This is a wonderful restaurant. My husband and I enjoyed being able to create our own dinner. The risotto was created amd tasty. I had a glass of wine and my husband enjoyed a beer. Very nice! Staff friendly and professional! I enjoyed the use of paper products what a gift to give to our planet.We will return!

I really enjoy my stay. I had saffron risotto (also know as Milano risotto) and it was 10/10. The water is free and the staff is friendly and smiley.

Delicious risottos - fully customizable! I love being able to pick my risotto base and the freedom of choosing whatever toppings I want. I highly recommend the saffron or lemon and basil base! Staff speaks English and English menus are available.

Delicious and delicate risotto, velvety in taste, in the perfect consistency for risotto. You order a risotto base and add-ons you can choose from the list. If you like the taste of forest mushrooms, I recommend: Porcini mushroom with Raspadura (Mid-aged cheese), walnuts, and crispy onion. Nice service. water for free. There is an English menu, and… water for free Unfortunately 🫣 I give just 4 stars not 5, for paper plates and a plastic fork. Noooo..... Dear owner, I think you have a great and healthy risotto that doesn't work with a nasty plastic fork. But my fingers crossed for this smal changes.

Love the concept of creating your own risotto and soup. I had the pumpkin with the recommended toppings and it was delicious. It's styled more like a hybrid fast food / sit down restaurant where you order at the counter but they bring the food to you. Another plus is the free unlimited water which is very uncommon in Milan. Their ethical stance is nice but I feel it would be more beneficial to the environment to use reusable utensils.

Risotto was great very tasty and well prepared. Unfortunatly we had to wait more than 1hr for our risotto, which seems unusual to wait for a simple rice dish. Also our dirnks were forgotten for a bit untill we had to remind the waiter to bring them.
