Me and my sister go there almost evey Friday in between shopping! We get the Keto burger so it's basically meat wrapped in lettuce! It's very delicious and fresh! Service is kind and polite!
I have never had an experience like this at a fast food restaurant. Restroom was extremely clean, service was above and beyond, and the food was amazing! This is officially my new fast food spot!
The westerner was cooked right, bacon was done and the bread was fresh and soft. I was thoroughly please with my order and all aspects. I would definitely order this again. I did have the barbecue sauce put on the side, which did happen to make for a cleaner experience on my part. The fries were fresh and not too salty
This is the best kept fast food restaurant in the Midland/Odessa area. They always prepare the food with A little bit of pride. Other restaurants should come in here and eat to see how they should serve the public
We like it, i mean...its fast food. Tastes good, quick, cheap. We will return. Update: Prices are up $22 for a basic cheeseburger, fries, and an extra burger. Taste was great, fast service
Javier was AWESOME! Came inside with two hungry kids, he helped us navigate the menu and was extremely patient. Javier had a great attitude and was very helpful.
I was in Texas back in February for work and my hotel was right next door met the owner and he was super nice and the food was hot and fresh. Definitely recommended this place to anyone in the area.
By far the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in. Tables flawless, and employees washing hands and wearing everything as they should. My food was very fresh as well as my fries. I definitely recommend taking a visit to this restaurant, I will be returning.

Best Carl’s Jr. we have ever been too. We ate breakfast the other day and it was hot and very good. So we decided to go for lunch today. Very good and foodwas all hot and fresh. The staff has been so nice each time!! Found our new favorite place!!! Loop 250 in Midland Texas!!! Thank you!
I think people are sleeping on Carl Jr's, every time I visit my food is ALWAYS fresh!!Everything is cooked to order.And the staff is so professional. Javier has top noth customer service and people akills. I am here every morning monday through sunday getting breakfast!
Tried the new Ghost burger and jalapeño poppers, they were made fresh and delicious. Definitely would recommend! Customer service was amazing, thank you Javier for such great service ! 👍
This is truly one of my favorite places. One of the few places in town with vegetarian options that don't taste like cardboard. The manager, Javier, is awesome. He makes sure your order is right and makes sure to include all the small details. Great service everytime.
We came for breakfast and Javier was so helpful with the menu. He was incredibly friendly and personable and talking to him made my day! Thank you Javier you are a bright light in this dim world.
The service was amazing! The gentleman who took our families order was very patient, and kind. The food was hot and fresh and very tasty. The dining room was clean and comfortable.

Fantastic place! I had to get my car worked on at the shop Christian Brothers across the street and Javier made sure I was taken care of during my wait! I just relaxed and had a good environment where I can work on work related things in the mean time. Thanks for the great welcome!

I've been here many times with no complaints. I was compelled to write a review because of two employees at the drive thru. I was given my food with no wait. Not only was the lady at the window friendly so was a man next to her. Food is obviously important, but service is incredibly crucial. Because of a few kind words, smiles and waves, I'm far more compelled to go back more frequently.
I have been in the customer service food industry for 30 years hands-down David their drive-through kid has the best customer service I have seen in a long time so polite well spoken and friendly. I haven’t seen customer service skills like this in a fast food restaurant in Midland, Texas in years go by and see them. Great job David great job.

This is our go to spot with my sister when we want a good burger! Very clean friendly and very good selection on menu Management team goes above and beyond to bring satisfaction to our order! Thanks to the crew and Management for just making our experience the best possible ever!
The guy at the counter has the best most helpful personality. He suggested the bacon chez burger with guacamole. He convinced me to try it, bc i like all the ingredients. He was right! Several bites into our order he came over asking if it was good. It was delicious 😋
Staff at mid-afternoon Thurs & Fri 11/20 & 11/21 are Fantastic, Polite & very Nice. The Cali XL burger is 1 of the Best burgers I've gotten at any restaurant in 60 years. Thank you fellas at this franchise. You made an old lady happy.💖

Carl’s Jr. never disappoints! The lettuce wrap burgers — especially the Guacamole Bacon Burger and the Diablo — are absolutely delicious. Fresh, juicy, and full of flavor! The fries were hot and crispy, just perfect. And the manager was awesome — super friendly, professional, and made sure everything came out just right. Great food and even better service!
Haven't ate here in a while. It shut down in lubbock but I was so glad I came in clean restrooms. Everything looked nice food was good. Workers were respectful. Management came out to see if I needed anything. I will be back to this place again for sure next time I am in town. Food was hot and made fresh and didn't take long at all
Outstanding customer service. My wife didn’t want a sauce on her burger, the cashier took the time to explain that she could have the sauce taken off and she could have what ever she wanted on her burger. I could hear the manager training the staff in the back. She was very professional and spoke clearly and made sure the staff understood. She asked if they had questions after the explanation, and then moved on the the next station. I don’t know the names of the employees, but I came in on 4/30/23 at 11 AM.
Food was good, service was pretty quick. I'll keep eating here. Update 1/22: waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for $42 worth of cold burgers and fries. The hand breaded chicken sandwich was worth $2 at best, not $13. Not the absolute worst place to eat in Midland, but inching down the list...
Javier and Fabi made my experience here memorable. I wanted tea and I asked if their tea was good, and Javier hopped up and asked “are you serious?!?” He then went into promoting how the tea is brewed fresh in a liner to not touch the metal, and nothing is carried over from the previous day or shift. The tea is good, but what impressed me was their belief in the quality at Carls Jr. similar to how Chick-fil-a knows their quality is good, Javier’s leadership at this store ensures their quality is something his team can be proud of, because of the culture he is promoting here. Very good experience, excellent leadership on Javier’s part. (Side note, while not helping customers he was on FaceTime coaching newer team members at another stores how to swap out soda syrup)
I got the Beyond Meat Burger & Crisscut fries it was delicious!!! The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is that the woman taking the order was in a bad mood I guess and very unfriendly during ordering and at the window. Our order was also messed up but corrected after some pushback.
This place opened recently in Midland and is the first Carl's Jr in the Permian. The place is nice and clean and offers a huge selection of burgers and sandwiches which are on the higher end (the pricd's slightly higher than other places). Food was very decent, drinks are small, staff was polite and helpful. Still a notch lower than my favorite burger place (Five Guys).
I got a avocado bacon burger. It was good. The service wasn't great. I was asking for tea, which is not self serve, and two employees passed by me as I waited at the counter. I drank water. Yet they had time to swat flys on the windows..... Gross....
My wife loves loves loves their avacado bacon burger. We just needed a quick little something so we stopped. They note offer fried zucchini in place of fries. My wife wanted to try them. We did. Very yummy dipped in ranch. You should really try those.

Food was great, little pricey, but what ain't anymore. Lots of menu choices, place was nice. My complaint is the service- we went thru the drive thru. When I was placing my order the gentleman was rude & the young lady at the window was the same way. I'm not sure why, we came thru about 50mins before closing & they weren't even busy. Might need to be more professional next time, not good service. I hope they ain't like that every night! May go again may not. Like I said food was great, just horrible service. Thanks...
The food was good, however, every table in the place needed cleaning. There were three gentlemen behind the counter. All were friendly and courteous. When we went to sat down and wait for our food there was not a clean table and the floor had not been swept it appeared all day. Thank you.
Best burgers in this town. Reasonably priced too. Friendly workers. Great selection. Even have fried zucchini. Would definitely recommend. Update- have been receiving limp fries lately. The burgers are still great but I would love to have hot, crispy fries to go with it. I haven't been Carls lately and decided to head in for a rare treat. Was definitely disappointed and will probably not be back in for a while.
I asked my my bbq sauce not to be burger and on the side an they charged me 50 cents to do that. What??????
Ordered on the app. Staff was very friendly and efficient. They don't have napkins in the dining area which I think is cheesy. The food is rather pricey. I dined at Carl's Jr's in other states last Summer and don't think they were high priced like this one. Probably a Permian Basin thing. We ordered burgers with what the menu said was "green chilies." They were jalapeños, not the same thing. To top it off the app charged my bank account TWICE for my first order. That's not why I consider the food high priced. I would think that even if I hadn't been dinged twice.
Been around Carls Jr. For many years but never tried. Finally decided to give it a try. Burger was okay and they forgot the 2 orders of fries. Should have checked but, there was nobody inside so I figured they would get it right. Overall, it was okay. Might try again but, not the best first impression. Also, can agree with other reviews that all the workers are young and not so professional. While waiting for my food I listened to a conversation about a worker fighting people and "standing on business" when customers have any order issues.
I was put on hold as soon as I drove up to the speaker then I wait 8minutes until I called the restuarant to ask if everything was ok in the store since no one came back to take my order or check on me. Of course! After that someone returned to take my order. I pulled up to pay at the 2nd window and it took 3 minutes to get the order out and they never offered so much as a free dessert or to up grade my combo for my troubles but instead they let me drive of without my drink😠. After all that the food was very good.
Service was good, but everything was large (and a double instead of single) without asking. The burger and fries were only okay. Patty was super dry, sauce and jalapeños covered only half of the burger, plenty of other veggies, and served hot. Fries were soggy, but had good flavor.
Carl's Jr is really good, but sadly a lot of the staff here are not very customer service worthy. Today the girl had me wait for 16 minutes before taking my order while she flirted with a guy working there, I'm sorry but get your customers taken care of before flirting do that on your own time not while you have a line building up. To top it off the fries were cold and like rubber, as if they'd been there all day.
First off what kind of place that serves breakfast opens at 8am? Second off I arrive after 8am and am informed that they don’t open until 8:30am when both the website and Google maps say 8am. So just more lazy employees expecting $20+ an hour and restaurants with a drive thru wanting $15 for just a burger but then can’t manage to get up a half hour earlier to make their 7-7:30am shift on time or serve paying customers at the advertised time. Pathetic.

I sat there waiting on my order, which sat on the counter for 5 mins, then they decided to give it to me. Service not very good
First and last time coming here. Burger was smashed together, including the bun. Fries were fresh and that was the only bright spot. Restaurant tables were dirty even though we were the only ones in there. The kids working there have zero urgency to get orders done and out to customers. They look bored and could care less that you are standing there waiting on food. One kid took our order, then worked drive through and then washed a few tables. I don’t know what the hell the others were doing back there.
Pretty disappointed. I don't mind paying money for a good burger but $16 for this? especially when the restaurant is completely empty save for 3 people eating inside is absurd. For an empty place the cheese could have been at least placed on there right, not like they are busy back there. I dont expect things to look exactly like the pictures, but at least put enough of what should be on there for the price. My food and receipt vs the expectation. I should have listened to the empty parking lot when I pulled up, clearly it was for a reason. ( and yes, this price is JUST for the burger, not a meal )
I just about fainted when this guy told me it was gonna be $18 for a cheeseburger and I sat there and looked at the guy for a minute and almost walked out This is the most expensive fast food chain place to buy a burger at in town and I’m aware of $18 for a ghost pepper burger and a large meal very expensive!! It’s decent not as good as Burger King or wataburger the kids working here are kind a inpolite the cashier that helped me was pretty rude and inconsiderate and acted like he didn’t wanna be there and they were talking about finding a new job somewhere else going to interview with other places to pay more money It’s not a great place to go. They have these Covid screens up when you go in there so you can’t even interact with people.
I went yesterday and asked to cashier if they were hiring and she told me that I didn't know english and she spoke me awful and I just felt abashed and bad for her way with me, cause in this moment I was looking for a job, but I can still be a customer. I don't know what is her name, but they are gonna get staff that they have a good way with people, at least. And if you don't need none, so take it off the poster of your gate. Thank you.
First time at Carl's Jr. When I first walk in it smells good, like charbroiled burgers! Unfortunately my burger patty was awful, probably from day before or had been frozen? And was discolored. Xtra charge for lettuce & tomato?! Bacon was paper thin and not cooked correctly. Probably will not return.
The only thing was good out of my order was the waffle fries. The meat tasted old, as well as the bread. They needs to shut down immediately!!! Staff was nice but, the product was poor
I order through door dash. The burger and fries tasted like they were cooked this morning and left out to ferment in room temp. The onion rings were cold and tasted like they were breaded with cardboard. Total of the meal $15.42 but with dd fees and tax totaled $28.90. this has definitely been my worst experience yet. and God forbid you try to call the store no one will answer. NEVER WILL I EAT OR PROMOTE CARL'S JR TO MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY AGAIN.
When a customer asks for the beyond burger to be seasoned with salt & pepper or any other general seasonings, then the employee should not argue with the customer in the drive through for 2 minutes about how they will not honor my request. Other Carl's Jr locations do this with ease, even Burger King will season the Beyond patty with no issue. I also asked for BBQ sauce with my order and thy did not put it inside the bag so when I went inside the location to get BBQ sauce, the manager said "You need mooooooooore BBQ sauce?" Then I had to inform the manager that "I didn't receive any BBQ at all". Awful service all together on Friday 13th 4:30-5:00 pm
Man every time I tried coming to get breakfast , restaurant is closed. Google says is open and I never see anyone inside. What time do they really open
The 2 chicken sandwiches we ordered was the size of 1 chicken strip and had nothing else on it like it was suppose too. Fries tasted old. A huge waste of money. Just horrible service and staff. So lazy to not make food correctly. Never again!
I have tried on three different times in as many months to get food between 6am and 6:15am for breakfast. Each time I try to go through the drive through I says the place is not open. Are the times for the drive-thru different than the restaurant? Once time not ready is understandable, twice is annoying, the third time gets a poor review. I would really like to rate this food, but so far I have not had a chance. I hope this review gets someones attention so I get a chance to change my rating. Until that time the review will stay.
Stopped by to buy lunch and I was approached by the so called owner to please move so he could park his corvette. There were plenty of other spaces but apparently he wanted the one next to the door. I then moved and asked his name and he refused to give his name the proceeds to take a photo of my Jeep? As a business owner I wouldn’t expect a customer to move, I’d patiently wait not run them off!
The lady working said they open at 9:30am despite what the sign and Google page say. Idk what the point of having a breakfast menu is at that point is.
Well, they said they don't have sliders anymore but they have them all over menu and in the widows as a special for happy hour. The girl told my husband that corporate wouldn't send them any more meat and they have been discontinued permanently. I guess the local management didn't get that message because it is still all being advertised all over the store. It is fine to stop selling them, but it is not okay to be so lazy you don't take down the window clings and change the menu.
Food was terrible. Kids meal was almost 10.00 for 6 chicken stars an kid drink an a small french fry. For my husband & 2yr old,& myself was $45.00 to eat at this FAST FOOD restaurant. That was by far NOT GOOD. First time there, went threw drive thru. Should have went a lil bit down the road to SALT GRASS for $5.00 bucks more an had a decent meal! If you like this place, good for you. If you've never been here. I suggest really thinking about it, before going! Happy eating everyone!
Not a single person in line. I place an order. I was corrected on the order twice. I pick up order. Get home &was wrong. Rudest people I’ve ever encountered, for the 4th time. Good product, poor training. Rude and inefficient.
Food was crispy and burnt my burger was suppose to be a triple the new burger it looks like they put random ripped burger pieces together and tried to make a burger and the cashier Vanessa She was rude not friendly at all every time I try to come here they try to argue with u about your order and when ask for bbq or ketchup they police the condiments like we not allowed to have any I will not be back here again
Husband had a burger that was dry as all can be. I had a chkn sandwich so far from being done it was raw when I bit into it. Unfortunately we ordered Togo so didn’t go back.
I believe Fabiola is a manager who was taking our order at the register. When my husband asked a question about the new fries that were supposed to be hot she was short and rude. Spoke to us as if we were ignorant. Just because she is bilingual doesn't make her superior. She tried acting as if she didn't understand us when I asked her about why our order was so much for 3 meals. Over $50.00. We paid. When I looked at the receipt I did notice that she over charged for my husband's meal. She refunded it and started over. The meal became $13 dollars LESS than we were originally charged. Once I sat down and continued looking at the original receipt, I noticed that Fabiola had also over charged for my meal. I very specifically asked for the Western Bacon cheeseburger meal with onion rings. Large. She charged for the double western. That is not what I ordered. So after she wanted to debate how I ordered, she told me it was too late, it's already made. A gentleman came over. He was wearing a manager shirt like Fabiola. He said he would give me the difference. I informed him it's not even about the difference in the cost, she was charging people for MORE than they ordered. It's dishonest for one. He gave my husband $2. I'm sure the difference is more but at this point it's the principal. Not about the cost. The male manager informed my husband that the cost of everything has gone up. After my husband mentioned that for what she charged us, we could have gone to a sit down restaurant, he let us know that when her and him go to Five Guys, it is $50. Now I am assuming at this point that they are a couple and that is why he is defending her every wrong doing. If anyone who knows me is asked the question, where is your mom's favorite fast food place, they will tell them "Carl's Jr" We drove 2 hours to eat here. Received service that any store manager should be ashamed of. Absolutely ridiculous. My husband brought home Carl's Jr a few weeks ago when he had training in Odessa. He went thru the drive through and was also given the wrong orders, charged him over $50 that time too. I figured it was a misunderstanding. Apparently this is how they are running this establishment. They should be ashamed of themselves. Ripping people off and treating them as if we were an inconvenience because SHE charged us for the incorrect items. I made a decision in that moment as I was enjoying my western that I had to remove a meat patty from because it's too much meat, that it was my last. I will not return to Carl's Jr. Not in this location. There isn't one where we live in Lubbock. It's no wonder that location is always empty. Sad.
The most overpriced burgers I've ever seen. They may be good they may be great but to spend $30 on two burger combos is just crazy. Won't be going back there until I hit the lottery or something. Manager was real nice and informative about what they were selling on that sense you know bravo Carl's Jr you were straightforward and pleasant to visit. But the price has got to change beef is expensive but really over $30 for two combos. Thank you though for your pleasant greeting and explanation of what y'all are selling. Like I said when I hit the lottery or have extra money yes I would love to go there and try there 100% angus beef burgers. Hopefully this occurs before there lack of business hurts them. Keep your heads up employees of Carl's Jr and keep up the great customer service.
I am just astounded how someone can sit there with the times posted on every door and even the drive thru window that I am sitting at here it is 8:15 and the sign say 8a to 9p and she gonna scream at me get out of here we don't open till 830 I didn't catch the woman's name but she is the morning manager for 03/28/25 grayish hair short and mean yeah well she had no right to treat me like that I am just going by your posted hours I won't stop till the top of the chain finds out how she is treating customers. Hey if I aint messing with you then don't come at me cause I promise you ain't gonna win.

By far the nastiest and poorly managed Carls Jr that we have visited.
They got a big hiring sign in their store. The Mexican lady with fake eyebrows said they were full after another lady said they were hiring. Didn't give me a chance seems a little racist if you ask me nothing but Hispanic people in there. It's fast food bro should be that difficult to hire someone acting like it's the oilfield.
I wouldn't know about their food or atmosphere hours say open at 0800 I got there at 0815 and were still closed every time ive tried to go there during their open hours they are closed
We ordered our food and it was delivered slow because they had to remake the nasty tea. We gave away my burger to a homeless man that was on the corner. So We returned for a second time to order a new burger and we were asked to park out front. We waited for 30 minutes the manager came out hand us the bags and didn’t apologize for the long wait we checked the bag and all the order opening the burgers to check for pickles esc.. We realized that we had received the wrong order my wife went inside to let the manager know that she gave us the incorrect order the manager again didn’t apologize for the mistake. My wife then asked what she would the manager like to do with the order she had give to us the manager stated to my wife to “keep it”. As my wife was leaving the manager changed her mind and began to demand we return the meal, my wife stated that she we had all touched the food and it was unusable. The manager became combative and began to tell my wife “you think you’re so smart huh?” My wife stated no we don’t want anything free but you told me to keep it so that’s what I’m doing. The manager began to demand that we return the meal immediately to which several customers began to encourage my wife to just leave because the manager was becoming extremely combative and aggressive. My wife began to leave and the manager attempted to give chase but quickly gave us and told my wife that if she called to complain it didn’t matter because she was the manager. We spent well over $80 here and we come at least once a month if not more, for $80 we can get better treatment else where. We’ve had nothing but good experiences here and we’re very patient because we understand that there’s a shortage of employees so normally we understand but this is unacceptable behavior for any level of employee. We absolutely did nothing incorrect accept get the wrong order which we understand also happens however what shouldn’t happen is a combative aggressive manager. This incident happened around 5:30 pm on 1/19/23 Bring back the other manager that’s proud of her tea and super nice!
I only got half of what I ordered lucky my wife isn't picky. Fabiola was more interested in keeping her purse on her shoulder and her cell phone at the ready your prices are outrages for a combo meal over $30 for 2 people. We will not be returning ever
I don't know if this is wrong time of day or what the onion rings smell like old grease and the burger tasted really weird when did that throw them in the dumpster before we even got out the parking lot. I don't know how they stay open a.
The owners were yelling and mistreating the young employees in front of everyone. We were away from the kitchen and we could hear them yelling at the employees. The young employees were respectful and embarrassed. We couldn't even eat our food because we were in disbelief. I asked for the lady's name to submit a complaint she said her name was Laura. I just told her ma'am the way you are speaking to your employees is disrespectful and degrading I'm going to submit a complaint. Then an older man comes to our table and says leave my property, I'm the owner. We left the place. It's extremely sad how they talk to their employees, they are creating a hostile environment for the young kids. I am praying for the kids and I hope they leave that hostile environment.

They have NEVER achieved one single accurate order of mine, cleaned the beverage station, or that discusting ketchup pump / pathogen dispenser / sticky hand generator. The absolute terrible experience you are guaranteed here will take the heat off you. The pain she will suffer will totally justify the $17 you just blew. Maybe the added bonding experience of suffering in common would improve your relationship? This restaurant will make the most unkept house look inviting, so now at family gatherings you can divert her to "remember that terrible disgusting Carl's in Midland?". Good job franchise owner, hold your head high knowing you killed an entire brand for me with this single restaurant. I too share some blame in this though. Every couple of months I go back thinking it will be different, and be like that first Carl's I ate at in L.A. years ago, before they expanded to Texas. However, this restaurant finds a way to be worse than the prior experience every time. Carl's / Hardee's Corporate should intervene at this point, seems like you have been there a year, and should be on top of the game. I write this after having multiple people share similar experiences with me this afternoon. We all formerly enjoyed it eating at a Carl's, but the one in Midland has ruined the brand for us. Before you blame the market or employment pool, there is a Rosa's down the street. Go dine in there, observe, and take notes. Attached is a picture of a "dry no pickles" 6 dollar combo... burger has nothing but 3 pickles, fries were soggy, did not attempt to eat.
Coast to coast. My personal opinion is this establishment is by far the worst Carls Jr I have purchased “food” from.
Went through drive thru. When I got home I discovered they left out 2 burgers my popper and zucchini. Called the store eight times and no answer. I live too far out to just drive back. Restaurant was empty when I went.
This Carl’s Jr. is a complete joke, and the management is the main reason. Javier and Faviola have absolutely no knowledge, no leadership skills, and no business running a restaurant. They are obsessed with “power and authority” instead of doing their jobs, supporting employees, or providing basic customer service. In the evenings, the store is often run by minors, all under 16, with little to no adult supervision. As a customer, that’s honestly disturbing and unacceptable. It creates a chaotic environment and clearly affects service and food quality. No restaurant should be operating like that. The other manager who goes by “Z” clearly only cares about money and nothing else. Customers don’t matter. Employees don’t matter. Quality doesn’t matter. The result is horrible service, poorly run shifts, and a restaurant that feels completely out of control. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. Go literally anywhere else. The service here is beyond horrible, the management is incompetent, and this location should seriously be investigated or shut down until it’s properly run. They keep blinding my review lol
No customer service at all, slow and rude. We told them that they were out of large lids and he replaced them, drop half of them on the floor, picked them up and still put them for people to grab. 🤢🤢 the worst experience ever.
This place is so bad man. It's already overpriced. But I got cold beef, stale bun, cold fries, literally nothing about this meal was worth it. It's almost inedible, It's that bad. I can't speak for anyone else's experience but mine. But if it was done to me it was probably done to other people as well. If you go here check to see if your food is hot. I'm looking at the food while I type this right now and I think I'm going to throw it away.
Went through the drive thru tonight and the lady working it was so rude. Talked very condescending to my husband who was just trying to order. Was trying to make us sound dumb. Tried to order kids meals and she rudely said they didn't do kids cheeseburgers. And when we asked for apple juice for the kids meals. She rudely said they didn't have apple just orange juice. It was an off putting interaction and unnecessary. If you're having a bad day don't take it out on paying customers. It's extremely unprofessional.
Rude employees. Overcharging me. I did not order a double burger but they charged me for one anyways. I will definitely call the health department as the employee had long hair that was not tied back and was just flinging it around. That's disgusting and against heath code. Nobody answers the phone. The female employee i believe it was Vanessa, hung out the drive through window to yell at me telling me it doesn't matter if I reach out to corporate because the emails come straight to the store anyways and she'll delete it. Disgusting customer service and overall manners. Maybe this is why they're always empty. Nobody wants to spend their money to be treated poorly and have hair all inside their food. What a joke this store is. I hope the health department shuts them down
