The flavor of the burgers, the hospitality the love that the staff is absolutely amazing! I wanted a nice craft burger, and this place did not disappoint. I cannot wait to come back at least 70 more times to try everything on the menu and experience the guava cheesecake probably six more times. Brandon, Jose, and Monique may be made the experience top-tier! This restaurant will become one of my favorites anytime I am in Coral Gables!

Perfect place for those who take on dining as a Full-Contact Sport 🥊 you can't be scared to get your hands dirty here, the food can get pretty messy but it's sooo worth it! Nestled away in a corner of the gables, Pincho is great. Their bowls are filling, their smash burgers are awesome as well. The prices can be pricey, but you are getting good quality grub. Highly recommend. It.

Pincho has some of the best burgers, french fries and tater tots around. I order here quite frequently and their food is fresh, no matter if you eat it in the restaurant or if you get it delivered.

Why Pincho is my Go-to Spot. I can't get enough of this place! The delicious food and vibrant atmosphere at Pincho makes it my favorite spot for mouthwatering meals. It's definitely a restaurant I'll be returning to time and again! The fantastic servers and friendly attentive staff really enhance the experience, and I appreciate how clean everything is. Just had the Bacon me guda burger and was a "FLAVOR BOMB" The best juciest burger I've ever had, all of the flavors with the ingredients worked so good together. It's was AMAZING. 10 stars and a trophy 🏆 ✨️

Honestly, I can't say anything bad about this restaurant. Today Wednesday, I ordered the daily special (burger and fries) for $10 and it was very good. The only thing is that I guess they prefer orders to be placed through their website, not in person.

We decided to visit here based on reviews and it did not disappoint. The guy working the register was super awesome, explained the menu so well and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I got the pincho burger and sweet potato tots and my guest got the Gouda burger and both were so darn good. Cooked just right and the dip for the sweet potato tots…yummy. Totally would go here again. Very lively feel and easy to walk to from our hotel!

We stopped here for a late night dinner and it was SOOO good. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I got the black magic burger and it was amazing. Will definitely be back! Stefano helped us choose what to order and he nailed it. Great customer service and food.

I love this place. I come here often and get the Black Magic Burger. They have plenty of different options as well, like Kebabs, Protein Bowls, and a kids menu. Eric took my order at the front, and he was attentive and kind. It always feels welcoming to come inside, everyone is very respectful.

Pincho Factory is a great local fast casual spot. The quality of the food is high and you can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu.

Great value! My brother and I stopped by for a late dinner and they were open when most places weren't (930pm). They close at 10pm and were pretty surprisingly packed at that time. Parking is by meter, so you may have some difficulty, I'd suggest you use Gables Municipal Parking Garage #6 on Aragon Ave which is a 2 minute stroll away. The restaurant is limited service, you order at the front counter and are given a number and food is brought to your table. Self serve soda fountaim as well. My brother ordered the Perfecto Burger and I ordered the Bacon N Blue Burger. We both got Cajun Fries. I really enjoyed the buffalo 🐃 sauce that came with the meal; actually all the sauces were top notch; I caught myself trying some of brother' cilantro side sauce. Looking forward to another visit.

I wish they would have a gluten free bun. They do have a toston bun you can switch out for, which is also nice. But you may not be in the mood for that. It’s good though. The toston burger with fried plantains instead of buns was to die for! The cilantro sauce was also A+. We also got the fritanga burger, but weren’t a fan of the fried cheese. It was about an inch thick, which was too much cheese and not crispy like we expected. Service was amazing - very nice employees who were very helpful explaining the menu and giving recommendations. The atmosphere is also really fun.

I was blown away by how good the food was! I've now been a half dozen times, and it never disappoints. I was also very excited to learn on my last visit that they have keto bowls, which means I can eat healthy here while on my diet, and have one of the most amazing burgers ever when I'm having a cheat day! If you've never been, I would highly recommend the Vaca Frita Bowl or the kebabs if you aren't wanting a burger. If you are looking for a burger, the Pipo's Choice is a solid option! Make sure to also try the fried cheese! So so good! Ask for the spicy aioli sauce to dip it in. All of their sauces are insanely good, but that aioli and the pesto one are my favorites!

Really nice staff, smile on their faces and this made my day! I order the TEX Mex bowl with steak, the tomatoes were so fresh I got impressed, corn delicious, the sauce was really good, the white rice was bad and the beans nothing special about...the steak has nice flavor, but I wish that had more once I did even eat 1/3 of the bowl and the meat finished... so we had probably 6 pieces of meat there... I understand that for $15 we can't have too much meat, but I wish I was offered to have more and paid for it because was really good. When I arrive, the place had only 1 customer in, but for the time I was waiting about 10min I saw a lot of people coming in and out to get orders. It's great to have places like this in the area.

A nice casual place to have burgers in coral Gables. I like their burgers. The fries was OK. The portion is not really large so it’s a great option when you want to eat something but you’re not really hungry.

Good alternative to Five Guys and Shake Shack. Unique burgers with more local flavor profiles and often a little cheaper than competitors. The fries are ok. I miss the sodas they used to have.

Ordered at this location today and both the type of rice was not correct and the sauce that we ordered. We ordered cilantro but got two brown sauces that don’t taste good. On top of that, my boyfriend tried asking for an extra cilantro sauce (the one we originally ordered) and the lady rudely responded “it’s gonna be 50¢”. We don’t have a problem with paying, but don’t be rude about it and also make sure you put the right sauce in the first time. Their beans are usually always bland and not as good as the other locations because they don’t add any of the seasoning that is required in the recipe.

The service was great. The atmosphere was nice and quiet. Now on the other hand, the burger was probably the worst one I've ever had, literally cardboard and left you with a gross hotdog after taste, I'm not sure what type of meat blend they use but it's horrible. Will never come back here again.

I would like to get a VALID reply from the owner on this, if anything please add napkins. I know its coral gables and its an expensive place. But please napkins. To the review ------------------------ Second time I go I have some complaints, employees can at times be distasteful with their responses and at a burger place having NO NAPKINS at the table. And what about rest of places who have complementary napkins out for paying customers, they have special customers that don't abuse napkins? This might be too critical, but it's a burger place. We order food by phone for the office for real the only thing I eat was the salad, everything was wrong

Greasy and mediocre. “Great for starving dogs, bad for normal customers” I came here on occasion that perhaps I could find a decent burger place in Coral Gables for me and my family. I ordered a bacon/cheese burger and my sister ordered a salad. The burger was extremely spicy, tasted mediocre at best, but the meat itself was mildly redeeming with good taste. The salad was bland and tasteless. Not to mention the whole meal costed $25! Additionally, we asked for a lemon to go with my sister's iced tea and they never brought one—a standard most recent restaurants offer. They also never brought napkins until we explicitly asked for them. Overall, Pincho Factory is underwhelming in customer service and in the quality of food, as well as the unbelievably astronomical prices.
