I had a great time with Desiree and Alyssa at the bar last night for the Rangers game! They provided great customer service! The only negative - I wish you guys served coffee… the past two times I went, I could have had a coffee and stayed longer. I ended up leaving and going to Starbucks! Came at lunchtime with lowered expectations, due to bad experiences at other locations. We were seated promptly, and our orders were taken and served quickly by Zac, who was very helpful, and courteous. Food was generous portions, and everything was hot and delicious. We will definitely come to this location more often.

I regularly go to this BWW for lunch/dinner. My boyfriend and I usually got Buffalo Ranch and Original Buffalo but they unfortunately discontinued Buffalo Ranch. We tried their new Chili Lime and in my honest opinion, it's not all that. I will try the other sauce next time. I also tried boneless wings for the first time and was not a fan. The chicken was too hard and some of the harder parts got caught between my teeth or cut my gums. I'm usually a traditional kind of gal but wanted to try something new. Our usual server was there and she was super nice as usual. The staff/servers always make sure to check up on us from time to time. Sometimes even bringing our refills without us asking. I plan to continue coming here as long as they continue to serve wings. 🐔

They were training a new kitchen staff so the wait was lengthy but I honestly can say the food was the best it's ever been there! The new kitchen crew may take time to gain speed but for now I assure the food is worth the wait! A noticeable difference from all the other times we ate there.

I loved the food! Great selection of appetizers and entrees. Extremely large selection of sauces, guaranteed to please just about everyone. A group of 8 of us went here and everything we ordered was delicious, and served at the proper temperature. My only complaint would be our server; she was more concerned with flirting with a couple other tables filled with young guys, rather than wait on us. From start to finish, we were at the restaurant for almost 2 hours. A little long for this type of place. Despite the poor service, we will be back again.

Upon entering with my mother and son I was greeted by a guy who apparently wasn't even a server until a waitress arrived from the back to seat us. Then sat us in a broken bench that needed at least some tape to void the tear in the seat. Other then a creepy guy greeting us and the broken seat, food was decent and served fairly quickly. Serves etiquette is always having someone available at the front to greet and seat guest as well as do the take out orders. No one should be in the back hanging out while patrons wait in an nearly empty establishment to sit down. Still give it 4 star cause I love me some wings!

The things that actually were correct were good, but just good. It was as if they cooked half the order and it sat waiting for the rest. I also hated that it told me to arrive for a specific time and I still had to wait 30 minutes for a take out order. Mind you, it was also missing food. I didn't know this until I was home, so I never even got to eat that day. Dine in is good, but take out is mid.

I've been coming here since they opened the location. The food hasn't gotten better unfortunately. It's still very good. Don't get me wrong. It's just not AS good as it once was. The staff is always extremely friendly and quick. I rarely have any issues. Great atmosphere if you're into sports as there's a variety of things playing and multiple TVs.

The server was very nice and attentive. The fried pickles were delicious, the cheese curd burger was great, but the chips and salsa weren't that good. About a third of the chips were broken chip crumbs. There is no sweet n low (or any generic pink packets of substitution sugar). Part of the BWW experience, in my opinion, is sports on the TVs. We were there on baseball opening day and not a single TV had anything sports related on with the exception of a Nascar rerun.

Love the wings here. Have never been disappointed with the food. Place was dead when we got here about 5:30 Tuesday afternoon for the BOGO order of wings special. Our server was friendly but really slow considering the lack of patrons.

Update: January 2023 We again visited the Middletown Buffalo Wild Wings today Jan 25, 2023. We had another late lunch today. For the most part, the original review covers most of it. Food was good. Service was excellent. We had Candida as our server.I can't remember ever meeting someone before with her name. So it stood out to us. She was a pleasure to deal with as well as an excellent server. She even took one of the picture (the Buffalo) for me that is part of the updated review with photos. In our opinion, a top notch employee from our view as customers. The restaurant appeared clean for the most part. It was quieter than other locations. But to be fair, it was mid afternoon and I would expect that. The restaurant could use some basic maintenance and repairs. For example, we noticed the some of the booth cushions were in need of replacement, including our booth as you can see in the photos. But for the most part, they appear to be doing a decent job here. I'm not changing the four stars I gave them the first time. They can thank our server for that. (2021 review) We had late lunch yesterday. We ate at a high table in the bar. Our order consisted of an order of wings and a chicken sandwich . Food and service was very good. My only minor comment is like other Wild Wings locations, the design of the building makes for a pretty loud atmosphere . The bar was louder than the dinning room normally is. The atmosphere is great if you're into sports, and the staff is always kind and quick. Sometimes too quick, as I'll frequently receive my meal before the appetizers come out. Food is serviceable, though nothing to write home about. I personally feel like their chicken is always overly salty no matter what flavor wings you get.

The restaurant is a large, high-ceiling, open space with booths along the walls/perimeter and tables in the center of the room. Menu options are typical pub grub, with the exceptional factor being the wings. The variety of dry rub and sauce flavors means that there should be something for everyone, as the options vary the heat and sweet. Boneless is a good way to go to keep clean and get more bang for your buck, but that's a personal preference. Order small plates for each person, or large orders to share among everyone. *Be aware that ordering larger amounts of a variety of wings can be done with each flavor sampled in groups of 5. This is helpful, but also makes it difficult to tell which wings are which on the large platter (the sticker system of identification is not effective and even the most seasoned of wait staff cannot correctly identify the wrong variety on the plate with 100% accuracy. Other menu items are "okay", but portion sizes vary: a large side of fries is a good amount, but the fries that come with a burger are too few. Nachos feed plenty and have a good presentation, whereas other food is slopped onto a platter and sent out, as-is. The lack of a designated kids menu was not helpful, either. The servers are friendly and helpful, making the ordering experience pleasant. They check in on the table a few times, though we found it was a bit long between visits and the infrequency was not helpful for getting refills on drinks or ordering additional food when desired. Overall, you know what you're getting if you want to hang with a small or larger group to watch sports on the plethora of TVs flanking every wall in a large open space. Definitely not the atmosphere you see on the BWW commercials, but the wings are redemptive for the franchise.

We’ve been here so many times as it’s my daughter’s favorite place to eat. This is the second time that we have had a rude waitress. After being seated, we waited for 15 minutes before I had to ask if someone was going to serve us. We called our waitress over to order another drink. She saw us calling her and decided to walk the other way and not come back for five minutes. it was not a pleasant visit and will be coming back anytime soon. This was my first time ever going to a BWW and it wasn't what I was expecting. The staff at this location were great I have no complaints from them, the waitress did a great job of catering to us, but the food honestly wasnt all that. The lighting was dark and unappealing, and the air conditioning was a little too strong causing your food to go cold quick. Since it was my first time there I decided to try the difference in sauce flavors. I had the Lemon Pepper, Asian zing, Mango, Teriyaki, Sweet BBQ, and Honey BBQ. Sweet And Honey BBQ were my favorites (the fries were also good.) Overall the experience was okay but I don't think it was worth the hype. Would probably only go back if I'm in a group and that's what they want to eat not because of my own craving.

The food is consistently good. We ordered baked gluten-free wings. After they set them on the table they realized that they were not the gluten-free wings came back and grabbed them up quickly. Our waitress was doing the best she could but apparently the bar was backed up which caused a significant delays. It is loud here so don't plan on having a polite conversation.

Paid $15 for 10 traditional flat wings, fries and a drink(with some veggies). The wings were horrible. Over cooked and the smallest wings I've ever seen. Food is alright. Portion size control sucks and they always miss something from my order. I have twice now ordered the buffalo rand wrap and both time the wrap has been made super small the second time didn’t even come with buffalo on it which I don’t understand because it’s in the name. My co worker has ordered the same wrap and his wrap was twice the size of the one I ordered which I also don’t understand being how expensive it is and should be the same portion size. Second they constantly forget the sauces that come with the cheese curds but yet I get charged for it. We went to see a specific game. Walked in at 1 pm with quite a few seating selections. We asked to sit at a certain table where we would have good viewing. The host told us we could not sit there because they had to rotate sections. We were given a table in the dead middle of the restaurant. There were 3 tvs with the game on, one to our left about 40 feet away, one to our right about 40 feet away, and one directly above our head which was blurry due to the angle. We made it through 1 quarter and left. People go to sports bars to watch games, if you can't see the game you want, why bother? P.S. within 20 minutes after we arrived every table was taken, so really, what was the big deal?

I've been here quit a few times. Unless you sit at the bar the service is terrible. The food is awesome but waiting long times for a drink or dessert or to get the bill is horrible. The store has never been busy when i went, but all the employees seem to be busy talking with each other over gossip rather than doing their jobs. This was my first visit to BWW ever. I wasn't impressed with the quality of the food. Since this is a chain franchise, it could very well be the same throughout and not limited to this location. I had a chicken wrap which was quite tasteless. I also added an order of 6 boneless wings. Tons of choices for sauces for the wings as well as dipping sauces. You kind of need the sauces because the wings are really tasteless as well. Also ordered was a Classic American Burger. That seemed to be acceptable. This location has a sports bar atmosphere with no shortage of staffing. Although the seating was pretty peculiar. I asked to be seated in a booth and the Maitre d' refused because she said the seating was some sort of rotation. We were also told that the servers for those tables were not on shift yet. This seemed even more strange as only two minutes after we sat, they seated diners at the booths. This alone is enough to make me have second thoughts. But the lack of quality in the food would surely cinch it. The best part of the meal was the beer. Im sure with 3.7B in revenue, Paul Brown (CEO) will not miss my patronage. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. 🤔

My service here was not good at all. Took 10 minutes to get the first drink took well over 10 minutes and I had to walk up to the bartender and order my own drink the second time. Then the bartender wouldn't give it to me without approval from my waiter who had been missing for roughly 15 plus minutes. When the food finally did come out it was definitely not medium well it was more like medium rare at best there was so much grease dripping from it that it wouldn't even stay in the bun. The drink was okay but overall very dissatisfied with this wild wings.

When arriving at the establishment, the waitresses were too busy talking to each other to greet me or give me how do you service. The bacon burger that I ordered was really good. But was not that warm when I picked it up.

The manager Bernice is the absolute worst! She's always looking at her phone, disappears and doesn't show her face for long periods of time. She has absolutely no idea what should be on the TV's, and unless you specifically tell her to put on the NBA and NHL playoffs, you won't find it on a single TV. She's completely clueless and not very friendly. Even the employees don't have anything good to say about her. Well, even after approaching her and asking her why these games aren't on any TV, she still didn't put the NHL playoffs on any TV, but at least there girl's lacrosse, the Marlins/Braves game, and 2 TV's tuned to a silent documentary about the Mets from the 80's. She's gotta go! She's useless! Also, if you want to get ripped off majorly, order boneless wings. The kitchen staff can't count to 6, and you'll always get pieces that are less than half the size of a chicken McNugget, literally. You will never get what you deserve. They need to start doing it by weight instead of by piece. Bernice is still there, and as far as I've heard, she's still no good and you'll still get ripped off on the wings. $1+ a wing for barely a bite of meat.

I order the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and it looked nothing like what was advertised. There was little sauce on it. It was just plain chicken. I’ve been here hundreds of times and it just keeps getting worse. Tonight was told 15 minute wait. No problem. They had about 6 open tables but I get it. They seat us after 25 minutes. Once again not a problem. Understandable. We sit down and there is an empty table to our left. 10 mins go by, no waiter/waitress. Four young kids get seated to our left. 5 mins go by, their waiter comes. Chats with them takes their drink order. Another five mins go by he comes back. I ask him if he’s out waiter and he says no. About five wait staff walk by our table. Nothing. Ten more minutes no waiter/waitress. We finally left. . 30 total mins. Was looking forward to wings. Luckily there is fifteen restaurants from the location. Went somewhere else

Pre-ordered my wings days before Super Bowl Sunday for 05:15pm. Waited to 6pm with no food in site only kept hearing another 20 mins. Customer service was nasty when asking for a refund which still haven’t received 4 days later. What’s the point of pre ordered for a certain time when they can’t fulfill orders in the first place. Go elsewhere.. btw wing stop had my order ready in 10 mins with no pre ordering food.

Wings were cooked too dry. The guy that showed us to our table was a complete jerk. The fries served with the wings were cold. The only good thing was our server. He's was very polite and great at his job. Tipped him good, but won't ever go back to this place.

I placed a phone order for 35 extra crispy wings and received 35 medium rare cooked wings instead. I spoke to the manager on duty, Shaniqua, who informed me that the owner, Francis Atria, had instructed her that there was nothing that could be done to rectify the situation. As a result of this experience, my group and I will no longer be patronizing Wingstop.

Service is most terrible than ever. Sitting here just about an hour and still no drinks! Took 40 minutes just to get a Waitress!! Not even busy!!!!!!!

Terrible service. We sat for over an hour before even getting water. The servers didn’t want to come to our table or take our order at all. Absolutely unacceptable.

This place either has something unavailable due something not working and they ran out of food items. Some team members are basically incompetent and give excuses that make no sense. I used to love going here but I have lost all patience with this place. I understand things happen but it seems to be happening too often.

Zero Quality Control half my order is always missing

We got seated right away and that was nice. When I pulled out my chair to sit down it was all sticky! 😬 Our table was also very sticky and then to top it off I open the menu and it was dirty. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the toilet was leaking on the floor. At the end we were waiting and waiting for our waitress to come to get our bill and she disappeared we had to ask someone else for it. seemed like all kids running the place! Not good for Buffalo wild wings!

The service was extremely slow for a pretty slow Friday night. Didn't get drinks until an hour later & our waiter only gave us an apology after handing out check because he wanted a tip. The worst.

Took about an hour to get our food. People arrived well after we we ordered and some how get their good before us. When we finally got it, the food was cold. Servers were great, but the kitchen is an absolute mess.

This spot USED TO BE awesome. I cook a lot, but we get takeout about once a week. This spot was a regular in our rotation. The nachos were my favorite. A few months back, we ordered from there and they got the entire order wrong. We ordered the second time, telling the person taking the order what happened the last time. They got the order wrong. Like idiots, we ordered the third time but spoke to the manager. The manager was really sweet and kind and listened to everything. She was great. My husband picked up the order, came home and we set it out happily awaiting our delicious dinner. The order was right. The food was just mediocre at best. The chili nachos were bland and soggy and not good. We usually used to demolish them. We didn’t even finish half. I want to eat my wings at least. They were dry and tasteless with barely any sauce. Speaking with the manager earlier, she said that post- Covid they had to higher almost an entire new team. Unfortunately, the new team has no idea what to do. It really stinks, the place used to be awesome.

Tonight I placed an order over the phone to be picked up and specifically told the guy on the phone TWICE we wanted extra blue cheese and carrots and celery for both orders. We drove over an hour home and found that we were not given the sauces or the veggies, which completely ruins the $50 dinner. I proceded to call the store to let them know what happened and they told me that the veggies and sauces were not in the order and they don’t come with the wings in general, and she made it seem like I was the one who messed up the order and that they didn’t do anything wrong. How is it that I asked for these things twice while ordering and the worker cannot take a simple order over the phone? And that we were made to seem like they didn’t make a mistake..

Ok, if you like your hamburger made with someone's hair in your cheese. At the middletown location. Yuk.

Honestly disappointed. I called ahead of time to ask if they would be showing the all female card of boxing on Netflix. I was told they would put it on at 8pm. Got there at 7pm and again asked and I was told they would put it on one smaller screen. 8 pm comes and the manager decided he won’t put it on. Every screen showing men: baseball, basket and golf. I asked for one screen and they waited until the last minute and said no. So I walked out. Sorry Buffalo Wild Wings you just lost a customer, your food is not that good.

I want to preface by saying I NEVER leave reviews, I give people and places benefits of the doubt without immediately Karening. However, this was hands-down the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. First off, the waitress checked on us a grand total of three times the entire night. We eventually had to flag down another employee just to get our bill, and even then, it took another 15 minutes of waiting before we gave up, threw some cash on the table, and walked out. The level of neglect was unreal. Now let’s talk about the food—or should I say, the hazard they served me. The mac and cheese I got was lukewarm at best, but I figured, “Whatever, I’m hungry,” and ate it anyway. Huge mistake. On the way home, my stomach started turning, and by the time I got back, I was hugging the toilet for a solid 15 minutes. Guess what the only thing I ate that night was? Yep, your mac and cheese. Oh, and this wasn’t some slow Tuesday afternoon; this was a Friday night. How does your staff not care on one of the busiest nights of the week? Absolutely unacceptable. Fix your kitchen, fix your service, and maybe figure out how to stop poisoning your customers while you’re at it. Ridiculous.

I find it very inconvenient/oddly suspicious that when if your changing you kid on the baby table in the woman’s room, as soon as the woman’s door is open anyone from within the actual resturant looking in that direction will see a baby being exposed while changing…. I’m sure this wasn’t intentional but it’s kindof disgustingly bad how much a naked little girl or boy is exposed to the public eye if a parent isn’t actively covering them with their whole body. I’m a small person so this wasn’t very difficult to cover them while I’m changing them. And once the door opened and my little girl and boy private parts were completely exposed to anyone walking by. There’s no point of the changing table being in the room at that point. This should be fixed bc it’s very uncomfortable/unsettling.

Run fast and far away from Middletown ny BWW they rob you and enjoy doing it ! Went here Saturday , ordered 20/20 bone in and bone out . The price was wrong , informed the front desk . Manager informed me they can charge whatever they want when you order at the front desk since it’s inconvenient for them when they are busy . So we over paid 29. Extra for an inconvenience fee????

After 25 minutes waiting for drinks (that were soft drinks and cans) we decided to leave, terrible service, was not even full, tables around us got there drinks before us and we arrived before. at least the servers should be polite and smile a little bit. Good food but with that waiting time and a terrible service is for not coming back. Maybe in another location but not here.

The bone-in wings here must be on a diet. They're so small and are practically nuggets. Also, they always forget the carrots and celery. At this point, it feels like they're doing it on purpose, hoping customers won't notice or won't bother to complain. If I wanted tiny wings without my veggies, I'd just go to WingStop. (Update): One of the managers reached out to me and personally apologized, which I appreciate. It's nice to see management caring about customer feedback.

If I can give a ZERO star on service I would 10000% after speaking to the manager Faviola for a take out order which I had a offer on she told me she wouldn’t honor it. That it was online only which was false. The offer didn’t mention anything about dine-in or take out. She just didn’t want to honor the discount. Hopefully the service in the near future gets better and I’m never the one to leave a review but this disappointed me. I only came here to save alil money with the offer That I was offered by BUFFALO WILD WINGS!!!!

This was my favorite place to go Not anymore I don’t know what’s going on in there but it’s a no go for me I keep going back thinking it was just a bad night Chance after chance wasting money The pretzels aren’t good anymore it’s like half done I don’t know what’s going on with that Are you using microwave now to cook the pretzels? If so stop it’s horrible sometimes the pretzels are still cold The Mac and cheese Please do something with the presentation It shouldn’t look like someone leftovers and then you drop a spoon in it *like really* Come On You could do a little better then that I’m just disappointed

The wait staff is always very nice and helpful. Want to get that out of the way up front, I do not believe the employees are the problem here. No longer going here for wings, seeing as the price just keeps going up, and corporate has decided that "extra sauce" is what you see in this photo. This has been a consistent issue with this location for some time. This is not some underpaid, overworked kitchen employee understandably making a mistake, this is what BWW corporate believes a wing with extra sauce should look like. This is a company line, not an error made on my order.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I called them multiple times before my wedding to let them know that a large group would be coming for food and drinks for an after party. When my guests got there, the staff refused to serve them food and said that they were not informed about having to host a large group. Multiple people complained to me about how rude the bartender was and when I asked her what was going on she gave me an attitude as well. Extremely disappointing (and embarrassing) as both myself and many of my guests had to go back to the hotel and order DoorDash instead. Lost a lot of business that night.

Came here after nyc for some good food. Instead sat there for 25 minutes as servers bussed tables, and ignored us. Looked at us numerous times, pretty much they sat there. Reallly looked forward to food here especially after traveling out of town for this, server missed out on a high tip🤷🏼‍♀️.

I think it's ridiculous that your veterans day meal is dine in or walk in...why not just say dine in only? I have a disabled vet that would like to just call in and pick up...why would you want ppl to walk in and then order in a very busy day...it's nonsense ! Do better!!! like Applebee's and Texas roadhouse to name a few!!...it's only a few chicken wings for gods sake!!!

I would not recommend this location at all! Service with our waitress Sarhai was terrible; she was extremely slow, bring appetizers out with meals, ordering ranch with wings and getting a completely different dipping sauce, wings didn’t have enough flavor sauce on them. Took 20-30 mins to get our checks. I asked for a Togo box and I’m still waiting (at this point I asked the Togo service for a box) or I would have been waiting another 30 mins.

If I was able to rate this location zero stars I would. I ordered mild wings and this is what I received. Barely any sauce on my wings. The wings were disgusting and so was the cashiers attitude. I had a bad experience three times at this location. I tried to be nice but not only is the food nasty but customer service is also terrible. No one can pay me to go back there. The Newburgh location is way better. Better atmosphere, staff, most importantly food!

Ordered some fries with wings and tots and barely have enough fries to feed my 7 year old niece. This is disgusting and disappointing because I love BW but they can’t be doing customers like this and everyone is sitting back and accepting it. Nah, this is crazy! The wings were dried out and looked like they were sickly! I can’t believe this was my favorite wing spot but it’s looking like wingstop is better now.
