The sandwich and cacio e pepe are the most foodish supplì in Milan. The atmosphere is small and not particularly comfortable, but the food is amazing. Freshly prepared, the supplì is dry and crispy. Definitely worth trying again!
I love this fabulous street food. It makes burgers and rice suppli with delicious inside, cacio e pepe, carbonara, amatriciana yeah, and just for this month.There are some really special burgers and supplì with butternut squash, the really sweet kind and pecorino cheese, I came out with bags of them.They're just fantastic. Service is lovely.The guys who work there are so nice. Great for a dinner or just for an aperitivo! If you invite friends over and offer ApeCesare supplì they will keep coming back.
Wow, it's so good. A friend brought me here last night and I tried this Roman-style fast food joint. I ordered a trio of supplí (carbonara and amatriciana) to start, then moved on to the sandwich. You can choose from 7/8 different sandwiches. I chose the one with porchetta (I was hesitant about the cacio e pepe). The bread was delicious, toasted just the way I like it. In the end, I spent 25 euros. I'd say the supplí and sandwich combo was a great choice instead of the usual fries. For an extra 2.5 euros, the sandwich becomes a giant one.
We tried the supplì alla carbonara, the amatriciana, and the cacio e pepe, and we were blown away. The sauces were amazing, and the rice was cooked perfectly. Special praise goes to the supplì alla carbonara: such an authentic experience that we had to check to see if it wasn't a real carbonara dish. Highly recommended!
5 well-deserved stars! A bomb!! Box of 3 suppli: carbonara, cacio e pepe, and tomato and mozzarella, each one better than the last! Delicious porchetta sandwich, not to mention the cesaretto, a real treat!

Really nice Italian style burger. Juicy, perfectly done, well balanced flavours. I chose carbonara following the owner / manager recommendation. Very nice and fast service. Will be back for sure.

Food is really great, not too fat and very tasty. Best panini eaten in Italy ! Service is by far the best we received in Milano even though the average is quite high ;) Plus: dog are (very ;) ) welcomed ! Well recommended Maxime

Ordered the tris of supplì and the classic supplì for delivery and they were insane! I’ve tried supplì in various places in Milano, but they were always cold and super dry, but this time, my god, they were absolutely delicious!! Still crunchy and super flavourful! Also still good the day after re-heated in the oven! The cacio e pepe is classic, you know what you’re getting into! The carbonara is just ridiculous! A core of egg yolks with pecorino and peper, near orgasmic! The amatricana was just good! Flavour balance on point! The classic had the longest cheese pull I’ve ever had on a supplì! Even longer than those in Roma!

I tried the carbonara supplì and the fried chicken sandwich, both very good. As a Roman, I expected the supplì to be bigger and less expensive. Overall, I liked the place, and if I were to be in the area again, I'd pop in again.
little fast food spot in popular isola quarter, is famous for roman suppli' but there also other option available as hamburgers and others. we tried the suppli' and they were delicious: I tasted amatriciana, carbonara, and cacio and pepe all of them worthwhile the experience. Prices are really affordable, personnel nice only thing that I have not fully appreciated is the location itself that I find ....a little bit too basic.
