I’ve always very much enjoyed this restaurant, probably been here 8 times in the past five or take. Most recently we celebrated my sister’s baby shower. As always, the food was delicious, and the service was great. Maria helped us plan the event and everything was as expected. Highly recommend pizco y nazca for happy hour, dinner date, Sunday brunch or an event!

Although my food was slightly spicier than expected, the staff responded immediately and brought me a glass of milk without hesitation, which I greatly appreciated. But what took our breath away was the incredible gesture from Chef Rene himself. For the first time, he personally came to our table and offered to prepare something unique just for us. Our server CARLA was amazing. She gave us delicious food and drink recommendations and was very attentive. The food was delicious and full of flavors. Our drinks were fabulous and I definitely recommend the Pisco flight which was Carla's recommendation to me. If you go to Pisco Y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar make sure to have CARLA as your waitress because she will make sure you have a great experience and amazing food.

Food was great. Ambience is awesome for either a date or a family outing. Carlos, our server, was excellent. Attentive enough that we didn’t need anything, but wasn’t breathing down our neck to make us feel like we were being watched.

It’s always a great experience at Pisco! Evelyn was so sweet and accommodating…despite the restaurant being packed our drinks were flowing and the food came out expeditiously. The quality of the food is just such a treat, we tried the chipotle ceviche for the first time and I can’t recommend it enough! From the huaincaina potatoes to the lomo, to the chaufa…you literally can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Food was good ,we had their ceviche and a couple of sushi rolls we didnt like the salmon as much but el crocante de camaron was delicious. For dessert we had the Lucuma Rainforest and the Arroz con Leche Cheesecake both delicious. Carla was our server and she was great.

It was my first time visiting the restaurant and absolutely loved the atmosphere. The music was at a perfect value where I could enjoy while still being able to have a conversation. I tried two appetizers and two entrees. The food did not disappoint. I have not had Peruvian food in the past but I will be having it in the future. Staff were really friendly and helpful in providing suggestions and explaining the menu. I love that they are eager to accept feedback to enhance the experience.

Pisco y Nazca is one of our favorite spots in Kendall. The service is always consistent and the food quality is always amazing. My family and I visited Pizco y Nasca on a weekday at around 4pm. I loved that there were barely any people there, I’m not much for crowds. Carla was our server, she was amazing. Continuously came around to check on us, making sure everyone had what they needed. She was spectacular! We were a groups of 7 and ordered an appetizer, then each person chose their own meal. (Image included with everything we ordered.) I was actually very surprised of how quickly the food came out- too quick for my liking. Meaning, food was already prepared (who knows for how long), but it was ok- nothing extraordinary. It certainly didn’t par with the price, bill was $600! It is a nice restaurant with a modern touch, cool for happy hours and appetizers. Location is convenient with in Town & Country Mall. We had a pleasant walk around the lake after dinner. Overall, it was a good experience.

Anticucho de pollo was good. Went for happy hour. I appreciated they had several mocktails to choose. Bar service was not good however despite not being busy. The server seemed bothered by simple requests (like asking for water with my food which should be automatic and even if that was forgotten which I can understand, but being bothered by the request made no sense). The restaurant is nice but a can be nicer, we came to this Peruvian place because of the recommendations given by a family member. The service is good and attentive. The menu is large with a nice variety of Peruvian dishes. Unfortunately the plates we ordered where not to the level as expected and "we know peruvian food". Some plates took a long time to get served, by the time was on the table some of us, a group of 12 already finished eating. Some of the plates where with the wrong order and some had so much salt on it that had to be returned not once bet twice, the ceviches are just ok Unfortunately. The place have potential but after this experience we won't came back again and won't recommend to anyone, the drinks also on the weak side and took 20 minutes for 2 pisco hours to be served, there are better Peruvian Restaurants in Miami and plenty of them.

Food was good. Service was terrible, no water refills or utensils, no one came by to see if anyone wanted anything else to drink. we had to call the waitress for every little thing we needed because no one was coming around.

Actually crazy. There was two main servers. Nikki was wonderful, super sweet and professional. Unfortunately the other server, Wendy was incredibly rude. We sent back a steak for being way too overcooked and tough. My friend was the one who ordered the steak and we’re younger so she was too nervous to say anything. At the end, I asked the steak be taken off as she had only eaten three small bites or so and the egg with two bites of rice, basically nothing from how big the plate was, I wouldn’t even say 1/4 of the plate. When we asked it to be taken off, we were interrogated by Wendy and she seemed to be insinuating we couldn’t afford the meal and that we were trying to get it free even though we didn’t have an issue with the rest of the food. I got the same thing and finished the meal, it was fine. But my friend genuinely didn’t like it and her steak was way worse than mine. Then while the supervisor spoke to me, Wendy seemed to have a very outright rude attitude and expression. The food wasn’t even incredible for the price, probably way better going somewhere else for these prices. Again, Nikki was amazing not bashing her, we love Nikki.

Kitchen staff should be more careful when cooking, not the first time that something like this happens with my food. Deep fried, cooked long hair on my food. First time I didn’t leave a review, I called the restaurant to let them know. Second time, I had to.
