Shame to write this, as the experience could have been somewhat satisfactory. It’s a good place to have in the city, and the music they were playing was a mood on the sound system. Allora, I can play music from my laptop too. The place itself can have an ambiance, however the service leaves much to be desired. Yes it is a Saturday night, and I get you wish to run out to do your thing to as soon as possible, but if I wish to order one more drink with my fiancé to cap off the night, I don’t expect a proposal of a martini in a paper cup to take away, despite the bar not closing for another 25 minutes. That’s rude, unprofessional and anyone who’s been anywhere of any respect knows that this is a no-go in service. If you want to start closing, have a last call, don’t be selective. It’s a blow to the face when you make a long drink a minute ago for your peers, and pour a beer into a glass in front of me. Take pride in your role. Also work on the mixing, interpret this as you may.

I had a reservation for my graduation drinks and we were six people; however they decided to cancel my reservation just 15 minutes ago with an email. After that we went to bar to see if it is really closed, and it was not actually. Apparently they decide to do a private event after 10 pm while keeping the reservations open. Such a disappoinment, I wouldnt advise you to trust in your reservation with this bar.

We had a reservation of table to celebrate a birthday of our friend, when we arrived there were other ppl sitting there, so we had to wait, wow. The music was too way loud. There was this man who kept on making it louder even if we asked him multiple times to shut it down, since we had a table right near speaker and we literally couldn’t hear each other. I don’t know if this man works there (update: he actually doesn’t) or it was just a random drunk guy, but he was really arrogant and unwelcoming. If u want to spend a nice evening talking with ur friends, enjoying a good quality service and cosy atmosphere, this place is definitely should not be one of ur options. But thanks to barmen, they were pretty friendly. Marry Xmas and develop ur business in a right way😘😘😘
