09-16-2025 Meal One: Chili cheese dog, cheesey tots, and a cherry slushy Meal Two: Footlong, tots, and root beer float Sharing: small cheeseburger, jalopeno bits, motz sticks, and a corn dog We ordered online which was a breeze! Even customizing things was simple. No online errors. Deals where easy to apply. Everything to do with the order was perfect! Service was great! I will state all we had to do was pull up and give our name. However the order was delivered with a smile and politeness. The food was piping hot and great! The jal bites were just a bit greasy however they were still great! Everything had a great taste and was well worth the price. The jr cheeseburger is quite small. The footlong hotdog is amazing! I'd recommend it without cheese though as the cheese didn't add anything to the meal in my book. The frozen items were ice cold and not melted. Everything was perfect! All in all this was well worth it and my first Sonic experience was a great one!

Food is always good. But im not sure what they were thinking with the sonic blast today.... wasnt full and has a hole in the inside..? Didn't look eaten just not filled up and not mixed at all. Managers need to watch the employees and train them I guess. Don't mean to sound like a Karen but if they demand we tip then they need to do the job right. Js.
My family likes to get ice cream from here every now and then. They used to be great, you paid for something extra and you got it, in the past month or 2 something changed, our orders have been lacking the ingredients we requested. Today I ordered a butterfinger blast with extra butterfinger, m&ms, peanut butter and hot fudge. I got m&ms and very little butterfinger. Blue bell has more toppings than this. Not to mention for months my wife has requested hot fudge and never got it.
Great workers and the service is alr, I ordered a Oreo cheesecake shake on door dash less than a week ago, And it tasted sour and gross, Immediately dumped it, They either don't clean their machines or they just give us rotten dairy, I called about it and I wasn't offered a refund or even a new shake, And their shakes are normally good:(
One of the worst Sonic locations in the area. Ordered on the app, 2 drinks. Arrived two minutes after pick up time. Almost 10 minutes later we finally got the 2 medium Cokes. This isn't just based on one visit. This is something that is consistent with this location. But hey, it's Sonic. It's not like it's Chick Fil A. You get what you get.
The absolute worst location I've ever been to. Pressed the button waited 10 minutes, pressed it again waited 5 minutes. Told them I'm picking up a mobile order, waited another 20 minutes. Pressed the button again waited 5 minutes, told them I'm still waiting. 5 minutes after that, I finally got my order. Just sad.
I sat and pushed the RED button twice, I believe because the first time had expired! Total time sitting just to order was 15-20 minutes! Finally gave up and went to Taco Bell!!
I believe it was the manger who took my order but his attitude was very rude, if you’re finna have an attitude at work just don’t show up
I am giving one star because the Reece's Sonic Blast w/ chocolate syrup I ordered was not mixed properly. The bottom half was all vanilla ice cream. The other food was great. 7-27-25. See pic below. Once again they are unable to mix chocolate syrup correctly into vanilla ice cream.
Went, pushed button, sat for 10 min, nothing. Pushed it again. Waited another 10 minutes. Nothing. See people inside laughing and having a fun time, but no one taking orders? This was just after 8am on a Monday... left. Just nope.
When you order a burger combo you expect it to be hot not cold and then you expect the car hop to be able to count and not short change you $2.30 I don't think 🤔 I'll be back
I got here at 10:39 and was waiting for 20 minutes for them to tell me that they were closed. I went and knocked on the door and showed them on Google maps that I was actually here for 20 minutes before they closed and they made my order. Either they need to fix their equipment or they need to close at closing time. Unacceptable. I promised my dog a hamburger and we're getting a hamburger damnit.
When someone orders mozzarella sticks with marinara – we expect the sauce to be with it. Not the carhop told us “we’re out bro” and walks away. I can spend my money elsewhere .
On what planet is a cup 3/4 full of ice considered "light ice"? Every time I order drinks from this Sonic it's the same thing.
