Sono stata trattata male dai proprietari, mi hanno negato di sedermi sul tavolo perche era per pranzo (ed io anche se era mezzogiorno ho ordinato un capuccino perché PER ME ERA IL MIO PRANZO) ma siccome parlo italiano questa cosa per loro non è fattibile. Mentre dopo di me sono arrivati dei turisti, che puro loro hanno ordinato un capuccino , ma loro invece si potevano ordinarlo a quell’ora, allora il tavolo che mi era stato negato a loro glielo hanno dato senza problemi. Dopo avermi trattato male, mi hanno fatto pagare il capuccino 4 euro. Assurdo. Lo sconsiglio completamente.

Non ci verranno dati i biglietti se paghiamo in contanti. L'atteggiamento del servizio è scarso e continuano a esortarci a sbrigarci. Ci sono voluti solo meno di due minuti per entrare. Un dessert costa 5 yuan😹. Una bottiglia d'acqua costa 6 yuan e un posto costa 5 euro😹

Ho indicato una Stella perché meno non si può. Luogo angusto, personale sgorbutico e prezzi alti. Ci hanno fatto pranzare in tre persone in un piccolo tavolino portando solo due tovagliette di carta e due bicchieri, pur essendo tre persone. Abbiamo preso tre panini, che ci hanno soddisfatti nel gusto, e 2 coca cola da 33 CL. In totale abbiamo pagato euro 33,50, in quanto una lattina di coca cola da 33 CL la fanno pagare 4 euro ed il coperto ( per un tavolo senza nulla, nemmeno i tovaglioli al tavolo) è di euro 1,50 a persona. Posto che sconsiglio vivamente!

Abbiamo preso 2 caffè americano al tavolo e abbiamo pagato 8€. Non voglio disquisire sul prezzo, che comunque ritengo eccessivo (stesso prezzo di un bar in galleria Vittorio Emanuele), ma dico, incassando importi del genere, almeno chiamate un’impresa di pulizie per lavare il bar e soprattutto il bagno. Con 20€ (2 ore di lavoro) avreste bar e bagno puliti, almeno potreste giustificare dei prezzi del genere… dimenticavo, il caffè è disgustoso, l’abbiamo addirittura lasciato lì… senza parole, assolutamente sconsigliato! ⛔️

Due caffè al banco, un mini biscotto di qualità mediocre, richiesto un goccio d’acqua d’accompagnamento al caffè: 5 euro (1,50 a caffè, 1 euro biscotto mediocre, 1 euro piccolo bicchiere d’acqua). SUSPICIOUS, FISHY & LIKELY A SCAM! not even worth 1*. both foreigners & locals are victims it seem. the reviews were right, i regretted not reading before dining in. the menu prices seem cheaper compared to the surrounding nearer to milan cathedral, but it does not includes “service charges” when i confronted the male owner about the price breakdown, he seem very defensive and angry. we bought 4 items - priced at $8, $8, $4.50, $4.50. total should be $25 without “service charges”. our total was $36 with service charge. that means the service charge was $36-$25=$11. 💀 look here, i understand service charge for dining in. but when i asked him for service charge breakdown, he said the fruit punch shake & pasta were $2 each. second photo item was $1. our total for service charge should be $2x2 + $1x2 = $6. how come were we charged $11 instead of $6 for service??? ridiculous. it seem like they came up with random service charges pricing depending on how gullible their customer looks. more suspicious stuffs: at first i was told that the service charge for the second photo item was $0.50. after that he said $1. why is the service charge price for the same item different at two different times i asked? my friend was dumb and did not ask for milkshake prices before ordering them (menu does not show prices for the fruit punch shake) it shows at the bottom of menu $3.5~ and onwards for different sizes i think?? but somehow her medium drink was $8??? ask for price first before ordering! but ill suggest better not come in the first place. the female older waiter also was not professional and said she does not know what to recommend, saying “i dont know your taste” when my friend asked for recommendations. you work here but dont know what is nice?? imagine paying 11$ “service charge” for this bs. investigations needs to be launched on this outlet.

DO NOT COME HERE, THIS IS A SCAM! as you can see, I ordered a pasta and a drink. In the menu, it’s €8 for the pasta and drink should be around €6-€7 at most per the menu. But when we paid, owner said it’s additional €2 for each food item due to “service”. He then said my drink was €8. Insane. My friend ordered the pudding twice which on menu is €4.5 but then charged her extra €1 each for the “service”. They charged us extra €5 too, because when we calculated, it’s about €31, but he charged us €36. Idk where the extra €5 comes from but probably for service again. Lots of service charges it seems. Food portion also small. The attitude of staff was bad as well. I asked the waitress what’s a nice drink she said “everything is nice”. Then I asked her which specifically is recommended, she said “I don’t know what you like” and asked if I like ginger or no ginger then I said no ginger and she just throw me one random drink on the menu. Horrible. They provide no receipt so you can’t see hidden charges. Do not patronise. They are SCAMMERS.

I've been living in Milan for 9 years and I pass this bar every morning when I go to my work. Today I wanted to grub a coffee so I stopped here asked one iced latte to go and the barman charged me 7.50. First I thought maybe he just made a mistake so i asked him and he risponds me yes it is 7.50, he even showed me their menu it was obviously for the tourist all the prices was written by hand and it was in english. I've never seen one iced latte to go cost 7,50 in Milan even luxury restaurants don't charge this much. Not recommend to anyone and never go back again . Be cautious and always ask one italian and one English menu .

DON'T GO THERE. They scam you with their prices. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews of the others here, but a number of them point to exactly what happened to us. You order items which should not cost more than 10 euros, and they charge you almost double. They do not give you a receipt, and when you ask for it, they do not show the items on it. The guy started making up numbers to add up 19 euros for couple of coffees and two bottles of water, which somewhere else would not even get to 10 euros. Then he said he adds table charge, where we didn't even get. I think the authorities should check this shop, as it is scamming people. Also, the sign outside the cafe is "Tevola Fredda Bar Cafe", and not Caffee della Terra.

If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would. We had an awful experience at Caffè della Terra. The risotto and pasta were disgusting—completely tasteless and poorly prepared. But the worst part? It’s a total scam. They charged us way more than what was shown on the menu, adding hidden charges after we finished eating. This was by far the worst dining experience we had in Milan. EVERYONE BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I am shocked at how this establishment is still allowed to remain open. I wish I read the reviews of this place on Google before I even stepped foot in here! This place is not even worthy of 1 star! I visited this cafe while on vacation in Milan with two friends, the place looked nice from the outside but beware of first impressions! Between 3 people we ordered 3 iced coffees, 2 crepes, a wrap and 3 cocktails and the owner billed us €99 without the receipt. This bill exceeded our calculations by around €30 so we asked the owner to produce a receipt. The owner failed to produce a receipt with the prices of each item so we wrote down each price as listed on the menu onto a piece of paper and showed the owner. Our calculations showed that there was a mysterious €30 increase on the bill that the owner could not account for! The owner then tried to argue with us and say that each food and drink we ordered had a €1 extra service fee added, which is absurd because that would mean we would have to pay €9 for service alone for the 9 items we ordered and that the prices on the menu are incorrect. Even despite this, we told him this still doesn’t add up to the total price he was charging us. The owner then tried to pull the wool over our eyes by changing the price of the iced coffees to €8 each, even though the price listed on the menu is €5,50. He claimed that the whipped cream on top was an extra €2,50 despite not asking us explicitly if we wanted whipped cream at an extra price, and despite the pictures on the menu showing the iced coffees with whipped cream. We said okay, even according to this new price everything still did not add up to €99. The owner then tried to further claim that he had charged us an additional €10 for diluting our cocktails with some squirts of lemonade because we said they were too strong, which we argued that we hadn’t asked him to and an extra €5 for a dash of lemonade to a cocktail is insanity. What kind of bar would charge a customer €10 for a cocktail and €5 extra for diluting it? He backed down when realizing how ridiculous this was and settled on €2,50 instead for the extra dash. Even while telling us to ‘not worry’ and trying to add up the prices on a calculator, he fumbled over the numbers and pressed the wrong buttons to which my friend had to point out and correct him. The lies he was spinning didn’t add up, and he was unable to account for the total amount he was trying to charge us. In the end we managed to get him to remove around €10 off the bill which was added on for no reason, but in reality we should not have paid a penny extra which had not been clearly listed on the menu. Please be aware of this tourist trap if you are in Milan and steer well clear!

****** AVOID AT ALL COSTS ***** every review left about this place is correct. Sat down and asked are the drinks on draft, or bottles. The waitress had the cheek to lie to us and advise draft beers. Wrong, when my partner went in to use the loo, the owner made a song and dance about it and didn’t want to grant him access to the facilities. We saw that the drinks were in fact bottles. To add further insult to injury, their menu advised the price was 5 euro per beer, upon paying the bill if was actually 16 euros, but no paper bill was provided. when queried the owner advised it was for service charge. We were charged 6 extra euros to be lied to and given drinks that were not even draft. Milan is a lovely place with many bars that will charge service, but the service you receive will reflect the price. For your sake, do not visit this establishment, especially as a tourist. Don’t let this bar put you off bars in Milan, as this has not happened anywhere we have visited.

Absolutely worst experience in Italy. He didn't allow my 7-year-old son to use a bathroom until I ordered and paid. He charged 16 euros for 2 cups of juice. No price was presented anywhere. Rude attitude. Treat my family like the homeless people. The toilet was stinky like hell. He was running it with his wife and little son. His son will learn how to treat people like him and charge differently depending on what kind of guests he gets. Felt sorry for his son. Shame.
