Annareè, why are you making fun of your customers... those who, I'm sorry, appreciated, supported, and encouraged you with their loyalty as regulars... yes, I'm talking about takeout... the one that allowed us to now afford the investment in the dining room... how many times did we ask for a table to enjoy your fragrant and tasty products?! Now that you've "grown up," you neglect us, you don't respond after receiving the order without justifying the delay, which is systematically not only beyond what was promised but not even acceptable... these inconsistencies won't cause you many problems for the moment... you have your dining room now... but remember that for every dissatisfied customer (especially if poorly handled), twenty others will probably not come to you and, reading the reviews, will look elsewhere. Too bad...

A complete disappointment! The pizza has always been excellent! We order from them every week, but since they expanded, they haven't been punctual with deliveries! We wait two hours, and often, with a small child, we're forced to cancel! A disappointment! If you expand, you need to increase your staff and maintain the quality and professionalism! I'm sorry, but I have to give you bad reviews!

I ordered pizzas on Glovo, and the scheduled delivery time was 8:30-9 PM. After three delivery drivers showed up to pick up the pizzas for delivery and they weren't ready, I canceled the order at 10 PM. Terrible service; the delay beyond an hour is unacceptable. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, we fell for it too. We decided to order two pizzas at 7:00 PM with delivery scheduled for 7:15 PM, hoping that, given the very early time, the pizzas would arrive at a decent time. After waiting over an hour past the scheduled time and seeing on the app that the pizzas were still being prepared, we decided to cancel the order. It was an experience we'll never repeat.

A speechless disaster. On top of the delay, which is always there, there were also incorrect orders and mockery!!!! How do you do it? We received a croquette instead of an omelette, sparkling water instead of still, and without two Cokes (€6!). I politely called and told them about the inconvenience, and THEY TOLD ME "The courier will arrive at 9 PM, they can't arrive before that." They didn't ask for my address, nothing at all. They just hung up and that was it. I never saw or heard from them again. I never saw the Cokes I paid for again, but it was a complete joke. Get your act together or you'll be left without customers. They don't even have the respect to apologize for the order. Come on!

And here we are again! We've fallen back into it like a fish. Five pizzas ordered at 7:30 PM with the pizza chef scheduled for delivery at 8:00 PM. We wait at home for a good fifty minutes for the pizzas to arrive. We decide to call. The pizza chef tells us that the delivery guy is leaving right then (coincidentally). We live a two-minute drive from the pizzeria and we wait another twenty minutes, but no pizza is in sight. Frank as moray eels, we decide to yell at the pizza chef, but he refuses to answer. We call about thirteen more times, but the line is always busy or there's no answer. 8:45 PM. Here comes the miracle! The pizzas arrive. We rush down the stairs because we're as hungry as pigeons in Milan, but the poor delivery guy delivers four lukewarm pizzas instead of the five hot ones we'd been longing for. This is too much. Pizzas promptly returned to sender and a trip to the kebab shop, who certainly has more enthusiasm for his job. Pizzeria permanently removed.

First time I've ordered, and also last. I don't know about the restaurant, but the takeout experience was terrible. The order arrived fairly quickly, but with only one pizza instead of two, and it was cold and burned. The response? Oh yes, we only made one. If you want, ask for a refund; we don't have anyone who can bring you pizza again. We ended up having to order from another pizzeria. Needless to say, they'll never see me as a customer again.

I waited 40mins outside for one pizza. I asked 3 times where is my pizza abd they kept saying 10 more minits. It takes no time to make it, but they lost my order and didnt even apoligise. This is outrageous

A terrible experience. After waiting 75 minutes past the scheduled time without any warning, the pizzas finally arrived... and they were a total disaster. Cold (the receipt was issued at 8:28 PM - pizzas arrived at 9:45 PM), burnt, rubbery, the wrong pizza for what we ordered (four cheeses instead of pesto and sausage (see photo)), and practically inedible. Service like this is unacceptable. Never again. I strongly recommend they reorganize everything, learning to offer QUALITY service and not just focus on quantity.
