Raised in Orange County, I know my good and bad places. This Jack in the Box is a great one. The service is quick and fast. The orders since I've been going there have never been wrong or short or under par. It's in a perfect place as far as location and the staff is wonderful.

Updating my review I haven't been to this Jack in the box in 4 years.It change so much We dined in the tables were filthy I had to use napkins to cover the dirty filthy tables It doesnt feel clean and fresh when you enter also the restrooms need to be cleaned it was filthy and unsanitary ! ..........4yrs ago Clean and relaxing environment. Food is hot and delicious

The tacos are really good and the shakes were soooo thick. Bathrooms were scary. But, all in all it was ok.

The food was fresh, but the customer service was bad. The lady who served me didn't want to give me good customer service . I also think my last time there she did something to my food after i ate it i felt sick. Everyone, please be careful where you eat and always pray over your food 🙏 AMEN!!!!

Handicap accessible parking available. Customer service was poor. I don't know if they were short of staff. If you want to use the restroom, you need to place your order and then the staff will open/unlock the door and take away the key. Restroom was filthy, with no toilet paper and the paper towel dispenser was not working. I informed the person working the drive thru.

I like the food, but the customer service is terrible if they mess up your order. Regardless if you're right/wrong or nice/rude, staff gets defensive and disrespectful the moment you ask them about your order or if you think they got it wrong. They don't properly explain things to help you understand or even try to make it up to you; they hit you with a very irritated "There is nothing wrong." They are only nice and respectful when they're taking your order and giving you your food. I cannot stand people who are rude and give an attitude without reason, especially workers in customer service. I already submitted a complaint to the official website. For anyone who comes here: make sure they repeat your order back to you correctly, check your receipts, and check your food before leaving. If they mess up your order, I hope you have a better experience than I did getting things corrected.

Burnt Jalapenos ( supposed to be 7 pieces) literally only asked for ranch. TWO TIMES. You need to do better! Not worth the trip or money.

Don't trust their Hours of Operation. I just showed up at 6pm local. Signs all over the doors and windows saying they have Drive-thru, Delivery... and that their Dining Room is only open for take-out. The sign on their door said the Dining Room is open until 7pm each day. 6pm on a Monday, all doors locked, and employees ignoring me at the doors. I could see the employees inside. Tried to call, and the number I googled received no answer.

If I would to give this place a zero I would terrible first time and last time we come here. Terrible place first of all they don’t clean the tables . Second my spicy chicken sandwich was bad it looked like it was warmed several times and was hard. Third the fries were cold and saggy. And last the bread was dry. Don’t recommend this place. And the guy who wants to be. Girl gave us bad customer service.

In the photo it shows green lettuce. What I got stale white ones. Chicken tastes like cardboard. Service good, but I will rather save 12.92 and cook better meal at home
