The food is absolutely delicious, every dish is crafted with precision and high-quality ingredients. However, the portions are on the smaller side, so be prepared to order a bit more to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, a fantastic place for a refined and memorable meal!

Beautiful location and amazing restaurant overall! I suggest the degustation menu for 110 euro per person; just come with empty stomach ! 😁 The sommelier is gonna suggest you nice wines to pair with all the food unless you can choose yourself from the nice selection of wines! Definitely start the dinner with a glass of Franciacorta!

Let's start with the positive aspects: the location and the courtesy of the staff. Impeccable wine list and competent sommelier. We chose the tasting menu & a la cart. Dishes were very well presented, hit and missed with certain flavours. The beginning of the evening staff were very attentive, then after the starters, no one came to offer us new plates/cutlery, as we had fish to start. We had to ask for another bottle of wine and water. Half of the table was cleared after we had our main course attention to customer service seemed to have dipped. As soon as one table left another table came. They were busy all night, which shows you how good the food is. The outside terrace area, spacious with the wow factor of water fall wall feature at the bar. Overall it was an amazing night, for celebrating my birthday 🥰❤️

A truly incredible experience where words fail to credit the harmony of the entire affair. We’ve enjoyed several Michelin star restaurants globally and this has to be one of our favorite experiences. Situated in the futuristic Allianz Tower, DaV welcomes one with an understated, glam atmosphere that combines rich gastronomic tradition with elevated cooking techniques. On arrival one is presented with a trio of mini aperitifs; a gastronomical curation featuring toast, a hot dog and a burger. Words completely fail the flavour profile of these three items. My partner mentioned he was pescatarian and they did not fail to deliver on his side either. We opted for the chef’s tasting menu (€110), which started with a series of cold and hot appetizers. While every selection was incredible, we throughly enjoyed the Sicilian Eggplant Parmigiana and, I, the Fassona beef tartare accompanied by hazelnut, black truffle and Serbian caviar. The star of the show was the infamous Paccheri alla DaV pasta. While I wouldn’t have preferred this for my main due to the limited description, we were absolutely blown away. A simple speciality bought to life by the culinary talent present at DaV. Our experience came to an end with a selection of desserts, however, the astounding experience did not stop here. The Cannoncini featured an innovative display of perfectly executed puff pastry cones with a home-made vanilla custard and side of nut toppings. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and crafting our own miniature versions of cannoli. Cuisine aside, the service was impeccable and Michelin star level. Our sommelier, Simone, assisted us throughout the evening and attended to every need and enquiry we had with the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. Overall, for a restaurant that describes itself as casual dining, this experience far exceeds what one can expect.

This restaurant easily became one of my favorites in the whole city. Great atmosphere, unique location (inside one of the three towers of Citylife), AMAZING food and fantastic service. There is also a very nice outside terrace. I recommend the full course menu as you can try the best food the restaurant has to offer and you will leave very satisfied and definitely not hungry as there is a lot of food. Definitely recommend it and will come back
