stumbled upon this spot on my way home and it was definitely worth the trip the smoothie was amazing definitely try the slim down with peanut butter and the BBQ bar bender is filled with so much flavors and the turkey patty was straight juicy. The restaurant itself is very small but it’s nice because you sit and watch your food being cooked and get to talk to the owners that treat you like family. They’re a lot of fun! 😂 the food is very health oriented and is really good!! I think the business has a huge focus on meal prep and they have extremely good prices (<$10/meal with the base plan and then even less with the more meals you get)! I’ll be back for sure!

After trying 4 different meal plan companies, I have finally found the one that I will be staying with. Deliver is always on time. Meals are fresh. The vegetables are not canned. I couldn’t be more satisfied with this company. Customer service is great as well which is very hard to come by with these meal plan companies. This healthy restaurant is a hidden gem here in west Kendall. As a personal trainer I've tried every healthy catering service you can think of including popular one's like Fresh Meals and Perfect Fuel Meals. The difference between this company and the other competitors are two main reasons for me at least and that's everyday fresh delivery not one or twice a week like the competitors, and the price your paying at Fit4 u is 100 percent blowing the competition out of the water. I say you do what I did in the beginning when I was hesitate, go to the restaurant in person and ask to have one of there meals of the day and try it out for yourself. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were awesome and very helpful. I got the chicken bowl with brown rice, avocado, lettuce, beans and pink sauce. Yum in my tummy. They make your food fresh, so it takes a little longer which I don’t mind. They also have smoothies and açaí bowls and stuff for the kids. This place is a must. 😋

I am a fat guy, and i rarely eat healthy... but when i say that the food here is delicious... it is very delicious. My stepdaughter got a small lentil soup, and the flavors were outstanding. Definitely coming more often especially since I found a place she enjoyed the food.

AMAZING! I was looking online for a healthy food spot to eat, because of my UC I’m afraid to eat out, but I’m SO glad I found this place! Everything tasted so fresh and so simple yet delicious!! The owners were so nice too, you can tell they really care. The carrot cake was delicious, and perfect for me because it was gluten free and had no added sugar and yet it still tasted amazing. Everything was just perfect 10/10 recommend. They also have meal plans which I’m seriously considering.

i was starving after the gym and was trying to find somewhere healthy to eat. this location came up so i decided to try it. and lemme tell you, did NOT disappoint. i tried the Fit4U burger and it was the most amazing burger i have ever had in my entire life. This is our go to place!!! Fit 4 U has wonderful tasting options while staying healthy! I love their Pabellón, bowls, wraps, you can’t go wrong! You won’t be disappointed.

Be warned: this is not a “healthy” restaurant. The food is not low calorie, it’s not made with splenda or stevia, and it’s definitely not “skinny”. Calling the restaurant “fit” or “healthy” is very misleading. Many of the dishes are fried or otherwise fatty. Perhaps what they mean by “healthy” is “quality ingredients”, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to keep your waistline slim. All that being said, the food is tasty and the staff are friendly. Plus, they have a poster of bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger hanging in the front, which always wins points with me. Again, this place is good but not what you expect from a “health” food joint.

Called to pick up, wasn’t told my total or time to arrive...not a big deal. However my order was wrong. Ordered the Fit4U burger and my burger had no cabbage, there was still yolk in my egg when they were supposed to be egg whites, and they added turkey bacon, which I threw away. Pretty disappointing but they do make your food fresh which is the only good part of the experience.

I like the bowls and smoothies a lot! The açaí is a rip off though. It’s all granola and fruit, barely any açaí, looks nothing like the photo the have advertised in their store, it’s even a different color. It doesn’t even taste like real açaí, they definitely mixed the açaí with something to save money and rip off the customers! Do not waste your money on the açaí!!!

Burger was well cooked, but has a weird consistency. Sweet potato fries were great. The most shocking thing to me is that no one at the establishment had a mask on which I find very disrespectful to customers.

Food is good. My dislike is they sell a bowl for 11.99 and then you realize that every single topping you get is charge extra. Their sales tactics are very shady. How can they sell a bowl and charge you extra for protein.

I told him I couldn't eat anything that has black or red pepper & he assured me the food won't have any, but it came with a LOT of pepper. Absolute worst meal prep company I have ever ordered from. If I could give 0 stars I would. The man who handles the delivery and I assume preparation of the meals was extremely rude. I texted (the number on the website) him my order which he confirmed and when the meal was delivered it was all wrong. I called and he argued with me that the meals were not incorrect even though it was in writing and he confirmed the order. I emailed and texted him twice the address to my house and asked him to please deliver it to my work (which I also provided the address for) if the meal was not going to be delivered by 8 AM because no one was going to be home to bring the meal inside my house. The driver showed up at my house anyways at 10 AM. When he finally arrived to my job it was 1:30 PM although I only work 15 minutes away from home. The man I spoke to on the phone also argued with me that the address to my job doesn't exist. 3 meals were also delivered to me at once when the website says they deliver daily. When I told him that, he said that wasn't true, they only deliver twice a week. I asked for a refund and he refused to give me ANY refund although the website specifically says that they give a partial refund. I screen shotted the website, he read my texts (according to read receipts) and ignored them. I will never order from here again and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

This place has a terrible costumer service! I ordered from Uber Eats the buy 1 get 1 free special and I only received one so I called them to ask what happened. They answered and gave me an explanation that made no sense. I’m other words they are liars and didn’t give me my special. Never again! Terrible place.

Ordered through Uber Eats and ironically Uber Eats would not let me review. My apologies I do not like leaving bad reviews especially for small businesses trying to do their thing but this burger was terrible. It was super salty, the bread was burnt, and it was a small patty loaded with potato chip fried. Nothing Fit about this burger at all. Oh and it was a buy 1 get 1 offer the other was attempted to be eaten by a 12 yr old who gave me the same breakdown. You live and you learn BOGO is not always a good thing.

The staff forgot what I ordered within 2 minutes and did not confirmed with me. Did not wash his hands after cutting the fruits, and wiped the food counter with the paper towel that he used to wipe off his hands. After having the smoothie he made, I got a horrible stomachache. I guess it's due to the bad hygiene.

Placed an order online it accepted my order. Looked at Google before hand Google said it closes at 9pm. Got here at 8 and it’s closed. It took my payment. **update- owner decided to give me a call and harass me for my HONEST review but couldn’t call me to let me know they were closed and refund my order (got my number from the order). Most rude and unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered! Seems sleazy to harass someone about a review but u can’t call to refund an order you took payment for while being closed. Definitely a good way to lose clients.

Tried to try this place out. It said open. There was a guy that saw me and was in the restaurant, but the door was locked. Not sure why the business was “open” and the gentleman was clearly doing things in the restaurant, but it was a wasted trip. Can’t give a review of the food, but definitely will with the lack of service!
