An authentic Argentine escape in Miami. The sizzling parrillada at Cerrado - The Knife Parrilla Argentina Bayside is a carnivore's dream, featuring perfectly grilled short ribs and chorizo bursting with smoky flavor. The provoleta starter is an unmissable, gooey delight. Paired with a robust Malbec, the meal is exceptional. While the Bayside location buzzes with energy, the star is the expertly prepared meat. For a true taste of Buenos Aires with a vibrant Miami backdrop, this spot delivers on all fronts. A solid choice for a memorable, hearty dinner.
Such a nice experience! The steaks and meats were amazing! As well as the roasted veggies! We loved the salad and appetizer bar and the bottle of Rose wine was so good! Such nice views and great service. Crazy amazing deal for the price here. Such a great find highly recommend!
I had never been to an Argentine barbecue in the USA before, it was a really great experience. The staff is attentive and the grill guys are friendly and patient when explaining the different cuts of meat. I enjoyed chatting with them! It’s definitely a restaurant I’d go back to many times 😎
Beyond 5-Star Review for The Knife Parrilla Argentina. A must come and enjoy place when you visit Miami solo, with family or friends! My dining experience at The Knife Parrilla Argentina nestled on the second floor of the Bayside Market in Downtown Miami was exceptional, earning every bit of its beyond five star review! Mi experiencia gastronómica en The Knife Parrilla Argentina, ubicado en el segundo piso del Bayside Market en el centro de Miami, fue excepcional y se ganó cada parte de su reseña de cinco estrellas. We started off with warm, toasty, tasty buns and Cuevas del Sur Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 recommended by our attentive server Alex. A selection of wines and beers are included in the very reasonable per person buffet price. Truly amazing for downtown Miami. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting aroma of sizzling Argentine-style grilled meats set the stage for an unforgettable afternoon. The manager, Niudys, was absolutely fantastic. Her attentive presence and genuine passion for ensuring every guest felt welcomed made a lasting impression. She seamlessly orchestrated the afternoon, checking in with a warm smile and ensuring every detail was perfect. Her leadership clearly inspires the team, as the service was flawless. Our servers, Alex and Eduardo, were phenomenal. Alex’s enthusiasm and knowledge of the wine selections and menu made every recommendation spot-on, including the perfectly charred and delicious empanada to the perfectly made American style French fries. He was attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs. Eduardo matched this energy with his charm and efficiency, keeping my glass filled and plates cleared with a friendly demeanor that made feel like a regular. Eduardo and I shared stories during the meal which was enjoyable. Their teamwork created a dining experience that felt both polished and personal in the middle of bustling Bayside. I fell in love with the empenada and it was only an appetizer. And the views of the marina and ferris wheel were perfect! Next course was the cream of broccoli soup which was as good as my granny's homemade soups, and that says a lot. The dishes at the salad bar were fragrant and delicious with a mouth watering aroma I have never experienced in my global travels sampling South American buffets. The cevice was cosmic. In fact, my taste buds got lost in the flavours of each unique Argentinian dish I sampled at the cold salad bar. By the end of the cold bar selections, I literally had to take a break before the meat selections, my tastebuds and tummy being well satisfied. Arriving at the made to order meat grill, the delicious meat flavours were flying in the air, my eyes were pleasantly shocked at the huge grill selection, but my stomach 'gas gage' was getting very close to full and I have no reserve stomach tank! I asked Eduardo my server about the grill selections and asked him to talk to the Chefs to provide a very modest sampling of the meats. Eduardo tells me the Chefs are really generous all the time. If he is correct, is it possible certain guests have 3-4 stomachs to fit all these delicacies in? Just joking. The clientele was all very well dressed and well mannered enjoying the delicicies at a South American dining pace. The grilled meats were fabulous. Fresh, tender, juicy! I thanked the animal Spirits for their lives and the amazing meal. The grill Chefs prepared the cuts perfectly. All the food was an Argentinian masterpiece—each dish bursting with authentic Argentine flavors, from the tender, smoky cuts of meat to everything I sampled. I had zero room for the desserts, but no doubt they were equally delightful. Ok, ok. Eduardo, talked me into vanilla and chocolate ice cream for dessert. The Knife isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a celebration of Argentine culture and tastes, brought to life by Niudys, Alex, Eduardo, and their incredible team. I can’t wait to return with my film cast and crew during the filming of thELight I (tm) film Miami scenes in late September, early October, 2025!
We came here from a recommendation and it did not disappoint. You are seated at a nice table. If you are an adult you get 2 alcoholic drinks or a bottle of house wine with the price of your meal. There is a buffet with salads, fruits, pastas, and other options. You order your hot side with your waiter. Then the best part is the huge indoor grill that has all different kinds of meat and grilled veggies to choose from and it is all you can eat. The wait staff is very nice. Definitely recommended and will return.
Absolutely enjoyed the place. We were a family of 7 and everyone was truly satisfied. Our host was Nestor and he was prompt, accurate and understanding of all our needs. For less than $50, you can enjoy the whole experience plus certain beverages and desserts. Only a few things are not included in that price. You get to see how the meat is prepared, right in front of you, just for you. I would definitely recommend this place.
We had a blast at The Knife! Nestor, our waiter, made us feel super special the whole night. As an Argentinian, I felt like I was at home. This is a great deal if you are looking for a true Argentinian Asado in Miami. I would definitely recommend them!!
I had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant! The staff were not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. The spacious interior was quite impressive, and even with a private party and several full tables, there was still plenty of room to enjoy our meal comfortably. The cleanliness of the restaurant also stood out, as well as the amazing water views. Which contributed to a pleasant dining atmosphere. This was my first time trying an Argentinean restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed. The extensive salad bar offered a wide range of options, but the true stars of the show were the meats. The selection was vast and diverse, truly fit for a king. Every dish I tried was simply amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection. Although one of the meats was a tad chewy, it was a minor hiccup in an otherwise outstanding meal. I must admit, I indulged a bit too much, but as they say, you only live once! I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience. In fact, I've already sung its praises to several friends and can't wait to return for another memorable meal.
Really good food and view into the harbor is top notch because of the second floor seating. Unlimited meats and dessert is included 👌
Came upon this restaurant while staying in Miami for the Ultra Music Festival. We decided to have dinner here before heading into the festival. Been in the bay area many times and did not have an idea that it was here. It is a big space, you can tell it fits a lot of people and that they get business on busy days. The view from your table is the bay area and water so it’s a plus. It’s a all you can eat Argentinian style buffet. It has a salad bar with an array of selection of cold dishes, charcuterie, fruits and etc. The price was about $40 per person which includes salad bar, an array of hot sides, a full dessert menu and the main event the grill meats. You can start however you want but obviously you want to tackle the meats too. It is a huge charcoal grill, where they cooking and preparing everything right there and in your face while you pick what you want. They have a array of meats to pick including chicken, roasted vegetables and fish. What’s amazing for our experience it that it’s done in charcoal grill, the many cuts they have and that are been cooked fresh constantly, plus cooked to your temp and desired cooking. Meats were nicely flavor, very well cooked, smoky, and i enjoy some of the cuts you never get to see sometimes like blood sausage or sweetbreads which are staples to Argentinian grilling Service was cool and funny our server was very outgoing and making us laugh. The cooks on the grill were very courteous and humble with us as if we knew each or had seen us before. The cold items were good, the hot side were tasty and the desserts were a nice finish to filling and delicious meal. Its on my list of go to places, especially since i love all you can eats and we will back for sure I am basing this on my restaurant, professional chef and eating experiences. Go give a try and have your own experience.
Don't miss it, in front of the sea, a perfect place to eat delicious and at a good price in the DownTown Miami area. Enjoy unlimited meat and fish in the style of the Argentine grill. I recommend you go to lunch, between 12 pm and 5 pm. You pay 32.99 per person and dessert and drinks are included. You can choose between beer, soda or wine. The price rises to 43.95 on weekends or holidays. Leave a generous tip because the service is very good.
Outstanding Service by Cristian at The Knife From the moment we arrived, Cristian provided exceptional service. He was incredibly attentive, anticipating every need without us having to ask. His professionalism and warm demeanor truly elevated our entire experience. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and detail-oriented. I’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the food, but because of the incredible service Cristian delivered. Thank you!

Fabulous Argentinian restaurant, we enjoyed every bite and we were attended by a great server called Nestor that made our experience even more memorable. We will Definitely visit again.

Great place with great food and prices! Christian was great and definitely recommend he made our experience memorable and was actually recommended by someone when we was looking for a olace with some great food. Thank you and will definitely recommend and return 😎🙏🏿
Yanina was attentive and a pleasure! 5 Stars for her and the entire establishment. Food was incredible and price is so reasonable for what you get. 100/10 recommend!
Cristian was absolutely phenomenal. He checked in at just the right times, made sure we were comfortable, and genuinely cared that we were enjoying ourselves. You don’t see that kind of dedication often. He made us feel like VIPs the entire night. The service alone is a reason to come back. Hats off to Cristian!
This was my first visit ever to The Knife, and on my local friend’s recommendation we chose it over Texas de Brazil because it is not as pricey, it is elegant and dessert and a bottle of wine are included in the price. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the view of the harbor and the setup of the buffet were elegant. I used to be a huge fan of Texas de Brazil, because that was the only steak house I had visited of its kind. I know it is Brazilian, and The Knife is Argentinian, but there are other differences in the designs of both restaurants that are not culturally based. While I missed the Brazilian cheese bread and the blue cheese and grape salad, The Knife had gracious servers. Ours visited our table about 11 times and kept our drinks topped off and our table cleared. She served us with a smile, unlike at Texas de Brazil, where the cowboy servers come across as macho. That works for many clients. But my friends and I responded well to our smiling servers at The Knife. Our friends live in Miami and ordered in Spanish. Appetizers were included in the price, and our friend ordered papas provenciales (see photo). If you’re a garlic fries fan, these will send you to foodie heaven. I’m not sure they’re on the menu. You don’t have to wait for someone to come by with a skewer of meat, at The Knife you go and choose whatever you like fresh from the barbecue. And what a vast array! Everything we ate was good. My steak and pork were delectable. We all had something different and agreed it was all good. Our local friends ordered off the menu again and asked for queso, and the gentlemen manning the barbecue put metal bowls of provolone sprinkled with a bit of parsley in the oven. It came to the table melted and ready to spread on my bread. I soaked the roll in steak juice, spread it with the melted provolone and my mouth did a happy dance. The salad bar was indescribable, because it had things I’d never seen before, all delicious. My favorites were the tiny blue cheese rolls, with a mixture of olive bits rolled in thin layers of cake; and the Russian potato salad. There were also a lot of veal and chicken dishes there. I think we saw shrimp cocktail, too. Of note, the mojito my husband ordered was “great”, and strong he says. It was not included in the price but he found it worth it. At the end of the meal, we chose from about twenty dessert offerings and ordered cortaditos and Americanos, included in the price. We sat next to the window, watching a brilliant pink Miami sunset, and felt totally relaxed. The restaurant was never very crowded, even though it was a Friday night. So, if you want an intimate date with a foodie, this is a great location.
So my friend Jimmy told me The Kinfe is the best food in Miami. All you can eat Argentinian food for $31 a head. Includes either a beer each, or soda, or you can split a bottle of wine. Upchare for the 2 for 1 mojito, which we got. I have to say the man is correct and if you end up in Miami eat here.
Place was amazing. Great food. Great service, and the vibe by the water is top notch. Yanina went above and beyond to make sure everyone at our 12 top table was taken care of, and she didnt skip a beat. Will deffinately come back. And request her section. P.S. guys at the grill were amazing, and willing to cook as requested.
I like the attention to detail, especially when it comes to preparing their meats. Witnessing their method of waiting for the charcoal to stop letting off smoke before beginning the cooking process, and then rubbing the grill with meat fats for added flavor. every bite of their succulent, perfectly grilled steaks, which were rich in flavor and beautifully charred. The ambiance of The Knife complements the dining experience, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax and indulge in the best of Argentinian cuisine.
Good Argentinian grilled style meats, lots of different cuts, veal, chicken, fish, pork, sausage, roasted vegetables and all the trimmings of a good Argentinian asado. Plenty of different salads and sides dishes to choose, empanadas, includes unlimited sodas, or a tall glass of beer or if you preffer (and you should) a bottle of whine per person, a good selection of desserts is part of the deal as well, awesome.
I pass a memorable day in my birthday 🎁, I recommend for all people to pass the best birthday and funny time , The staff was very nice people, I wanna mention a Leito the best grill boy & specially the owner he was very pending for all my request The best grill house in Miami 🇦🇷🇺🇸 I will back guys you win a costumer 4Ever
This place is absolutely fantastic i went to the other knife in the mall but felt the meat was so dry there now the knife in Bayside is a whole another deal all the meats were absolutely delicious juicy well seasoned the chef was super funny and nice they have all kinds of meat ready to cook to your liking the salad bar was delicious with many options and delicious sides the argentina empanadas were seasoned and cooked well me and my sister burnt our mouths eating them since there so good 😄 our view excelente our wine excelente the desert excelente the attention of service from our waitress excelente and the best part the price you can't beat it I definitely give this the knife in Bayside 100* and hopefully the location at the mall was just the chef having a bad but very happy I came again 🔥 🔥🔥🥂
Great experience! All-you-can-eat cafe with affordable price, great location, decent choice of food. Lunch is around $28/person, dinner (and holidays) - around 44$/person (2 glasses of Mexican beer included). Many kinds of grilled meat, beef, chicken, pork, traditional Mexican meats like (blood sausages and more, worth to try!). Salads, vegetables, fruits, deserts.. All you want. The beef steaks were incredible! Also I would like to thank our waitress, unfortunately I don't know her name, she was so nice and polite and friendly so it made my day. And tadaaam! I had a birthday a day before visiting and was surprised with their birthday present: bring 3 of your adult friends to celebrate and you can eat for free! So I paid for only 3 ppl but not 4. That's so nice! Thank you! Shortly, I would recommend this place. My only complaint is this place is a little bit noisy but this is a
All of us who live in Miami know the emblematic place of Argentine cuisine, the knife. Who has not had a good celebration here?it is incredible how time goes by, it does not lose its charm. Today Nestor served us super friendly and professional, incredible service. Thank you, I recommend this place.
She came to our table with a smile and served us extremely well, she showed us where to get the food and even recommended some food items that I thought was extremely good, honestly one of the best experiences ever, made me like the restaurant a lot. Yamina was the best thank you very much!
Excellent cuts of beef, all included with bottles of wine, beer, New York steaks for one very reasonable price. Excellent service by our server, Alejo, the Colombian service. He was great. We come here several times a year and enjoy our office parties. I highly recommend this restaurant to take your friends when they come visit Miami or just to come on a nice date. All you can eat but delicious food and the view is spectacular. Right on Biscayne Bay with all the yachts and beautiful setting. They don’t stop bringing food and wine until you say uncle!
Amazing grill meat for the Price! You get fries, salad, water , lemonade and desserts for just 50$!
I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, but what really made the night special was the outstanding service from our server, Alejo.
Giving the 5 for the people on the grill, they work their "assets" off being exposed to the heat of the charcoal all day and they can definitely grill the best in Miami, so dont hesitate to go there if you want real argentinian asado, the 1 star on atmosphere is because their bathrooms, understood some people is nasty but they need to keep up with the maintenance, my honest opinion....
10/18/2024 Friday, I went with family to this restaurant,we found it through google and we are completely satisfied with the food, the service of the staff and the drinks. Per person $38.00,it is all you can eat; meat, salad bar, plus 2 beers or 1 bottle of wine you can choose, the desert which are delicious and they also brought French fries, fries potatoes and white rice to our table. Remember I'm talking about Friday because other days can be different. We definitely will go back to this restaurant. We all were in shock for everything that we enjoyed for $38.00 per person and not extra charges.
Came here on our 3rd day in Miami. Argentinian meat buffet, exactly what it says on the tin! Huge selection of meats to choose from and salads and accompaniments. Price was reasonable and included 1 dessert and a drink as well. Would come again. Great location by Bayside, service was excellent. Would not recommend to vegans / vegetarians obviously! Apologies for not more photos, I took videos which can’t be uploaded here!
One of the best places to invite friends and have lunch tasty and inexpensive and with a beautiful view from the window. The meat is very soft and different and a bottle of Spanish wine and a lot of herbs and salads in the buffet. Very friendly, polite staff. We live far away, but every time , when we visit Bayside, we enjoy lunch at The knife! Thank you for your business !
Good selection of side dishes. Meat is tasty and there’s many options to choose from. Drinks (even a bottle of wine per person! If you’re feeling up to it) and dessert included in the price. Hard to beat the value/price. Andrea, our server, was very attentive and super nice. We never had to ask for our drinks to be refilled and I greatly value/appreciate that. Thanks, Andrea!
Great place to go for a good rodizio style lunch or dinner. Amazing view to the marina. Waiters are the best, very Latino way to take care of clients, good mood and welcoming actitud. They deserve your best treat. Food is super good, do nit forget to ask to the waiters for the good stuff. Ask them for the Picanha, strip lion, rib eyes, all these are cut only available through the waiters service. The deserts, OMG, you have to try all of them, so good. Highly recomended place, we had a great time there.
OMG!!! We love this place!!! Such a good deal for some awesome food and atmosphere and view of Biscayne Bay. The all you can eat grill of meats/sausages and then the salad bar is beyond delicious! Plus, you get a bottle of wine with your meal. My husband and I go here every time we are in Miami!!!
This was the best meal we had while visiting the area. We paid around $35 for all you can eat, which included a bottle of wine (2nd bottle was no cost either). You could get beer or soda instead of wine. The meal featured various meats - tilapia, beef short ribs, steak, pork loin, pork ribs, chicken, bacon wrapped stuffed pork, and more. There was a salad bar and various vegetables from the grill - roasted potatoes, tomato halves with cheese melted, grilled onions, and a few more options. The server can also bring mashed potatoes or fries and bread if you want. All COVID guidelines were being followed. Our server fixed the salad while we told him what we wanted on the plate. You picked up a plate at the grill and told the cooks what you wanted, and they would put it on your plate. Various desserts were offered too. We got flan and cheesecake. Both were great. It was my boyfriend's birthday, and they brought out an individual cake with a candle and happy birthday written on the plate. It was delicious too. The service was excellent. Our server was Mister. He was awesome, funny, and attentive but no overly so. He recoginized when our glasses were getting low and promptly filled them. The restaurant is in the Bayside Marketplace on the 2nd level. It is on the end near the ferris wheel. Our table was by the window looking out over the marina. We could watch the boats, water taxi, and all the people going by. It was the perfect date spot. We will definately be back!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Knife restaurant and I must say, it was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, but the exceptional service provided by the restaurant's manager, Veronica, truly stood out. Her professionalism and kindness were unmatched, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. From her warm greeting to her attentive nature throughout the meal, Veronica's presence truly elevated the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. I highly recommend The Knife and its exceptional manager, Veronica, to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience.
We decided to give the Knife a try one evening, and oh my gosh, this place has SO many options! Mostly meats, but also salads, sides, and each meal comes with a choice of dessert. This is definitely a place you'll want to be super hungry for! Everything was very good, and the servers and cooks made our meal a fun experience.
This place is amazing if you are in the area this is a must try. Food is amazing, honestly if you come make sure you are hungry. Lots of food. Good views Excellent service. The service from Alejandro was amazing, he made sure we were well care for. Friendly and knowledgeable of food and drinks. The kind of service everyone needs to experience. Been part of this hospitality industry i can say that this place is a 20 out 10. Goes above and beyond your expectations.
Our family dining experience at The Knife Parrillada was truly wonderful. This restaurant proved to be the perfect choice for a cozy family meal where everyone could enjoy not only the delicious food but also each other's company. The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the inviting aroma of grilling meat, setting the tone for an authentic parrillada experience. The variety of meat offered was impressive - from succulent steaks to flavorful chorizo, each selection cooked to perfection. The quality of the food is certainly worth noting, and the salad bar, with its array of fresh options, complemented the meat dishes beautifully. The staff at The Knife Parrillada were hospitable and attentive, ensuring our needs were promptly addressed. They contributed significantly to the warm and friendly atmosphere of the place. Beyond the excellent food and service, the restaurant provided a relaxed environment, which made it easy for us to unwind and truly enjoy our time together as a family. The rustic, yet comfortable décor added to the overall charm and authenticity of the place. In conclusion, The Knife Parrillada offers an exceptional meal experience. Despite being a carnivore's paradise, it caters to a range of dietary preferences, making it an excellent option for diverse family gatherings. It's not just a place to eat, it's a place to enjoy quality time with loved ones. Highly recommended!
I had an incredible experience at The Knife in Miami! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. The quality and variety of meats were outstanding, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor — definitely a must for anyone who loves a true Argentine dining experience. A special shoutout goes to Eduardo, who took care of us throughout the evening. His service was beyond excellent — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. He anticipated our needs without us even asking and made us feel truly welcome. Eduardo turned a great meal into an unforgettable night, and we can’t thank him enough. If you’re in Miami and looking for an authentic, flavorful, and memorable dining experience, The Knife is the place to go. Highly recommend!

A Meat Lover's Paradise: All-You-Can-Eat Steakhouse Experience If you’re a steak enthusiast looking for a satisfying lunch or dinner, this all-you-can-eat restaurant is a must-visit! Priced at $40 per person (excluding tax and service fees), it offers incredible value for those who appreciate a hearty meal. The price includes refillable drinks, although shakes and fruit juices come with an extra charge. Don’t forget to save room for dessert, which features delightful options like crepes, flan, and a delicious bread topped with ice cream (though I can’t quite recall its name!). We kicked off our meal at the well-prepared salad bar and appetizer area, which set a great tone for what was to come. Afterward, we made our way to the grilling and smoking station, where the real magic happens. The steaks were impressive—palatable and bursting with flavor. One suggestion I have is to label the different cuts of steak, as many customers were curious about which was which. The process is simple: you can choose one meat at a time, allowing you to savor each selection while ensuring it stays warm. The spacious dining rooms and clean bathrooms add to the overall pleasant experience, making it a comfortable place to enjoy your meal. By the end of our visit, we were completely full and thoroughly satisfied. The price is just right, especially considering the wide variety of steaks available. If you’re in the mood for a steak feast, this restaurant is definitely worth checking out!
Meat selection is good and most of them taste good. The downside is there is no menu / description at the grill station. Varities are good considering the price during normal days. Went for Father's Day lunch which was much more than usual. Included a dessert each with wine/beer and also soft drinks. However, if you are going during day time especially summer, the place is hot and stuffy. Aircon were off, only with few small fans and many guests were fan-ing. I brought my portable fan and yet I am still sweating while eating as we were at window seats and weather was extremely hot.
$38 for lunch $50 for dinner. All Buffet. Dinner included a bottle of wine. Not bad for Miami. Food is insanely filling. All meat and heavy, heavy salads. (Waldorf, potato, anything with mayo and/or cheese) The fish was better than expected. Meat was fine. The flank steak was tough. Nothing amazing but not bad. Tried the blood sausage and liked it, the "sweet bread" (cow thymus) was a first for me. Interesting. Again, food was all totally fine. Good, but nothing knocked my socks off. Not too crowded on a Monday.

If you are a meat lover, this is the place for you!!! They have a huge table of BBQ staff and you can choose whatever you want. Their sausages are good! The guy in the meat counter is super generous and gives you a giant piece of whatever you ask even though I emphasize that I just want a small piece of it~They don't charge you for wasting though which is good but I still felt a bit guilty~ It resulted into that I was too full and didn't get a chance to try their dessert..sigh~~
Great selection of food at value. Poor customer service however. Even when the restaurant was relatively empty, the wait staff wasn't the best. Meats are top notch and so are the deserts. The other stuff is on par with other all you can eat spots you see commonly. They also give you two beers or a bottle of wine per person.
Great atmosphere with family and friends. Our waiter was amazing. Great option for a nice night out and the Ferris wheel view gives an extra touch. Bring cash to tip the guys on the grill, they’re killing it back there.
I came back to this place after 17 years. It was not in same level that I expected and observed 2008, still is a good place to eat different barbecue. Salad bar was good, desert was ok. I am happy with the service of my waiter. Price was higher than it should be.
I will start my review out by saying I am mostly a vegetarian. I attended a work dinner at the Knife last week. I assumed I would be able to find something not based on meat but only had salad and tomatoes. You may ask why I have rated the food so high. The answer is because my meat loving colleagues loved the place. I would encourage any meat-lover to try this place. However, please do not bring your vegetarian coworkers along. A great aspect of this restaurant are the desserts. I had the apple tart. Delicious! Several colleagues had molten lava cake and flan. All the desert was fantastic. The wait staff are also very helpful and polite.
Good service and food is good too. Being coming here for over 5 yrs now. I loved the salad bar and side dishes. All inclusive meal for great price. If you go on website you will see that your meal includes additional items besides the bars and they won't tell you that 😉 empanadas, fries, rice and beans, and even steak... thank me later 😊 I forgot to take pics of food 🥴
I didn’t get a chance to take pictures of the meats and grill area, but the meat was pretty good, with some cuts being especially tasty. Real Argentinian chefs. The price for the amount of food is incredible, and it’s a great spot if you’re looking for large portions at a good price in Miami. The wine wasn’t the best quality, but overall, the experience was really enjoyable. Dessert was just okay, but I still recommend coming here for the food and price. Food from the bar was okay, nothing to highlight.
On Saturday. me and wife spent > 130$ we had the wine legitimo, that is a fair red wine. The salad bar was ok. This is certainly not the main attraction. The meat station where you also get vegetables is a good idea. Very nice to see the happening. We had a bit of eveything and it was nice. We did not gain any weight and made it safely back to the hotel on time... We were both sick. Croud is mixed and is a very pleasant environment, vibe is fun. Deserts selection which is included is very good.

We were a party of 8, decided to come here for my birthday and definitely won’t be coming back. The food was just mediocre, not fresh, and there were very limited drink options. My friend is a vegetarian, and also found the options extremely poor. Overall, a disappointing experience for a special occasion.
All you can eat Argentina buffet. Price is good for what you get but the food quality is just so so. The staff there are very friendly. It is a great place to celebrate birthday with group of friends and family. They came around to tambourine music and gave a dessert with giant sparkler. There were many birthday celebrations when we were there. Oh! The chocolate lava cake is very good!
This restaurant is nice, they serve you well, but the cleanliness of the establishment is not very good and the prices are very high. Prepare your budget. For a group of 7 people, it costs $700.00

Well think twice before spend your money here. Line and wait time after you are seated to take your meat, they limit to first take, veguies on the grill dry dry...ask to make it fresh. Filet, not available in the grill, ask for it to the waitress as soon as you seat because it will take between 15 to 20 minutes to be ready. And after the 20 minutes this picture shows what we asked for two people and hard meat that of course was not a fillet. For this price go to a good restaurant where you pay for good meal and service, better eat around Bayside boardwalk and avoid The Knife.
The meat was dry and tasteless. Cheap wine. Only thing good was the salads and dessert. I wouldn’t go back there or recommend it especially since it’s so pricey. They need to do better with the quality of the food.
I came to the knife for the food first and foremost. An ayce meat restaurant? I’m all for it. The video shows the amount of selection they have. It’s quite astonishing. However the food itself was horrible. Pictures below is my plate. And another one is all the meats being super well done and dried out. I had to chew the meats so much my jaw was getting tired. No amount of A1 could help it. I had about 1/3 of my plate and couldn’t finish it. The mashed potatoes tasted exactly like instant ones you buy from the grocery store. No seasoning. No flavor. Just a white paste. So all in all I paid $40 for a small caesar salad and a soda. I believe the chef on the grill should do some quality control. If he’s cutting into it and it’s super dried out. Grab another piece that hasn’t been there sitting on the grill for 3 hours. It’s a little different from your Brazilian steakhouses because they have every cut being a different doneness. I thought they would have done they here. I would have to note that the service was very nice. It was my first time (and last time) so the server explained everything to me.
Go if you like TASTELESS FOOD AND MEET THAT SEETS THERE FOR A LOOONG TIME FOR OVER 100 Dolar’s 2 ppl What a disappointment for such an expensive steakhouse. The food wasn’t freshly prepared — it was already sitting out there, and when we picked it up it was barely warmed (my cheese didn’t even melt). For the price they charge, this is unacceptable. We sat down for 5 minutes, realized how bad the food and salad bar looked, and decided to leave. The server acted surprised but did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. The wine we ordered was terrible too, and even though we had barely touched it, they refused to let us take it with us. When the manager was called, she only spoke Spanish, and the server didn’t even bother to explain or translate what happened. Between the lack of fresh food, poor service, and total disregard for guests, this place is NOT worth the money. Avoid it. Still waiting my REFUND. They never sent * pic of the food display, after that they briefly warm it up and serve you. Yes, I thought it was ready to serve but no. And it looks good but that’s like your chewing piece of an eraser. *
⭐☆☆☆☆ The food was terrible. They advertise picanha, but it’s actually low-quality round roast. The flank steak was chewy, and the rest of the cuts were just as bad—one worse than the other. The atmosphere was awful: hot, with no working air conditioning. The salad bar looked like everything had been sitting out since the day before. It’s truly disappointing to see how much this place has declined. It used to be a great spot for me, and it’s sad to see it in this state. Being a tourist destination and a landmark in Miami, it doesn’t deserve to be serving this kind of food to visitors. The waitress and the grill master were excellent—nothing against them, they’re just employees doing their best.

The food was not that good, I had a chicken skewer and also got the chicken quarter and they were both raw….the meat was subpar. There was no AC in the building and the bathroom was falling apart the toilet didn’t even have a seat. Management needs to step up and take care of these things. The best thing was the lava cake and the passion fruit moose.
Save your money and grab a burger or a slice of pizza somewhere else. Do not expect a fine culinary experience at “The Knife”. The meal and the service were both mediocre. Our visit began with a trip to the not so fresh salad bar. The sides that are offered are instant potatoes and dirty rice from a box. The meat grilling station in the back offers many selections to choose from, except they’re overcooked and dry. If you want a steak dinner, go to a decent steak house. Even my dessert was a disappointment, rice pudding that looked like rice and milk. To nobody’s surprise we all woke up hungry today because we barely ate. On the upside it does offer decent views, but so do other restaurants in the area.
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your restaurant. We paid for two all-you-can-eat meals, but the meat was dry and cold. Unfortunately, the vegetables were burnt and also served cold. When we asked for hot food, we were surprised by the response: "Oh, do you want me to stick it in the microwave? What do you expect? We’re busy." This was very disappointing. Additionally, one of the employees used the restroom and did not wash their hands. When I spoke to the manager about it, they mentioned that the employee probably washed them in the kitchen. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience to spend so much money on food that we didn’t even eat. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the dining experience for future customers. I visited this restaurant yesterday with two adults and one child. We found the selection of meat options to be quite limited. The male waiter informed us that drinks and dessert were included in the $40 per person price. We ordered a Diet Coke and four lemonades, but were later charged $63 for the lemonades, despite being told that drinks were included. It would have been more considerate for the staff to clearly communicate any additional charges rather than misleading us.
I usually don’t leave reviews but we use reviews to pick restaurants and this place is terrible. Our server asked is this your first time here we said yes she did explain it to a certain extent but failed to tell us that we needed to go up to the grill to get meat so we sat for 30-45 minutes with no food and nobody coming to the table to check on us it was very disheartening it seemed that they did not care about us. When we finally did get the meat, thanks to the nice tall older gentleman. The meat was severely chewy, and everything on the grill was cold. Granted it was later in the evening, but that is not an excuse for the customers that are coming in paying $50 per person. Our bill was $105. Dessert was included just for the brownie to be burnt to a crisp. I’m just warning anyone looking to try a new restaurant and quote on quote buffet this is not the place.
Disgusting absolutely disgusting. Their walk in freezer dosent work, they leave the door wide open and the food rots. The chicken tenders came out black and when we we’re trying to eat the food was cooked in old oil it was horrible I would never recommend this from 1-10 I would give this a double zero
