot is definitely worth checking out.

We had a great experience at Doya. The food was really good, but what made the night even better was our server, Max. He was amazing, friendly, attentive, and made us feel taken care of the whole time. We’ll definitely come back

Doya is truly a gem in Miami and delivers an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed but elevated meal. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The Adana kebab was perfectly spiced, juicy, and cooked to perfection, easily one of the best I’ve had. And the short beef baklava was next level: rich, savory-sweet, and incredibly unique. A must-try and a perfect way to end the meal. What really made the experience unforgettable was our server, Luana. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, making us feel taken care of without ever being intrusive. Her recommendations were spot on and her service elevated the entire evening. Doya is a place that truly gets everything right food, service, and ambiance. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful place. The staff are overwhelmed. It's a very popular place and it doesn't seem they ever get a break. Definitely get a reservation cause even with a reservation, there will be a line to get in.

This is definitely one of the best and most enjoyable restaurants I’ve been to in Miami. The Short Rib Baklava is an absolute must-try, if you want to taste it, don’t go too late in the evening, as it sometimes sells out. On my most recent visit, I tried the Manti. I’ve had Manti many times in Turkey before, and while this version felt a bit heavier with slightly thicker dough, it was still very delicious. On a previous visit, we also had an amazing time at the bar with great DJ music, which really elevated the whole experience. This last time there was no DJ, so I assume it’s not every night, but if you come on a DJ night, you can easily spend hours enjoying the atmosphere at the bar. Highly recommended!

DOYA has ruined any future experiences we may have with mediterranean food as it will be very difficult to find anything better done than this. From the ambience, to the service, and most importantly the food was AMAZING!! My husband, 13 yo daughter and I dined here for our 17 year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. All staff members we interacted with were kind and attentive. The space is beautifully decorated with great music playing in the background at the right volume, not too low, not loud enough where you can't hear each other speaking. There isn't enough we can say about the food. Every single dish we ordered was impeccably presented and extremely flavorful. Food is served tapas style and brought out as it's prepared for the whole table to share. We ordered the beet hummus, pickled vegetables, Tabouli, Bayti, Short Rib Baklava, Tiger prawns and the Skirt steak. Every single item was excellent. Will definitely be returning to DOYA, and would highly recommend it.

Wow—what a night. My partner and I first dined at Doya back in April for my birthday, and we loved it so much that we knew we had to come back. This time, we chose it as the perfect way to wrap up our family visit and brought my mom along so she could experience it too. From the moment we walked in, everything felt special. We were greeted by our incredible server, Luana—her warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine smile immediately set the tone for the evening. She gave thoughtful recommendations, answered all of our questions honestly, and made us feel completely taken care of. The ambiance was spot on: great music, moody lighting, and a lively buzz throughout the space. And then the food started coming out… absolute silence at the table in the best way possible. Every bite was an explosion of flavor. We ordered the dips, grilled veggies, lobster tail, skirt steak, and the fisherman’s catch—and every single dish was to die for. Perfectly executed, beautifully balanced, and portioned just right. The service was seamless and attentive without ever feeling rushed. The entire team didn’t miss a beat. Hands down, this is one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I can’t recommend Doya enough—do yourself a favor and go.

Absolutely loved our experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Stefano, was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful with guiding us through the menu. His recommendations were spot on! The food was exceptional. The standout dishes for us were the Short Rib Baklava (a creative and flavorful twist that blew us away) and the Doya Kebap, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The fig salad was refreshing but extremely flavorful without being over powering. Every bite was fresh, vibrant, and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for fresh, delicious food and top-notch service. Can’t wait to come back!

WHAT a meal, WHAT a restaurant! Ambiance 5 stars, Food 5 stars, our waitress a 10. For starters we sat at the bar and our bartender made us the PERFECT Monkey 47 and fever tree tonic. We than made our way to the table. We ate outside. The waitress was so helpful, made suggestions on what to order. Do NOT come to this restaurant without ordering the short rib baklava. To die for. We also ordered the roasted eggplant, the Taverna and copious amounts of other dishes. The entire concept is to order to share, and that we did! Such a fun place, such a fun vibe. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing!! I honestly can’t wait to come back and dine again! The menu was unique and exciting, the drinks were also very unique and tasty as well. Everything we ordered was delicious! What a great hidden gem! While strolling through one of my favourite boroughs in Miami, I stumbled upon Doya—and wow. From the moment we sat down, the waitress’s energy was absolutely intoxicating. The drinks were yum, and the food… oh my goodness hands down one of the best meals I had while visiting. Every bite was memorable. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in Miami. Highly recommend!

Excellent. Even better was their hospitality and great service through out the dinner and the constant touching of our table. Quick story. We had small intimate family dinner celebrating my bday, my daughters’s and wife. Yes, all three of us fall on the same birthday week. We believed to have had reservations at 6pm made and confirmed by someone else and when we arrived we were not in the system. It happens and I understood. They where booked and next available was three hours later. We left the restaurant and just outside their door while on the sidewalk a manager / maî·tre d ran outside and welcomed us to return and come back in and she did some kind of miracle musical vip table for us and was able to turn it around. That alone and her effort to serve and deliver an above average experience is what hospitality is all about. We were a party of six and ordered enough for 10 and we will always remember this evening. I am a fan and will return often. Food was excellent. We ordered a lot of variety and each dish was on point.

We had a great experience at this Mediterranean restaurant in Miami. The food was truly delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was also excellent; the staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. The only downside was that the dishes took a bit longer than expected to arrive. However, the quality of the food made it worth the wait. Would definitely come back!

What an experience! I discovered DOYA via Guga's channel and decided to celebrate my birthday here.. Beyond expectations. The short rib Baklava is a Homerun. I see now why it's the chefs favorite. The staff is equally amazing, especially our server Valerie. I found my guilty little pleasure, in downtown Wynwood.

Barat provided an outstanding dining experience at Doya Miami. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. He anticipated our needs, explained the menu with great detail, and gave us excellent recommendations that made the evening even better. Everything felt effortless thanks to his timing and care. I recently visited with a group from work, and we had a fantastic experience! We ordered a variety of dishes to share, giving us a chance to try many items on the menu, which has a great selection of Aegean and Mediterranean-inspired options. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is stunning, with a vibrant, yet relaxed indoor-outdoor setup that feels warm and welcoming. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Overall, Doya delivered an exceptional dining experience, and I’d definitely return to explore even more of their menu. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy amazing food in a beautiful setting!

Everything is amazing about this place! My fiance and I came for Miami spice (it was our first time) and left truly satisfied which nowadays is not an easy outcome while going out in Miami. Meltem took extraordinary care of us - she was professional, truly sweet and knowledgeable - she was very authentic and it was a real pleasure to talk to her! One thing worth mentioning is their desserts oh myy.. if you have a sweet tooth like we do but you want something more gourmet - that’s the place. The pudding - that’s the star! We will definitely come back with family to let them experience this place!

Outstanding experience from beginning to end. We received a warm welcome, had amazing interaction with Angelica the server with our table and chefs Juan and Neysker and food was absolutely delicious! Doya is hands down one of the best dining experiences in Miami. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented – every dish feels like it was made with real care. The atmosphere is vibrant without being overwhelming, making it perfect for both a fun night out or a more intimate dinner. What really stood out, though, was the service. The manager, Othmane went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From recommending dishes to checking in at just the right moments, you can tell there’s real pride in making guests feel taken care of. Definitely will be coming back soon, highly recommend!

Unreal. Berak took great care of us, with great recommendations, and the food was out of this world. Short rib baklava and mantis are a must. The roasted eggplant was incredible as well! Bonus: at a point we asked to keep a plate because of the leftover yoghurt. The waiter (Christian) came back half a minute later with a little plate with yoghurt in it. That is top service. We loved it. Keep it up!

What an amazing experience simply delicious! It's one of the best restaurants i have been to in a while. Amazing food, staff, and service. Parking simply sucks to say the least, but not the restaurant's fault. We got there at the perfect time, 630pm was the sweet spot because after that, the restaurant got slammed! As folks arrived, we thought service would slip away, but hell no... Staff didn't skip a beat. Guys, honestly, great job. See you again soon!

Wow. What an exceptional experience all around—ambience, food, and service. We didn’t make a reservation and sat at the counter, which I would 100% do again to first-hand watch the magic happen with the open grills etc. The food was a wild blend of flavors and textures, exquisitely presented. The cocktails were a close rival. That in itself was an experience— turning the pages of the magazine-style cocktail menu. Making a decision on food and libations we deemed the most challenging part of the evening as it was all SO good! Finally, thank you to our server George who was authentically ON IT. Also, thank you to the kindness of the guys making all the magic happen in the kitchen. They made us feel welcome and their energy was unforgettable. There are very few restaurants that I am willing to return to while traveling because I am committed to trying new places; however, this is an exception to my rule. I would go back again and again (and again).

Doya is such a gem in Wynwood. The vibe alone makes it worth the visit. It’s warm, stylish, and beautifully designed without feeling over the top. What really stood out to me was how vegetarian-friendly it is. There are so many great meatless options, and they don’t feel like afterthoughts at all. Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. As a vegetarian, it’s rare to feel this well catered to at a place like this. If you’re in Miami and looking for a spot that nails both atmosphere and food, especially if you’re vegetarian, Doya is a must. I’ll definitely be back.

We tried this restaurant for Miami Spice. Overall, it was a good experience, but not perfect. The hummus we started with was excellent, creamy, flavorful, and probably the highlight of the meal. The chicken was also tasty and nicely seasoned. The issue came with one of the chicken dishes they brought out, it had some tomatoes that were black on the inside. It didn’t look good at all, so we had to send it back. They quickly replaced it, but honestly, at a restaurant of this level, something like that shouldn’t make it to the table in the first place. On the positive side, the portions were generous, and the overall value was very fair for Miami Spice. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially if you want to try something different during Miami Spice. Would I go back after the promotion? I’m not sure. Miami has so many amazing options, and while this was nice, and the restaurant itself is beautiful, it didn’t completely win me over.

First time dining at Doya and it absolutely exceeded expectations. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful from start to finish—especially our waitress, Jennifer, who made the experience even better with her attentiveness and great recommendations. We ordered a mix of cold and hot plates, and every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The grilled octopus was a standout—perfectly cooked and delicious—and the beet hummus was hands down my favorite. Beautiful food, great service, and a wonderful overall experience. Can’t wait to go back!

The service and atmosphere are great! The venue itself is great, and the outdoor patio is a real highlight-it's beautifully shaded with fans, abundant plants, and lush vegetation, making it a nice place to sit. We came for the Miami Spice lunch menu at Doya and had a very enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, and the staff was attentive throughout the meal. The $35 three-course menu offers a good variety, and the portion sizes were regular — no downsizing, which was appreciated. One small hiccup: the appetizer (hummus) came without any bread, which surprised us. They first brought out a slightly undercooked pita, and shortly after, served their warm house-made Turkish bread — which was delicious. Had the bread come out on time, the pita wouldn’t have been necessary. Also, the pita was added without asking and showed up on the bill, which caught us a bit off guard but it was fine and it was delicious. Overall, the food was flavorful and satisfying. A great lunch spot and solid value during Miami Spice.

This Turkish restaurant has the exact vibe I like for a dinner out with friends: upbeat, stylish, and full of energy. Fun detail I happened to catch the owner, Erhan Kostepen, DJ-ing the night I went. The menu is mezze-style, easy to follow, and made for sharing. everything we had was simple, fresh, and delicious. I tried the Aegean Martini from their signature cocktails, great flavor, just wished it had been served a bit colder. You can sit inside if you’re into louder music and a livelier scene, or opt for the outdoor seating if you want something more laid-back. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

There were so many options that by the time I finished reading the menu, I had forgotten what I ordered. Who needs cocktails when you can just get intoxicated by decision fatigue? We ordered four or five dishes, which seemed reasonable. Baklava Beef: Chef’s kiss. It looked like baklava, tasted good and a keeper on the menu. Other Beef Dish with Yogurt & Fried Onions: Like listening to elevator music—not offensive, but certainly not exciting. Lacked salt, spices, and personality. Cheese Dish: Ah yes, the biggest scam of the evening. This masterpiece had all the depth of a white car tire, but with none of the durability. If you’ve ever wondered what nothingness tastes like, congratulations—you’ve found your dish. On the plus side, our Colombian waiter was great—friendly, professional, and probably used to watching guests navigate through the menu maze. Would I return? Probably. I enjoy testing my mental endurance.

The atmosphere is amazing and we loved the live DJ Steven B!!!! We went at 9:30 on a Thursday with a reservation, our server had amazing energy but the service was slow. Took forever to get greeted and once we ordered food came out fast, but server was busy so we never got checked on so we were just over sitting there waiting so decided to grab more drinks somewhere else. Food was OK, I had higher expectations but we liked the baklava meat dish and the manti. The cold dishes were expensive in my opinion, and I would not recommend the feta avocado to anyone - $19 for an avocado basically. Overall was really excited about this place but a bit disappointed by overall experience. Would give it another try for some other dishes. since the menu is big with lots of options, maybe I just ordered the wrong things!

Very disappointing experience. The shakshuka was tasteless — it felt like plain tomato paste, and it was served with fried bread instead of proper pita. We ordered other dishes instead, but no one even asked why — the plate was simply cleared away. Something has clearly changed, whether management or staff. The service is much worse than it was before. This used to be my favorite place, but sadly it’s not the same anymore.

The service at this restaurant was an absolute disaster, and it single‑handedly destroyed what could’ve been a great meal. We showed up with a reservation, yet somehow still got slapped with a 45‑minute wait. For what? The place was full of empty tables. It felt less like a delay and more like blatant disrespect. And the hostess? Her attitude Rude, dismissive, and acting like doing her job was an inconvenience. When we finally sat down, the chaos continued. Another 15–20 minutes before a waiter even bothered to show up. At that point, we were forced to rush through our lunch just to make our next commitment. And here’s the real tragedy: the food was actually excellent. But when the service is this careless, this unprofessional, this downright insulting, it doesn’t matter how good the kitchen is. The experience was ruined long before the plates hit the table.

As we witnessed, If you pay the hostess, you would get your table faster than those of us who made a reservation and have been waiting for over an hour to be seated. Very disrespectful!

I used to love this place but the service is terrible. We came 10 before the reservation and didn't get seated for over an hour after our reservation. We asked for inside and they gave us outside…

We came to Doya with a large group and it was a really frustrating experience from start to finish. Service was disorganized and extremely slow, and the food was underwhelming across the board (not to mention tiny potions like the meat balls that came only 3 of them!). Everything took a long time, and despite how much we spent, people were still hungry at the end of the meal. What made it worse: we prepaid per person, and when one guest couldn’t make it due to an emergency, they still charged us for that person and were completely unwilling to be understanding or work with us. For a group dinner that ended up being very expensive, the value and hospitality just weren’t there. I wouldn’t recommend Doya.

Great customer service. Food was just ok. Had better lamb chops at our local Turkish restaurant. Way overpriced +parking. $120 for three plates with water.
