Editor Ristorante came up top when looking for a late-night dinner restaurant, it did not disappoint. We arrived around 9.45 PM and wondered if the kitchen was closed, but thankfully, they were still open. The restaurant is beautifully lit, with charming decor. Our server was fantastic and although nearly empty given the time and it being a Sunday, the atmosphere was great. We ordered lots of food and were not disappointed with anything. The Empanadas were delicious, the pizza divine, and the fresh fish delightful. We also received some complimentary Italian chickpea pastries which were lovely. The chef came out to chat with us and was very attentive, we felt comfortable and welcome. I'm definitely returning to Editor Ristorante & Pizzeria for more Pizza during my next visit. Thank you.
I had lunch at Editor Pizza and it was incredible! The environment was fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious - the branzino was a top-notch choice, the pasta pesto was simply divine, and the milanesa was a definite must-try. The sides were also really good, complementing the main dishes perfectly. And the best part? Prices were super affordable for the quality. Highly recommend for an amazing dining experience that won't break the bank!
We ordered a meatball pizza and a cheese pizza for the kids. I absolutely loved the meatball pizza: it was thin, but not too much for it to fall apart, and the flavor was delicious, cooked perfectly. The cheese pizza also tasted great, but that one was a bit too thin, where it was falling apart. Prices were reasonable for the area. The place is also really cute inside, I would definitely return and try other items.
In a sea of mediocrity, tainted by fake reviews and automatic 20% gratuities, Editor Ristorante & Pizzeria is a true gem. Like someone else mentioned before, this is the only place we ate twice during our 5 day trip. We even skipped out on our Michelin Star reservation to come back here. The pizza is simply amazing. Fresh, simple, and delicious. The house red wine pairs perfectly with almost any dinner item. The service is top notch. Gerson made us feel so welcome. Elevated but unpretentious. Cozy and romantic. Rustic yet modern. We even brought our toddler and didn’t feel out of place. Thank you so much, we really enjoyed our meals there. It made our Miami trip.
This little gem is an Italian style restaurant located in the Urbanica Fifth hotel. The food is quite delicious & authentic. Staff are top notch attending to you in a most inviting and professional manner. Our amazing mixologist/server Lucrezia made our dining experience so perfect. She is an absolute credit to the success of this restaurant.
Dishes were Amazing. Fusilli could have been a little spicier, and wasn't an huge fan of the flavors of Funghi pizzette (will need to try more types when I return), but the crust and undercarriage were cooked exceptionally well. Atmosphere was interesting, lots of foot traffic on fifth, so lots of random people walk by the window, provides an authentic miami experience. If you were looking for a private experience the rooftop dinning would definitely be the vibe. Overall, it was an exceptional dinning experience and would frequent again.
Great little Italian spot right on 5th just few blocks away from ocean drive. The restaurant has a small outdoor area but much larger dinning room inside. Pizza was fantastic. We also shared multiple pasta dishes. The dishes were simple. The pasta was al dente. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Love the daily specials. This one goes into “@arexudy recommends” bucket.
We were turned here by Davey's reviews. I can say this is another place that holds up! The staff were very friendly even though we did carry out. The pizza and empanadas were fantastic. The pizza was hreat, the crust had the perfect amount of crisp. Every flavour worked with one another. Highly recommend, 8.1!
The backgeound music 🎶 was awesome! It was a place that invites you to stay. LUCREZIA did an amazing service. My pasta was okay. The desert was ok, too. The chef Gaston is awesome. If something is out of your taste, share with him. And be surprised.
A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience at Editor Ristorante & Pizzeria. It combines delightful culinary craftsmanship with top-notch service and ambiance to deliver an unforgettable night out. Pros - The Nduja and Margherita pizzas were a gastronomic triumph; massive portions mean you can easily share one between two people. - Pizzas are authentically crafted, oven-baked, and topped with generous portions of fresh and savory ingredients, including cheese and Nduja. - The service is commendable - efficient, professional, and remarkably quick from the moment of ordering to receiving the pizzas. - The atmosphere is ambient and captivating, marked by excellent music, soft lighting, and a modern yet welcoming decor that's spotlessly clean. Cons - The sheer size of the pizzas might be a bit overwhelming for those who prefer smaller portions. Overall, Editor Ristorante & Pizzeria scores high on all aspects - food, service, and ambiance. A must-visit for pizza lovers!
The only restaurant I visited twice during my stay. The prices are reasonable and the service is very fast and special. There are some items on the menu that were not available very early in the day. Still enough choice to pick from. The deco is great and the music is fine.
This place is the hidden gem of South Beach restaurants. Their pizza is absolutely outstanding - fresh dough, crispy outside and soft inside. The sauce is delicious and their salami pizza (essentially pepperoni) is truly a work of art. Even their background music is great but it could not overshadow the quality of the food and service. Go here right away before they get as busy as they should be.
I went here for a pizza, but they don't offer gluten free crust. So I was unable to have a pizza. I did order the salad. This was a Caesar salad with a side of salami to add some protein. The salads you can get gluten free without bread or crotons. Overall the salad was sizeable and the added salami added protein which is what I needed... more vegetables and protein. I do recommend for non gluten sensitive folks
I came here because our lord and savior Dave Portnoy recommend this place. **important: they put some pesto sauce on the pizza which i didnt know but it was good. You can tell them to hold it.** The pizza was very good. Very light and thin and the crust was crunchy. The undercarriage stayed crispy for the entire time even though it was served on those metal plates. It's a nice restaurant with a dim ambiance. It's more of a "nice shirt" restaurant but I came with sneakers jeans and a baseball cap and there was no fuss. Everyone was very nice and friendly. 8.1 EKTRules.
Miami Beach has been missing this. Editor Pizza, whose name doesn’t do justice to the swanky lounge seating and string lit courtyard that harkens the great European cafes of the 1920s, not only has great pies but also classic Italian dishes made with the freshest ingredients. The quality of produce can be tasted in their cocktails, which are some of the best margaritas I’ve ever had. Sorry - no photos of the food because we devoured it as soon as it was set down. Pizza is Argentine style (as is the ownership) which means a thick crust, fluffy on top with wonderful crunch on the bottom and oozing with stringy cheese, and comes in larger sizes for sharing and fun personal pizza pies in case everyone wants something different. Despite being a very busy night, service was impeccable with the whole team working in unison to ensure all needs were met. We had an amazing evening and will be back very soon.
I went to Editor Pizza for the first time yesterday and I was impressed. My table ordered pasta, and they were all amazing. Besides, on Wednesdays they have a 50% discount on pasta, so nothing to complain about. Coming back to try their pizza!
I ordered a to go pizza through the Toast application. The ordering process was exterior user friendly and efficient. I ordered the n'duja. I was very impressed with how the Ingredients worked harmoniously. The pizza was crispy, spicy, cheesy. It checked all the boxes. I also ordered a pesto pasta, unfortunately this dish was flavourless. Not sure if it was an off night or that's just how the dish is. If you are going the pizza is a must.

Delighted with my visit to this pizzeria! Their truffle pizza is a true gem for food enthusiasts. The flavor is simply amazing. I must also mention that the service was exceptionally pleasant. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Editor Pizza offered both great service and ambience on our visit with adjacent outdoor seating too. While the raviolis and tuna tartare were absolutely tasty; the pizza was the star - one of the best pies we’ve ever had. The ratio of cheese, sauce and toppings was just as much of a culinary achievement as the chewy, crispy crust. It was thin and so delicious there was none left to take home and went back a few days later for more. Highly recommend and worth paying a bit more for quality food.
The pizza was just great at this place! Sofia was a really kind host. She made sure we had everything we needed and had the biggest smile on her face. Unfortunately there was a wedding going on when we were there. It was pretty loud and just not cozy. There was just to much going on.
Awesome little Spot for a slightly quieter side of south beach. Enjoyed drinks on the patio and service was fantastic. If you want to enjoy south beach but not so into the young crazy loud crowds, come by for drinks and some pretty good wood fired pizza!
My boyfriend and I came here 3 times during our week in Miami and we love it!!! The food is excellent and the price is fair. Lucrezia and Gerson took care of us every time we were here and they were amazing as well! Will be coming back when we come back to Miami 🤍🩵🧡
Amazing dinner! Highly recommend the Burrata salad and Fusilli Al Ragú. The house red is a great taste and budget friendly. Finished up with the Sweet Mascarpone Cream & Berries. Incredibly fresh and flavorful ingredients. The warmhearted service by Lucrezia complemented the food perfectly!
Our server Lucrezia was the nicest person and had clear views on the menu and what to order - made our experience so easy! We had the N'Duja pizza and it was absolutely heavenly! The cocktails were amazing as well! A must visit place!
As soon as we got into the restaurant we were greeted with a smile that you lovely stuff that were working we're very friendly and professional. The pizza was to die for and the drinks were delicious. I can't wait to come back and have dinner here again! Thank you
We held our rehearsal dinner on the rooftop at Editor for 70 people. The food and service were both incredible. Stefano and his team went above and beyond to ensure we had a successful event. Everyone had a great time!!
great pizza and service. fantastic italian wines. rented out the rooftop for a private party once as well - reasonably priced packages and an amazing view... do not overlook this place as one of the best on the beach!
The Editor Ristorante & Pizzeria is in a small nook connected to a hotel. It was a very pleasant experience. The magherita pizza was light, delicious, and promptly serviced. The limonada was a perfectly crafted combination of tart and sweet. The dulce de leche mousse topped with dark chocolate also had a nice contrast of flavors. The service was top tier. Friendly staff. The decor understated and clean. It is worth a stop.
The pizza was delicious! The dough was chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was DELICIOUS. We had the Margherita pizza and the bucatini amatriciana pasta. As residents of south beach, we can’t emphasize enough how good this meal was! Shout out to Josephine, our server! She was great!
We went to walk in the nearby area. We wanted to burn some calories. But idk, I got a craving for pizza. The nearest pizza place was Editor pizza and it had good reviews. So we ran over. BOY IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! The margarita pizza was super delicious 😋 I didn't order anything else, you know I wanted save some of my burned calories 😜. But I'm guilt free. I really enjoyed my pizza and wouldn't hesitate to do it all over again. ☺️
Went twice in a row because the pizza was fantastic! The real highlight was the bartender Robert who went out of his way (literally) to get pisco to make us pisco sours. As a Peruvian customer, I must say they were delicious. He even brought us an aperitif before we left. Such a great ending to a great meal.
Incredible find thanks to "the man" Dave Portnoy!! Not only Fantastic Pizza, first & second courses absolutely fabulous! Marscapone with fresh berries for dessert DELISH!! Our server Lucrezia, was the sweetest & so helpful with suggestions. Definitely be visiting again...& again!!
A great place for whatever occasion you’re looking for! Downstairs offers a great atmosphere with delicious pizza and drinks. Upstairs provided all the same, but with fun open air and views. The bartenders Manny and Andy were so helpful and treated us like we were family.
Delicious authentic Italian cuisine. Great pizza and pasta. We were treated extremely well by our gracious hosts. Would definitely recommend to all.
We sat on the rooftop and had three different excellent pizzas. Great crust. Good service. Rooftop is gorgeous. Had kids with us and was good for them too.
Pizza isn’t my thing but man what delicious pizza at Editor Pizza! It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had. I went this Friday with some friends and they all agreed! Great ambience, amazing customer service, and amazing food. It was also reasonably priced. We had a great time and we will be back for sure to try more deliciousness!!!!
Are you kidding me? Years coming to Miami and we just found probably the best restaurant in town? If you don’t believe, start with the octopus, follow with any of the pasta or pizza specialties, and then try the mousse of dulce de leche for a grand finale! Am I in heaven already? Unpretentious atmosphere, relaxed ambiance and best food in years. Well-done chef Gaston!! Keep the vibes going. We’ll be back for more.
The food and drinks were great! During the course of our stay at Urbanica Fifth, we had a prosciutto pizza, lasagna, and various cocktails. It was all amazing! Big thanks to our bartender Ariel!
as a local finding a good pizza place is a bit tough but this place exceeds all the expectations i have. the vibe of the restaurant is cozy and pleasant, good fast service, and amazing pizza and cocktails (honorable mention the espresso martini). this place is perfect and would recommend it to anyone who visits/lives in miami!
We randomly happened upon this place and are so glad we did! The owner was amazing and the service was great. The food.... perfection. I would go back to Miami just to eat at this place again. Loved it!
We loved it! Best pizza and pasta I’ve had in a while! The food was fresh, packed with flavour, and overall delicious. My sister doesn’t normally eat much, but today she ate 3 slices of pizza, including crust! The service lady, Sofia B, was amazing! She was very cheerful and made jokes with us. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a restaurant in a while, which earns this place 5 stars!
Amazing food, drinks, and service! I had a private party here on the rooftop with ~50 friends and we had the best time. All of the staff was extremely responsive during the planning phase and was incredible at the event. Everyone loved the pizza, too - it was delicious! I would definitely recommend for dinner or for your own event.
Who would have thought that pizza, a dish so well known worldwide, would take me back to the best trip of my life? Italy. After a long walk through South Beach, I was looking for a place where I could rest and enjoy a good meal with my family. I decided to give this place a chance, it looked quite modern, simple and clean. So we went in, we relaxed, this girl Jose (I remember her for two things, 1 she has a dude's name and two seemed to read our minds) brought us drinks and made very good recommendations. The food was 10, and as a good pizza lover I ordered a couple too. I felt that my mouth was in Disney enjoying the flavors, the texture and the aroma of that fresh pizza. And just as I like to criticize places when I don't like them, I also like to congratulate those who give me an experience as good as this restaurant did, I congratulate them and I'm going to give them five stars
Stumbled upon this place and WOW. We felt like we were back in Italy! The food was AMAZING (we had the penne and a pizza), but what made it even better was the attention to detail for the little touches: the oils, the Parmesan, the perfectly toasted bread… and the SERVICE. Service was exceptional. The interior design is also so beautiful and thoughtful. Can’t wait to come back on our next trip to Miami.
We LOVED the Margherita pizza! The cheese was so good and the crust 😋. Our waitress Lucretia was amazing. Attentive and speaks both English and Spanish. The place is pretty inside and great variety of music. First time here and I already told my husband we are coming back. Great job to the chef!
We had such a nice dinner at the Editor. It was absolutely delicious with a great atmosphere. Our server was very friendly and helpful and didn’t mind our conversations with her. The owner was also amazing and even brought us some delicious bread from their sister restaurant to try! Thank you to Sexton and Lucrezia for one of our favorite meals on south beach! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend :)
We stumble upon this restaurant while walking and looking for an Italian place. SOBE is normally not the place for me as a local for dinner but I must say , we were surprised in a good way and glad we went inside. welcoming environment, friendliness , excellent service and DELICIOUS pasta, dessert and coffee. This is a place that I will come back for pasta, thank you for the great dinner tonight!
Came here with a group of 4 and had a great experience! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our dining experience. The pizza was amazing and so were our drinks! We had no wait to get our table and sat on the rooftop. Will definitely be coming back here!
Fantastic food. We travel to Italy regularly and this is the most authentic we’ve had in Florida. Wonderful service, drinks and honesty around portion sizes etc so you don’t over order. Don’t go to the Italian restaurants down the road on 5th and Washington, come here!!!
We recently had our rehearsal dinner at the rooftop and it was an amazing experience. Fabiana was wonderful throughout the entire process. The pizza was fabulous, I’m from Connecticut and it is hard to find good New York style pizza in Miami, but you have to look not farther. The atmosphere and area was a beautiful area to spend time with family and friends and enjoy the sunset. If you are looking to host an event, look no father, for what you get for the price, nothing is comparable in Miami. Thank you so much for a wonderful night!
This place recently opened up and we wanted to try it. The location is nice. The restaurant has a great vibe to it and decor is stylish. Has an older feel to certain details like the tiles and doors from the 1920s. The food was fresh - we had the tomato and burrita, gnocchi and pizza. None of the food was heavy on the stomach. We had a bottle of Lambrusco- bottles are reasonably priced. The service and attention is good. I wish they prosper and continue to deliver quality as time goes on!
Easily top 3 best pizzas in Miami. The dough is perfection; light, soft in the side with a slight crunch on the outside. We picked up on the way to the beach, we loved the pizza so much we went back for drinks and appetizers that evening. Food and service was fantastic!
I stayed at the Urbanica for 6 days for a fair so I had the pleasure of eating here on multiple occasions. Everything on the menu is outstanding and fresh. You can tell the Chef puts their all into everything, even the Ceasar salad was amazing. The staff here is top tier. They all made me feel so special and went out of their way to accommodate me. I had dined there earlier in the week and enjoyed their empanadas. So later in the week I stopped in to grab another order. Unfortunately, they had removed them from the menu. That didn't stop the manager from talking to the kitchen to have them whip something up for me... that's what you call customer service! Words can't explain how grateful I was for this staff. They all deserve 10 stars!!! The fact that the food matched the service was a plus.
One of my favorite restaurants in sobe. The food is always outstanding. Pizza are amazing, love the new menu: the bistecca is so good. If you need anything just ask Lucrezia, she is super friendly, always super attentive to your needs and provides the best recommendations! Go and try you won’t be disappointed.
My Husband and I had an intimate wedding reception here for 20 people. The process from start to finish was made effortless by Viviana. Stefano and his staff are so pleasant and we thoroughly enjoyed the night, it was perfect! I highly recommend Editors for small functions!
My favorite restaurante in South Beach. Food is sooooo good. Best Pizza in town. Restaurant is cute and Lucrezia makes you feel at home. Always love to come back and be welcome by her. She has great recommendations. Listen to her. You won’t regret it!
I went there with my family for the Editor Sounds & Slices and we had a great time! The music was amazing they had a live DJ playing a variety of genres. The food extremely delicious we ordered de Prosciutto and Salami pizza, came in the perfect size for sharing with a big group. The service highly professional. Ask for Josefina she is a gem!
What a gem of a place! Delish pizza (the funghi pizza was my fave) in a classy, cozy environment. The staff is amazing - warm and welcoming. And kid friendly! Truly, an amazing addition to the madness of south beach. I should’ve taken more pics, but this delectable tiramisu one will have to do!
We came to Editor Pizza for some dessert and were immediately welcomed by the staff and owner. I highly recommend grabbing your good friend or partner and just ordering a glass of wine and dessert! The Tiramisù was the best I’ve ever had, and the Dulce de Leche was our favorite of the night! Too good.
It Italy was a flavor this would be it. Fresh ingredients. Mouthwatering flavor. I was visiting from New York and have never a pizza as good as what I had here at Editor. The restaurant and staff were truly remarkable. Cannot wait for my next trip to South Beach.... I already know where I'll be eating first!
The atmosphere is absolutely fantastic, the design of the place is gorgeous and aesthetically pleasing. The vibes were incredible. Music matches the sophistication and South Beach vibes of the decor. The food and drinks were delicious. Superb service and very nice cocktails, that together with the music and people make it the place to be. The entire restaurant is lovely and lively. This is the new “ It” in Miami Beach. I had a fantastic time.
Everything is just great here! Food, Service, Atmosphere TOP. Pizza ala Funghi is must have! Real Funghi, delicious cheese and spring onions with a truffle oil! Above is very nice, modern and clean hotel with rooftop pool, only few steps to the Beach and famous Ocean Drive! Second time here and we’ll be back again!
We came for lunch on Sunday around 1 pm. Ordered a couple of pizzas , and the pasta amatriciana which was very good! This is one of the 4 top pasta dishes in Rome ( we just visited Italy 3 weeks ago) past was just as good as the one in Rome. I have not seen this dish served in many restaurants here, so it was a must try when I saw it . Every thing was great but not to crazy about the beef empanada. Which was heated in pizza oven , so crust was kind of hard , I like it soft an chewy . One of the pizza was a spicy sausage that was very good , sausage was a small pureed sausage sauce which was dabbled in small quantities on the pie , but it went a great way in taste , we enjoyed a few peroni beers as well Service was great , food was great ! We will definitely be back for that Amatriciana again!
We ordered take out from Editor because we watched the one bite review! We tried their pepperoni, margherita, and funghi personal size pizza. Their funghi was a true funghi! Real mushrooms of different kinds. I just wish there would have been a bit more truffle on it. Regardless I personally would like to try it fresh in person instead of take out… will come back to see the difference in person.

Regardless I personally would like to try it fresh in person instead of take out… will come back to see the difference in person.
The food was AMAZING! We had lasagna, truffle pizza and some other dishes, all was delicious. Nice service and drinks. I totally recommend it!
Very nice ambiance. The menu is limited so make sure you check it out before going. Pizza is a thin crust and light. I think the cheese could use a little more salt for the margarita. All in all a good pizza.
Service at the bar was great. The Caesar salad, which I ordered at the restaurant with anchovies was delicious and a lot of flavor. I finished the whole thing. The pizza was the mushroom pizza. You could smell it through the box which was great. I wish the pizza was a little bit hotter . I took it to go immediately, but I still looked and tasted a little bit on the cooler side.
Such a charming restaurant, great ambiance. Unfortunately the pizza fell short for us as the crust was really burnt. It wasn’t a crispy crust, but a black crust that was hard to eat. The Caesar salad was delicious, but definitely on the pricey side for the size. Overall not a bad experience, but not the best pizza for the price.
Where is the pizza shown on Google? The pizza we got was about 20 paper sheets thin. It was bland and dry. The crust was so crunchy we had to ask for marinara and Caesar dressing to eat it. The marinara was sweet like it had sugar in it and the Caesar was like a paste. Then I get the check and it was $8 for the two sides of sauce requested. I would never come back again. The one star is for the ambience.
Ordered a margarita 16-in pizza for $22. It looked delicious however once I bit into it it is very hard to chew as it is blackened and very tough. The sauce is tasteless and overall the pizza was very thin and did not taste great. The basil which was supposed to be baked on the pizza was actually in a pile on the side. When I came to pick up the order the cook in the back was vaping in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning to this establishment.

The pizza was fine here. Idk if you would call this pizza more like focaccia. There was no sauce and it was very thin. The service here was atrocious. The waiter would not take no for an answer when I said we didn’t want bottled water and when the bill arrived they added an automatic 18 percent gratuity and had the audacity to ask my buddy who was paying to add an additional tip. I’ve never been asked to add a tip by a server.
