Huge step up from before. Team members Joffrey and Amanda are professional and patient. Best part was their cleanliness. Changing gloves as if it were their own sandwiches the we’re preparing. I use to avoid this location and now I can’t wait to return with more clientele.

Loved my experience here! I went to this location because the one by my house sucks and I was not disappointed. Renee was amazing and was very attentive while preparing my food and serving me. Very professional and kept a good vibe. The food is also great. No stale bread, cookies were fresh and it was a clean environment. The Manager is doing a good job here.

The staff can be more "approachable". They seem bothered when spoken to. This location has gotten more sanitary looking; the lobby looks cleaner and they are remembering to change gloves as needed!
Food was good. Place was clean. Employee was not so friendly. Parking good. Watch out for the lettuce the container looked like it needed to be cleaned. Mission accomished I was very hu gry that day!

Workers always have an attitude and don’t even look like they want to be at work. They always skimp out on toppings.
Ordered a 6" tuna sandwich, 2 little scoops of tuna, had to pay for an additional scoop. And the Subway employees uses the tiny scooper, 😂.

Service was slow and confusing. Heated food sits on the counter while they prepare other sandwiches. Same gloves are worn to open ovens, slice breads, cutting multiple sandwiches and prepping food items. #Unnecessary and #Unsanitary Too many homeless entering and exiting,.. leaving phones to charge on eating tables and personal items left behind. The workers seemed angry to be there or serving. Maybe it wasn't a good day for them. Hopefully, it will be better in the future for all.

Manager and owner of this location I will be reaching out to subway corporate offices Regarding your lack of response and care for the reviews as you have un addressed reviews about the same person over a year old On the older black lady working at your subway This morning I call order two sandwich’s on Uber eats I get a call 10 minutes later This lady had the audacity to say “ I will not be making all those sandwiches it is way to early” My question is WHY DO YOU WORK ARE SUBWAY THEN? This lady should’ve been fired a longggg Time ago As this is unprofessional, unethical And most of all unacceptable If you open at 9 you should be willing to make sandwiches at 9:01 Or at least if you need to wait a few Minutes You can talk in a nice, calm tone I’m a polite way Not giving me attitude I expect a response from you subway on my review within 48 hours and this lady must receive training or some type of change because she is unfit to be working in customer service If I do not receive one I will be contacting corporate offices And submitting for complaint on your location
This subway on county line has the Worst customer service i have ever seen first i ask to use the restroom for my son it takes the girls forever to open the bathroom door dirty bathroom. When we get to the front to order a lady with nails that are as long as the counter make us wait to fill the line for 20 minutes no jokes my son was hungry so I waited. There was a second girl on the background as an extra I guess her nails was too long she could not do anything but walking around i wonder if the owner or the manager ever visited the store. Worst place Worst service Worst food i give it a star just so I can write my comments.
So my man went to get me a sub. I like it extra toasted. The woman working felt the need to catch an attitude about it and made him wait once the sandwich was toasted and went ahead to the person behind him and started and completed their order before my man who was there 1st. He was made to wait FOR NO REASON. A WOMAN WHO HAS BEEN WORKING FOR THE COMPANY FOR 5YRS HAS AN ATTITUDE ABOUT WORKING A SUNDAY SHIFT (YESTERDAY) HAS NO RIGHT TO BE GIVING CUSTOMERS A HARD TIME. SHAME ON HER. THERE WERE 2 PEOPLE ON THE SHIFT IT WAS THE OLDER WOMAN. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED AND TO NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.
Owners taking advantage of low income neighborhood by overcharging for certain item I was to to purchase a sales bowl if I just wanted a scoop of tuna, I do this everyday it’s not until you enter low income areas do these weird rules show up…unethical
I wish I could give them 0 stars. My order was wrong and the 1 sub that was correct was a Steak sub that was Ice cold. I ordered a meatball sandwich and got another steak sub that was ice cold. None of the subs were toasted.
I hate this Subway. Now they got an old black lady who avoids work.. I ordered a sub on Ubereats at 8:40, she wouldn’t let me in.. Said they open at 9.. Then why does the door Day otherwise? Why was I able to place my order?? This subway needs to just close already..
Don't spend your money at this subway 21453 Nw 2nd Ave they do not care about customer service. All the manager and staffs all should be replaced. I wanted to give a zero star to them, because they do not deserve a star at all. Last time I will ever spend my money at this place.
Went in on a lunch break the girl at the register was really sweet but the person who made my sandwich made it so sloppy i almost walked out...attitude... rude
I came to this location was gonna purchase a water I needed to pee really bad, there were four ladies working here they refuse to give me the key to use the bathroom told me that I was having an attitude because I was asking literally begging for the key I was told that I needed to be a customer in order to use the bathroom I told him I was purchasing a water I have never felt so humiliated in front of other customers that was sitting eating and was disrespected this is a very ghetto and nasty restaurant people need to realize and know how to treat people in this world I would never visit this location again
The manager does not let you use the bathroom. I told her that I was doing Uber. For consumers only….too bad for her…

Look at what I got when I ordered on DoorDash from this location, when I say this is the worst location to ever order from, not only did the Philly steak come without green peppers the bread was SOGGY , meat was cold and sandwich was cold, it’s so bad that I’m going to complain to the corporate. They had a BOGO deal so I thought why not order since it’s close to me. Lol never again. Traumatized just look at what they gave me. Who can even serve someone a cold steak sandwich. Health hazard it doesn’t even look appetizing to eat. I gave it to my dogs.
One star for a lack of a lower rating. I'm definitely not recommending this place as I had a very bad experience yesterday. Lashev one of the staff was obviously definitely not in the mood to work and I paid the consequences as she was agressive, mean and disrespectful towards me. I decided to leave the restaurant without taking the sandwich that was already prepared. Everything single thing that I asked her to put in it, she was doing it on her way. She played deaf as if the sandwich belong to her. 1-"Don't put too much spinach"(said that 3 times), she filled it with spinach. 2- I asked for onions (3times as well) didn't get any. 3- I asked for salt and pepper (had to insist 3 times) didn't got any. Next thing, the sandwich was wrapped and given to me with the meanest face ever seen in an industry where smile and customer service are supposed to be the least to expect . Obviously chocked by such a lack of care, I turned to her colleague and wondered if she had hearing problem ( this would have been the only explanation because she was not responding to any of my request). She turned towards me, screamed and yelled at me like I was her child: " Just take your sandwich and leave my place !!! ". Another client that witnessed the scene had to reply as I choose to leave to deescalate a situation that obviously would have been worse if I had responded. To the owner: please when you have employees that are not in the mood, have them stay home because my purpose by entering your restaurant was solely to get a sandwich not to be cursed by your staff. Obviously she doesn't have your best interest in regards. I will not go to your place ever again and will make sure that none of my friends and social media followers does it as well. Subway branding starts with appropriate staffing. This one is too ghetto and should have stayed in the hood. Extremely disappointed !!!
The service there is not that great. I’m a postal worker and there was a bad storm I decided to go there for lunch and also to use the restroom which I’ve been holding, there aren’t any specific locations for postal workers to use the restroom. I went inside and ask to use to restroom because you need a key to use it. They gave me a hassle asking am I going to purchase something because that was from management. I told them yes but the young lady behind the register said no I have to purchase before I use the bathroom. I stated I would pay after I get out they laughed and told me no. I then stated can I have the managers number she said for what and after writing it down she told me there is no need to call because when she’s off she ain’t gonna do nothing but curse me out because of that. I told them why would I pay for food and then go in the restroom with it that’s nasty. The three workers laughed and didn’t care. It’s sad that postal workers can’t even go in a restaurant without being treated so nasty especially on a horrible rainy day. I would never purchase from there the people are very rude.
Honestly, I’ll never go to this subway ever again. The sub that I ordered on the menu board it show that it’s $6.39, but I get ringed up and handed my receipt and it’s showing $7.99. So I asked the cashier/server why is my receipt higher than what’s on the board, to which she says, ‘Oh, the prices went up’. She was so nonchalant about it. Great! No problem! I guess the menu board forgot to read that memo. You’re advertising one thing, but having people pay something else after standing in line, placing their order, and then paying for it, only to find out it’s a different value. Lord knows how long that menu board has had the wrong prices on it. It’s acts like this that make me go out my way to somewhere else to purchase, cause this right here is not right and very unfair to the consumer. SUBWAY, you need to know better and do better!! It’s like this location, there’s always something wrong happening here. Don’t waste your money or your time here, it’s not worth it!!!!
Me acerco al establecimiento a realizar una compra y primeramente solo hablan inglés ( el cual no domino a la perfección ) pregunto si hay alguien español y me dicen q no , al realizar el pedido la señora q ahí trabaja me habla con muy mala forma la cual yo no la entiendo ya no q no domino el inglés y me dej a un lado para atender otro cliente haciéndome pasar un momento incómodo , yo trato de reclamarle diciéndole q no la entiendo y sale de la cocina parece ser alguien superior la cual habla perfectamente el español y me dice q no es obligado , lo q andaba con mi niño y tenía hambre xq sino no hago la compra , MUY MALA FORMA DE SUS DEPENDIENTES EXCEPTO UNA MUCHACHA DE TEZ OSCURA JOVENCITA Q ME ATENDIO MUY BIEN , MUY MALO EL SERVICIO EXCEPTO ESA CHICA ,
