Great food. Good service. Came mid-week at 8:30 am with a family. Enjoyable experience. Tea was made WITH RO water!

There food was very fresh. I love Whataburger, and since I don't live in Texas yet it's always a must stop. It's a little more than some other fast food places but they make it up in taste. Also if your not use to fresh your going to wait a few minutes compared to Micoburgers at other places. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars has nothing to do with the food, if your going be prepared to wait in drive though for awhile. Going in is definitely quicker. I thought it was 24 hrs, I get to the drive thru, and it takes like what seems forever for them to speak. Otherwise, it was good.

The food is pretty good but the service is somewhat slow. That’s not too big of a deal considering the food is higher quality than the other whataburgers in town. The only downside is they (and other restaurants in Midland) have gotten into the nasty habit of using Midland tap water to make the soft drinks. This water is not for drinking! No one should ever use Midland tap water for making any drinks whatsoever. It would be better to sell soda by the bottle than to sell these soft drinks from the fountain. Midland tap water is that bad.

Everything was good at Whataburger the food was delicious as usual. The one exception was we asked for a white chocolate raspberry shake and received what seemed to us to be a strawberry shake. The cashier seemed a little confused at first when I told them we'd be placing your order to go. For some reason when we submit the surveys to the cashier with the codes on them they always look confused like they don't know how to do it. I wonder why? All in all though it was good the restaurant was clean and people were friendly. I wish that the younger people working at Whataburger would understand that a malt is not just a shake. Please know Whataburger that you need to add more flavoring for it to be a malt not just extra chocolate. Please work on that. Thank you Whataburger this location has done a great job just refine the little bumps in the road here.

This is a really good Whataburger spot. The restaurant is clean and attended. The employees are always awesome and happy to serve you. It can get a bit busy during the lunch hour because of the location though. But for late night burgers, this is the spot!

The place is nice when in the road. However, the service can be better. The cashier barely spoke and the little said was barely understandable and had a boredom face. Bathrooms were awfully dirty. Didn't feel welcome in this place at all.

After all I have heard about this chain, I was disappointed in the lack of flavor in the burger. Staff were ok, but not very interested when I had to ask for mustard.

The self serve coffee smelled like tea. I complained, they poured it out and brought good coffee. I had to actively search for someone to complain to about the problem. It wasn’t easy. Service, noticing me, was the problem. It’s totally fixable. Best wishes.

It's off I20 East Midland TX, seemed old and a little run down. I love Whataburgers food, but the service was not good, they forgot my cheese and bacon on a double meat bacon cheese burger , I hit the hwy it was to late!! So we are in line in the drive thru the front cars haven't got there food yet but the cars behind them already did 🤔 so we have to wait for the front cars to get there food and move out the way. We were trapped some people honking, it was weird. Of course my burger was plain Jane no Tx flavor

Well where should I start. The fries were not fresh but what should I expect they never are. I'm glad I like a burger with my mustard. Always to much mustard, it's like they have alot of mustard and they have to get rid of it before it expires. I asked for light lettuce. Still had to pull some off. Also would like the lettuce green. Asked for extra onions, guess they thought i said lite onions, barelyhad any. Glad the burger was good after I fixed it up. For once had plenty of bacon 🥓. Saw plenty of people try to go to the restroom even a couple of kids. The door was locked and only male employees were going in, guess they had the code to the lock. Not kool.

We come here all the time and all the time everything is on point. However today I was slightly disappointed. They had interviews and corporate managers in that were sitting back not paying attention to the chaos behind the counter. I ordered at 5:23 and finally received my chocolate shake at 541 because no one knew how to make a shame except for the line cook. Also ordered no tomato due to an allergy, alas theres tomato. This has to be one of the dirtiest Whataburger restaurants I have been to. The restroom was nasty with no soap in the dispenser. I observed an employee attempt to wash his hands and just walk out without doing so. Disappointed in the effort being made here.

Worst Whataburger drive-through I've experienced. They stack up cars next to each other, but time the food very badly to where both lines of vehicles are waiting for the first vehicles to get theirs. Food was fine, once we got it.

Same good quality Whataburger as everywhere else, but on last visit late on a Sunday (maybe Saturday) night, the drive-thru line was long as usual, but it took half an hour to reach the speakerphone then the window (too long for even this normally busy place). Ordering took 2-3 tries. Once at the window, we paid and then the crew had us pull up to wait another half-hour for our order with another four cars. When our orders finally arrived, we left straightaway only to find out later that one of your orders was wrong. Unfortunately, we have to keep going back occasionally as this is one of them few places close to your neighborhood that is open late.

Called in an order and the lady that answered the phone and I told her I needed to place an order for pick up and she told me to hold on. Was hard to understand her a little. I was fixing to tell her ok and thank you and she starts yelling at me to wait. So then another lady picks up the phone to take my order and after she takes my order and I ask her to repeat it she tells me she can't because she already sent it. Told her I wanted to make sure my order was right and hoped it was and guess what it wasn't. Asked for onion rings and got fries and the fries were old and cold. This is not the first time I've had bad service at this Whataburger but it's the one closest to my work. It's definitely very hot and miss. When it's good it's good, including service.

We had placed our order and everything seemed to be fine at that moment. When we received our order, nothing was fresh but the french fries. My youngest child ordered a chicken strip basket and her meal was the only meal that was fresh. My husband took my chicken sandwich back and explained to them how it was not fresh. The manager tried to tell my husband that "all orders are made fresh to order". But this was not the case. We had ordered two orders of Buffalo wings as well. One order was supposed to be plain and the other one with buffalo sauce. Both meals came out with buffalo sauce. It's really a hit and miss here at this place.

We just went through the drive-through our fries were cold so had to go in and get fresh fries. And of course, I see the manager doing all of it they take a little bit of fresh fries and put them on top of the old cold fries. So that’s how it’s going down at the Whataburger on interstate 20 in Midland Texas right now don’t count on your fries being hot guys 🤔😞

It was honestly not that good. Every single burger was made wrong even after correcting the order taker 3 times.

2 times out of all the other times that my family and I have come and we either are missing something with our food (for example cheese and we've paid for the extras) or we just don't get the food that we've PAID for. Then when we tell the employees that we're missing something, they say that that's how we ordered it even after we've shown them the receipt. 3/10 really don't recommend unless you're drunk and at that point no one really cares if you get the correct ingredients in your food or your food period. 😂👎🏼

Ordered a #1 and returned it because it was super salty. The young lady apologized and placed an order for a second burger. Again super salty and found out it was the patty. My wife had the same problem, but did not want a second burger. Did not bother going to the counter again and we just walked out. Good thing the young lady was friendly or I would give the review no stars.

One of my biggest pet peeves is people not listening when i give my order. This was a disastor. I ordered 2 sandwiches. My beef patties weren't even hot, luke warm at best. Nothing about this place makes sense. And what happened to the good fries that had substance, girth, and fresh salty texture. They are so slooow every time, and they got the sauce wrong. Ordered jalapeño ranch but got buttermilk. I don't want to pull forward just so yall can charge the next one. You got two windows, use the first one and be faster. How bout dat. I can't come here anymore without getting up 20 min earlier for work.

Waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me at the time. I only ordered a burger and fries, 4 cars that showed up after me got their bigger orders before I did and left before anyone even approached my window. I don't know what it is about this location, but both times I've stopped here the wait times in the drive thru are ridiculous. Today was the worst. I arrived in the line at 10:40 AM and didn't leave the line until 11:30 AM. Almost a full hour just to get a patty melt! Has this ever happened to you: you get a Whataburger craving while on a road trip. Then you’re in Texas and see there is a Whataburger right by your hotel. Score! You order and are told to go to Lane B. Usually not a good sign, but you’re so excited to taste the best burger in the world that you go. 8 minutes pass. 12 minutes pass. Lane A empties and then 2 cars who arrived well after you get their order. 16 minutes later, your order is handed to you. It’s a Coldaburger. The fries? No flavor. Believe the hype:worst Whataburger ever!!

Whataburger in Midland Texas, 2217 East Interstate 20, store 704. This place is TERRIBLE! Find somewhere else to eat. Dirty and terrible service and food. 1) Pop machine was down, however no one knew that because there wasn’t a sign. You had to get back in line to get a can of warm pop. The young lady that we asked for a pop told us we could only have one. We had to show her our empty cups even tho she was right there when the other kid took our order. 2) the lady bringing food out to the tables couldn’t speak English. No on could understand what she was saying when asking numbers. Took forever. 3) my mom’s order was not what she ordered. 4) my brothers chicken sandwich was so tuff and stretchy he had to use his hands to tear it in pieces to choke it down. 5) my son-in-law had a French fry with hair wrapped around it 6) all of our family finished their meals and sat with us waiting for a few more mins before we finally got our meal. Was barely warm so they obviously didn’t just make it so I’m still u sure what took so long. 7) bathrooms were gross. Sink water smelt like sulfur, mirrors very dirty, toilet paper rack had a trash can beside it so when you grabbed the toilet paper it was brushing up against the trash 🤮.

Terrible service I myself waited 30 minutes for my food in the drive thru before going in and it magically being done when I went in they told me it was taking longer because I ordered lunch at breakfast but I witnessed and spoke with 2 other people who had ordered breakfast and were waiting longer than I was literally a Whataburger down the road stop at that one not this one customer service is rude atmosphere sucks and forget about the fast food part.

I went for a patty melt which is one of my favorite foods especially at 2am. This location especially has a problem with grilling the onions and never actually does. I like mine extra grilled but honestly would take them however as long as they actually grill them. And when you bring it to their attention they tell you that you don’t know how to order the very thing that you want. They made me feel dumb the first time, then they told me to go back, but that I needed to physically walk in and not go through the drive through. I called multiple times for my order to at least be prepared beforehand. They said I am a liar and don’t deserve for my order to be remade. They also got the security guard to make me leave without even being able to speak with a reasonable manager. I will not go back to this location.

I won’t be back. Ordered two scrambled eggs, sausage & bacon. Received one egg and when I shared that I’ve ordered the same thing for the past 5 weeks here and this I by far the least amount eggs, the Manager said “ yea, our eggs are small today.” I asked if she could make this correct she said sorry. One dang egg shouldn’t cost you a customer. She could have easily said sorry about that sir, it does look like a small order let’s make it right. But nope. She shouldn’t be in a manager’s role. 👎🏽. One more issue I’ve ordered this 5 times and never paid the same price… how’s that possible?

Should tear this whataburger down and build a new one.Maybe they'll have better luck. Never have I had a good experience at this specific whataburger My food is always wrong a french fries come out hard as a rock. this is the only one in town that is not very good

I use to like this location and yall use to have better service in the drive thru at night. But now the girl/ guy African American was blowing her nose with a napkin when i pulled up to the window. She threw the napkin and never washed her hands. Then walked outside to take someone their order and then wiped her nose with her bare hand. Disgusting to say the least. And on top of that the girl who took my order was rude and sounded like she didn't want to take my order. Bottom line i left didnt get my order or pay for it and went to the other location on rankin. Im glad i did they were cleaner and everyone was wearing gloves.

The wait here was absolutely terrible. I sat in the drive-thru for 45 minutes after placing my order, and that’s just unacceptable. I had to drive away. No one should have to waste nearly an hour just to get fast food. This place needs to seriously figure out its drive-thru operations because the wait was nothing short of miserable.

We came late last night, as we were just coming back into town and were hungry. When we got there we went through drive, thinking it would be faster. We waited 20 minutes just to order, then had to wait an additional 30 minutes just to get the food. They pulled us all up past the drive through window once we got our drinks for us to wait. When we got the food, I asked for Buffalo and Ranch because we had ordered at the window and they didn’t put it in the bag. The guy who brought it out threw the food through our car window, and when I asked he interrupted me and said “there’s ketchup in the bag” with an attitude and walked away. I ended up having to go inside to get the sauce, which I had to pay for again because they never added it to our ticket. Once I ordered the sauce, the guy at the inside register walked away and handed out four or five more orders before going to the back to get my sauce. When he finally brought it out to me he shoved it into my hands like he was annoyed that I was still there and he wanted to get rid of me. Florentino N was the one cashing me out for the sauce, and I’ve never been more blatantly disrespected and ignored in my life. When we finally got home to eat, the fries weren’t even done cooking and half of them were literally just raw chunks of potato while the others were soggy and cold. Complete waste of time, money, and energy when we were already exhausted from driving into town at 3 am. We usually don’t have issues with Whataburger, but we will not be returning to this location and are strongly considering not coming back at all. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
