We spent the night in a hotel close to the airport and walked over to this restaurant just really fell upon it. It turned out to be a fantastic meal. The steaks were tender, charbroiled. Broccoli was awesome. Short rib croquettes to the martinis!! Fabulous atmosphere. We were talking about just flying back on a weekend just for the restaurant.

We just celebrated our daughter‘s 21st birthday at the restaurant in the private room upstairs and it was the best service, best environment, ambience, food was excellent and our server was excellent. This place was amazing! The steak was cooked perfectly, super tender and flavorful, and the vibe was just right, nice but not over the top. The sides were great too, and the service made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time.

Very happy to see Hereford open its doors again in Miami, now under new management. The place was completely redone from the ground up. Now it is very classy, modern and beautiful. More importantlyy the service and the food is really really good. The wine list is impressive. They offer every beef cut possible and cooked to perfection. Lots of options for appetizers and the famous “arepitas” served with “nata” cheese are to die for. Will be a regular visitor of this place.

La atención fue increíble, y nuestro mesero Anthony fue TOP, muy atento y profesional. Un punto a favor: colocan picante, guasacaca y sal gruesa en la mesa… ¡para los que amamos la carne un poco más salada es lo máximo🔥 Detalles así marcan la diferencia. La única nota baja fue el congrí, que estaba un poco “aguado” y sin sabor, pero de resto todo estuvo divino. Sin duda un lugar para repetir y disfrutar buena carne en Miami.

La armosfera super agradable, el servicio excelente desde que llegas hasta que sales, Manuel fue nuestro server y cuido cada detalle en la atencion y recomendación de platillos, en esta ocasión de entrada pedi las croquetas de ribeye super crocantes, como plato principal la picanha que estaba en el punto perfecto de coccion y suavidad, venia con una deliciosa guasacaca y picante, de acompañante los esparragos carbonara le dieron un 10 de 10 a mi cena, como postre mi favorito fue la crepe de dulce de leche que tenia un toque de creme brulè en textura, aunque la de chocolate por ser flourless se llava un a+... y el infaltable vino de la casa... excelente velada sin duda alguna

We had a good time, the restaurant is beautiful, but honestly it was not what we were expecting. Being long time customers of the original Hereford, this was too big of a change, we were expecting a renovated version of our favorite Venezuelan steak house, but instead we got a full revamp, lacking too many things form the old one. Don’t get me wrong, the restaurant is beautiful and modern, but designed for the occasional nice dinner night-out, or a date, but not for the lay back Sunday late lunch like it used to be. Prices are a bit steep, given the level of renovation. Steak were too expensive and did not offer any parrillada for 2 or 3 people, which was awesome before. Service was good, all very nice, but to early to judge since they had just opened. I don’t think this would be a problem. With some changes and additions to the many to make it a bit more homey, and some price adjustments, it has the potential to be the Hereford grill again… Looking forward.

Very nice restaurant with great attention and food was fairly good. Steaks were very good but their bernaise was watery and lacked in flavor. Bernaise sauce should have consistency of yogurt not water. Chimichurri was good. Arepitas were good as was the trio sausage appetizer. Kojack salad lacked lemon and needed a bit of spice to it. Was to bland. Same with the watercress ceasar probably needed more anchovy and flavor. Good coffee and deserts. Great service with excellent staff! I would definitely go back.

The renovation took away the essence of the old Hereford Grill. If you expect to enjoy the same food as before, unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. The restaurant has gone through a complete visual transformation, but the food is not what it used to be. The branzino was disappointing, and although the meat was okay, it was not like before when you could truly savor it. The portions are now quite small and expensive. It no longer feels like a family restaurant, but rather a place designed perhaps just to impress someone😑. The same happened with three “organic” carrots that were overpriced—after eating two, they immediately asked if they could clear the plate. I’m not sure I will return as I used to in the past.

Nothing to do with the old Hereford. I ordered my steak medium well and it came completely red. The rest of my family said the same about their food. It's not worth the extra money; I prefer the Rusty Pelican.

We used to frequent this establishment prior to it reopening under new ownership and we weren’t impressed. It wants to be more than it really is. The acoustics are horrible it’s literally impossible to carry on a conversation unless you are screaming at each other.

Regrettably, it pales in comparison to the classic Hereford Grill... just another steakhouse. I'm not sure if I will return.

I was so excited about trying out this place, thinking this would offer the same experience I once had in Vzla years ago. Well, to my disappointment, It’s nowhere near the same. Overall, Good food, nice deco, good service but SEVERELY OVERPRICED. For the same splurge i’ll stick to Grazianos thank you very much.

Very nice ambiance and welcoming staff. Service was timely and very polite. Best french fries ever. So what we did not like: I ordered a "House Made Clasic Sausage" that never arrived; the small arepas we ordered as an apetizer were undercooked; I ordered a $68 Snake River Farm Manhattan Cut that at 10 onz was not butchered properly and had an uneatible tendon that probably represented at least 10% of the weight of the steak. The flavor of the meat was very good but the whole experience was tarnished. I eat the steak and later explained the issue to what I thought was a managerial person; I highlighted the excellent french fries and showed him the plate with the meat issue. He took it as a comment but did not do anything to compensate my goodwill with the constructive explanation. A coffee or dessert on the house would have been a good gesture. Vale parking was $12

The food was garbage! We ordered an esgargot and it tasted like dirt! The steak was flavorless and the best thing we ate was the appetizer (mixed arepas). The mash potatoes literally came out of a box and that's no exaggeration. Compared to what this place used to be, it's absolutely not worth the money, and the food was terrible. I will never go back! The disappointment is unreal! They need to go back, do their homework, and learn the definition of gourmet food, because those are the prices they're charging. Conclusion, it's garbage!

After placing our order, we ended up waiting far longer than expected—well beyond what’s reasonable, especially considering the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, and the flavor—arguably the most important part—was nothing extraordinary. To top it off, the dessert wasn’t what we ordered. The staff did apologize and tried to make things right, but by that point, the experience had already been tainted. It’s a shame, because the service and environment were both promising. But the kitchen really needs to step up. You can get a far better Argentinian steakhouse experience at any Graziano’s Market. I was honestly surprised, especially knowing that the team behind this restaurant isn’t new to the game. My experience at Zuca, for example, was excellent—so this was disappointing by comparison.

Very disappointed. Very high expectations. We had so many memories and great experiences at Hereford grill. Waiting for this moment for four years. Nothing was kept from the original Hereford. Not even the essences. Owner and servers more attentive to the owners friends then the REAL and loyal customers who went to Hereford Grill for years. The expectation for the food and service was very high. It wasn’t bad but nothing for the price. Completely understandable that its the first day of opening, but the lack of service and professionalism when coming across the waiting and inconvenience the restaurant presented was absurd. I too, work in the industry and have opened serveral resturants and can understand the mess ups that can happen…. But this was just awfulllllll!! 40 mins for the apps. Two hours for our main dishes. 30 mins for a FLAN. We were presented with the check even before out dessert arrived! ? Excuse me ?! Definitely lost loyal customers. Not only us, but our entire family. Safe to say this is nothing like Hereford Grill. If they wanted a complete change or maby another Zucca i would have thought about changing the name as well. This is NOTHING like Hereford. Our cycle has closed. If your looking for that warm welcoming feeling Hereford had to offer, save yourself the trip. Its NOTHING like what Hereford truley was. Extremely disappointing.
