My wife and I visited this Middle Eastern restaurant today, and we were truly impressed. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The customer service was outstanding, and the staff made us feel very welcome. The owner was especially kind and attentive, which made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!

Stopped in to grab some kibbeh and ended up trying some other appetizers and desserts. The kibbeh was delicious, but I was even more impressed with the texture, taste and freshness of the hummus. The desserts were also so delicious and fun to eat. I had never tried Syrian baklava before and really enjoyed it. There were some great options to choose from. If you are ever looking for a good dessert platter to bring to a party, I'd consider stopping in just for that. It's a great place for appetizers and desserts. I am looking forward to visiting again for a full meal experience.

Delicious and fresh food! Stopped by here with my husband on our way home from the holidays craving some veggies and this place didn’t disappoint. Everything was so flavorful, you can tell the owners cook with their heart. Only downside was the bathroom was really unclean when we visited.

Very delicious food. The chicken shawarma bowl was fantastic. Loved the baba ghanouj. The meat was cooked fresh so took a bit of time but worth the little wait. The Syrian pastries look amazing and will definitely be trying those next time. Friendly service. Love the lighting.

Parsley is a wonderful local restaurant offering fresh options for wraps and bowls. The fresh Syrian bread with delicious ingredients is a game changer. They cook the meat when ordered rather than sitting getting cold like at other restaurants. The owner is a very kind guy and I will probably be coming back weekly. Food brings me back to my Lebanese heritage and vacation to Greece! Couldn't recommend Parsley more.

Fabulous food. Really really great flavors and the hummus was great. We tried a cake type dessert which was phenomenal. Really friendly service as well. One thing is the name and branding outside didn’t really match the menu. It’s new and I’ve passed it a few times and thought it was just another basic salad type place. If I had known it was middle eastern/Syrian food I definitely would have come in sooner. I’d definitely recommend it.

Their veggies are always crisp and full of flavor — the cauliflower and tabbouleh are my go-tos — and they offer a great variety of house-pickled vegetables you won’t find elsewhere. The meat is made to order and always seasoned well; it’s worth the short wait. I build my own bowl and load it up with everything. The sauces are fantastic, and a huge bonus is that they line the bowl with the hummus of your choice. If you’re not sure what to pick, just ask — the staff has spot-on recommendations every time. Don’t leave without grabbing a baked good; they’re homemade, authentic, and delicious. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Parsley is consistently excellent — fresh, flavorful, and a great local business to support.

My daughter and I randomly found this place and stopped for lunch. The food was very fresh and very delicious! We had the falafel bowl and chicken bowl both of which I would highly recommend. As I was leaving a tray of fresh meat pies came out so I bought some for later. The man waiting on us was kind enough to throw in an extra one for free and they made an excellent addition to our dinner this evening. This is a place that suits both carnivores and vegetarians. I hope to go back the next time I am in Middletown.

We came here to dine and it was a great experience especially being served by Hisham! We highly recommend the spicy hummus, pastries and grilled chicken with rice. The garlic sauce was also very nice and we got some dessert which was the perfect end to our meal! Will definitely be back. It would be nice to have napkins and cutlery at the table to make it a bit more convenient!

Excellent food. Fresh ingredients. I had the chicken wrap and my daughter had the chicken schwarma bowl. We also had the honey cake and the “birds nest” desserts in pistachio and chocolate and they were absolutely delicious. Some of the best desserts I have ever had! I would highly recommend this restaurant!!!!

Absolutely amazing experience! Parsley is hands-down one of the best Syrian restaurants I’ve been to. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented – you can really taste the authentic Syrian spices in every bite. The mashawi and hummus and the sweet were incredible, and the portions were generous for the price. The restaurant is very clean, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly and attentive – they make you feel right at home. Food was good, but didn't give any pita with the hummus or any sauce for the appetizers. Ordered the mix grill and lamb mix. Flavor was delicious. Service was slow

Our first experience was not good, but after posting a review the owner reached out to us and was very accommodating and we decided to give it a second try. It seems that the issue initially was new staff that was still training. For our follow up experience, the food was fresh and tasty and we are happy that we gave it another chance. We appreciate the personal attention and the opportunity to try the food again. We enjoyed it.

You order at kiosk. At first this seemed very efficient but it wasn’t if you ordered a custom bowl. The person putting the orders together would look at his screen, put one ingredient in the bowl, look at the screen again, put the next ingredient in the bowl…. May be more efficient to print it out or to let people walk through the line and tell you what they want. They did cook the meat fresh when you ordered, it instead of looking ahead at all the orders and putting them all on, again they seemed to do it one at a time. It took us 45 mins to get our order with 2 orders ahead of us. Everyone was asking them how long it was going to take. The food was good when it came. There are only 4 tables available.
