I LOVE TEA!! This place is so so so so so good! I wish Big Spring could have one but it's ok. It is a nice treat when going to Midland. I love the peach and green almond teas.

Tea was great. But no ice in the dispenser and cashier argued with me and another customer about putting ice in our cups.

Love the drinks here, but the people at this location are rude. They messed up on my drinks & got mad bc i asked to fix it. just be nice 🙂

Least favorite HTeaO. Always low on fruit. When my husband asked for some he got an eye roll. Also the only one we have been to that doesn't do pup cups. Drive thru is very tricky (narrow).

Went today 8/21/25 at about 2 pm and the cashier at the window was lowkey rude. I was unaware the happy hour was a bogo, rather I believed it was 1/2 off. Anyways the cashier sounded extremely inconvenienced by having to relay this information. Definitely will be going to briarwood from now on.

Weird interaction in the drive through, the guy charged me for the wrong order and gave me a refund without explaining what happened & when I asked what was going on & why I was handed a refund receipt he couldn’t hear me because he had his ear buds in. Very weird and unprofessional

Came in today 1/30 and the young girl at the window was wildly rude & had poor customer service. If you can’t work a window without rolling your eyes then you probably shouldn’t be working the window. Now I remember why I go to the one off briarwood. They greet you with a smile every time.

I went on 11/25 and bought a gallon of tea when I arrived to my party I realized they gave me a tea that said chug before 11/20 but I can't go back in time so I went back today 11/26 and just wanted to exchange it for a non expired one. Mistakes happen, it is what it is. But then the employee who was not even the one helping me jerked the tea out of my hand knocked over stuff in front of the registers by doing so. I was friendly, it's the holidays, I forget the day of the week but it's not my fault that your store decided not to close at 6 and decided to stay open till 8pm. Why do I even need to know this information? Please be kinder or step away from a customer service role. Happy thanksgiving! 🦃♥️

The lady there was very rude about a child screaming in the back of my car, when I drove up to the windows to pay for the teas she started telling me off talking about how it's not OK for him to be screaming in the car. What am I supposed to do about it ??he's my little cousin.

I love hteao tea but they need to improve on consistency of quality. There was a period of time where the tea tasted like unfiltered tap water, which is finally over. And now the service (teenagers who don’t care) will randomly make tea that either has no flavor, too sweet, weirdly diluted, and so on and so forth. Today I got a sweet blueberry green and a half sweet half unsweet coconut. The blueberry green was horribly diluted and bitter? Tasted nothing like it usually does, and my coconut was just unsweet, no half and half. She handed it to me in the drive through and when I said “excuse me I ordered half and half!” She shut the door. I didn’t care enough to go inside and complain so I’m writing a complaint. Many people I know have complained on the continuous and random dips in quality, opting for other stores. I hope this doesn’t go unheard by store managers or owners because this is becoming increasingly bothersome. I love hteao tea but I’m not paying 6 dollars to gamble whether or not I’m actually getting the tea I want.

Went in during busy hours to get two gallons of sweet tea. I was already aware it would take a little bit longer than usual. And that was confirmed when the front cashier, let me know it was going to be about 15-20 min to get the tea. Okay no problem. The poor girl is running the store alone and her manager instead of stepping in and helping to get these orders out. (Mind you I was waiting and 2-3 other people as well.) decided to throw in the towel and TAKE HER BREAK….we waited an hour and 20 min. Had already paid prior so couldn’t just walk out. And we didn’t want to add pressure to the young cashier when this was a higher management issue at this point. Never purchasing again, if this manager is still running the location.
