Il miglior posto per mangiare un buon panino ad un passo dal duomo! Ingredienti di ottima qualità ad un prezzo super accessibile nonostante la posizione ed il posto in cui si trovi. La fila è scorrevole quindi l’attesa non è molta. Ne vale assolutamente la pena, consigliato!

Locale piccolo ed é sempre pieno!!! 😆difficile trovare un tavolo. Sono super veloci!!! Aperitivo 4.50€: un bicchiere di plastica di un Buon Spritz Aperol con le patatine, eventualmente li puoi consumare pure in giro al duomo. Costo super accessibile 👍😎 Tutti consigliano i panini… li devo assaggiare prima o poi!!!

Paninoteca situata dietro al Duomo, piccola ma con una grande quantità di panini. Qualità degli ingredienti notevole e prezzi nella norma considerata la posizione. Tornerò sicuramente.

Molto buono ed economico. Servizio abbastanza veloce. Per come è strutturato e per la posizione difficilmente si trova di meglio. Non vi aspettate la comodità ma un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Panini spaziali e super farciti. Tappa obligatoria per un pranzo veloce! Magari avesse più posti a sedere sia dentro che fuori perché essendo sempre molto affollato da locali e turisti si fa fatica a trovare dei posti a sedere. Cmq io il panino mangio volentieri e senza problemi anche sui tavolini alti da appoggio

Abbiamo mangiato un panino al volo in questo minuscolo bar. I posti a sedere sono veramente pochi, ma ne vale la pena perché hanno una grande varietà di panini e molto buoni. Non è lontanissimo dal duomo di Milano. Prezzi nella norma

Really nice little sandwich shop. They make custom sandwiches with a variety of ingredients, charcuteries and veggies, cheeses or just vegetables. They’ve got a couple of tables inside and few others outside. Quick service. The panini are served warm and crispy. Delicious.

Amazing little restaurant ! This is a hidden gem ✨ sandwiches at fair price and they are really worth it (5-10€) I took number 3 and 14. Drink?! AMAZING and cheap compared to the rest of places 4.50€ for hugos and aperols but they are well done 🤌🏻 at night good atmosphere for taking a drink with friends share and be together or just a place to go with the family in the day and have a good time.

Amazing! Mortadella sandwich with tartufata was excellent and the aperol spritz is great and at excellent price! Definitely perfect for a short stop on your walk through city.

This place really keeps up with its reputation. The Panini were absolutely delicious!!! So full with ingredients!! I had one with salmon and I was positively shocked with the amount of Salmon. Really generous. The prices are great for the area. The place is nice. The service is fast and friendly. The ingredients are so fresh and the bread is perfect. Highly recommended 👌

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick. We ordered the #22, and the sandwich was absolutely delicious. It was filling and yet light, not heavy at all, so we felt great after eating. Prices are reasonable, and since the restaurant wasn’t crowded that morning, it was a nice spot to sit back and enjoy the meal. Highly recommended, especially with their huge variety of sandwiches to choose from! We would come back again when we come back to Milan.

My husband and I stopped here on our way to see the Duomo. I ordered the #8. This was the best sandwich I’ve ever had. I’m going to be dreaming about the bread for years to come! If I find myself in Milan again, I would break my ankle running to get back here for another sandwich!

The BEST panini I’ve ever had. I got the number three, with Parma ham, buffalo mozzarella, tomato and basil, and it only cost me 8.5 euros. The ingredients were extremely fresh, and the bread was toasted to perfection. Portion size was also very generous, and still can’t believe the cost performance, especially as it’s right next to the duomo. If in Milan, this is a must.

Great quick and budget option for a filling lunch near the Duomo. The sandwiches are huge and not very expensive, and the cocktails are not bad! Not a ton of seating and lots of people in line but it moved fast. There is a restroom. I really liked my porchetta sandwich. It was so flavorful and sliced nice and thin.

Don't be discouraged if they have a huge line up, they operate so fast and efficiently, everything is sooo fresh!! They have a very high Google rating. They deserve it. Great value sandwiches, we almost bought some at another local cafe, so glad we didn't and that we bought them here, they were fresh ( made immediately before serving), and twice the size. What an amazing business, top quality, lowest prices in the area by far and churning out the freshest and most delicious sandwiches.

The most delicious sandwich ever!!! Never knew that a sandwich could taste that good! Top-notch ingredients, good balance between the bread and the fillings, pure perfection! There was a long queue when we arrived, but honestly worth the wait! Highly recommended! Very close to Duomo!

A must visit in Milan. Amazing simple sandwiches yet extremely good. Fresh ingredients and cheap Aperol spritz. Only negative is the music. It was extremely loud and the speakers was just above the line. Although a great experience!

Un buon panino. Il punto di forza è che scaldano il pane in un forno sul posto, un buon pane. Il ripieno è abbondante, forse troppo freddo, in contrasto con il pane. Prezzo molto buono, servizio davvero efficiente e veloce. Non male.

Price of the mojito was 5.50 euro instead of 5euro on the menu, otherwise it was great! Very heavy on the meat so be careful if you dont like lots of meat. The mojito was extremely strong as well. Drunk on one drink

Despite its glowing reviews, I found Cesarino to be meh. The service was efficient and quite friendly, but the sandwiches were just okay to me. Perhaps I ordered wrong — a Parma ham and roast turkey with rocket — but the bread was rather flavorless, almost burnt, and the aoili was overpowering. Just wasn’t the satisfying sandwich I was expecting!

I ragazzi che servono sono simpatici ma terribilmente bugiardi ... Inoltre l'igiene del locale è pessima e ti fanno storie sull'utilizzo dei tovagliolini di carta! Penso che ci andrò meno frequentemente anche se mi era comodo
