I come here pretty often with clients, friends or simply by myself. I got breakfast, lunch, aperitivo…I tried everything and I was never disappointed. You can look at the beautiful Duomo while having a good time. They also have an amazing selection of alcoholic drinks. Keep in mind, during summer it’s smart to book your table or you might end up waiting in a very long line.

Not sure why this place has so many bad reviews. The portions are huge so the value for money is decent, the waiters are kind, maybe a bit too busy and with too little English, but they seem to be doing their best to make a guest happy (at least in my case). The food is not “Napoli standard” that for me has the highest quality, but for a touristy spot of Milan it’s not bad at all. From me 4,5*. The view is very pleasant and the place is clean. Will gladly come back in summer.

Posto esclusivo è panoramica sul Duomo... Fare un aperitivo o mangiare qualcosa in questa location suggestiva ti fa sentire figo e non puoi lamentarti del prezzo... oppure vai altrove. Certo che ci fosse stato un servizio di sala più attento e veloce con dei divani con cuscini non bagnati avrei dato 5stelle. Ma il cibo era ottimo è drink all altezza . Avrei apprezzato se nel conto non ci fosse stato la voce del coperto visto che anche loro sapevano del disagio...

Vista direttamente sul Duomo, locale molto carino, personale preparato e molto veloce. Noi abbiamo ordinato la degustazione di sandwich ed è stata la scelta più azzeccata...tutto buonissimo! Prezzi in linea con la città di Milano.

Bellissima location, rooftop con vista duomo, molto veloci nel servizio. Aperitivo base, ovviamente in questi posti si paga il posto e non ciò che ti portano realmente. Una volta è da provare, dopo aver fatto un giro in Rinascente.

Location bella, vista sul duomo,servizio sala buono,veloce e pratico, piatti nella media, club sandwich non buono,pasta carbonara e con bottarga e tonno discrete,prezzi alti,un club sandwich 22 euro, mezzo litro di acqua 4,5,coperto 4,5,cocacola 8,5 fate voi ,comunque non mi ha obbligato nessuno a pranzare a certi prezzi, la vista sul duomo è fantastica, molto bella, infatti ci fanno pagare quella,il cibo......

Una vera e propria esperienza!! Un aperitivo diverso. Prodotti buoni e selezionati...una veduta stupenda sul Duomo di Milano. Forse da limare i prezzi rispetto ai servizi offerti...per tutto il resto: DA PROVARE!!

This is a great spot to eat lunch and look over Duomo. I had the prosciutto focaccia and it was excellent, but it was very pricey. Can certainly get better value around town, but the view is unrivalled.

Surprisingly good dinner in a department store. Service was efficient and polite and the food is better than expected. We had a few things we weren’t expecting to see in a Milanese restaurant, but we enjoyed them all. And no, we did not order fettuccine Alfredo. :) the Italians tend to eat late, but this butt’s up against the closing time of the store as well. There was a lively crowd in a lot of people until near the end, and even though we left near closing time, we were not the last people there by any means.

10 minute wait for a table when we arrived without a booking, staff were accommodating. Fun themed drinks menu. The Aperol spritz were perfect however the accompaniments were lacking, focaccia was stale. Unforgettable view and perfect temperature outside in October.

It's right next to Duomo di Milano on the roof top. The truffle pasta was great, enjoyed the flavour and that texture of the pasta.

The bar had great view of the Milan cathedral on the rooftop. Even though the cathedral was still under maintenance, the atmosphere was very great. However, the smell of smoking is quite annoying. The food was decent and the flavor was good.

If you want a spot with a beautiful view of the duomo that’s ur place. We came here at 10 as soon as it opened hoping to have breakfast.. it’s a light one, they have pastries, great coffee, fresh orange juice and we got avocado toast.. so not a big breakfast but a light one with a great view. Our server was nice, and helpful! I’d highly recommend this place for a nice coffee with a view. Heard it gets pretty busy at night and with kids it was more suitable to come here in the morning since it becomes more of a bar at night

Didn’t pay to go into the cathedral, and had heard about this spot that offers some elevated views with a menu. Fun to walk through the levels of the mall before getting to the top (there are escalators). The seating is couches, which isn’t the most comfortable spot to eat a dish. Really better for a cocktail and small bites. The spot is great for checking out the details of the top of the cathedral. Fascinating building. The service was ok at the restaurant. There are big umbrellas and heat lamps.

We came here for lunch. We were lucky as one table just emptied when we arrived, so we got to sit right away. The bad thing about the table was, that the sun kept hitting one of us, so we both had to sit on the same side of the table. It gets really hot on summer. The other thing was, the smoking area was exactly next to us. We both hate the smell, so that kind of annoyed us. So, remember to ask the staff to locate you far from it, if it also bothers you. We got a really good waiter, a young boy. He took care that our dishes arrived on time. We ordered drinks, seafood, pizza and ravioli. All the dishes were delicious. We both liked the seafood the most. The prices may be a bit higher than the rest of the restaurants, but they can afford it. The restaurant is located on the upper floor of a huge shopping mall and has amazing view.

This store is not big enough for how busy Milan is ! If you want department stores it’s still better to go to London or New York . Full of people, huge lift queues few but helpful staff frankly its …

Stamattina ho fatto colazione qui con mia figlia e il servizio è stato impeccabile, curato, attento e anche l’ambiente si conferma all’altezza di ciò che ci si aspetta in una struttura simile. Tuttavia sono rimasta delusa nel constatare l’ASSENZA TOTALE DI PRODOTTI SENZA GLUTINE per la colazione, neppure confezionati. Ciò mi ha molto sorpreso, soprattutto in un contesto così prestigioso ed internazionale. Spero che questa segnalazione possa essere accolta come spunto costruttivo: offrire delle opzioni senza glutine (anche confezionate) sarebbe secondo me un segno di attenzione indispensabile in una ristorazione di qualità.

It’s nice Instagramic place, but tiramisu 2*, long waiting for finger foods. First we got tiramisu then french fries. It’s nice for photos, but for the small break and food it’s not recommendation.

After an exhaustive day of shopping in Milan on a Saturday, we decided to dine at Il Bar in Piazza Duomo, enticed mainly by its renowned view of the Duomo. True to Milan's culinary reputation, we opted for the classic choices of pasta and tiramisu, both of which did not disappoint. The view from the bar is indeed its crowning glory, offering a breathtaking perspective of the iconic cathedral that elevates the dining experience to something truly memorable. However, it's important for future visitors to note that the ambiance is quite lively, owing much to its location on the top floor of the Rinascente shopping center, a bustling hub in the city's heart. While the food and views are commendable, the atmosphere is permeated with a level of noise that might not be everyone's preference, especially those seeking a quiet, intimate dining experience. Despite this, the combination of great food and the spectacular vista of the Duomo makes for a worthwhile visit, especially for those looking to cap off a day of shopping with a unique Milanese dining experience.

They ignore you if you don't look rich. I wanted to buy a handbag, not even one of those several salespersons didn't want sell anything. So I bought that same 800 € bag from Fiumicino next day.

La maleducazione del nuovo Fendi caffè è assurda! Mai più ne qui ne in boutique P.s. nelle foto la persona più maleducazione e cafona mai incontrata in un locale pubblico!

Attesa infinita nonostante ci fossero posti liberi, grazie allo staff che puliva i posti liberati impiegandoci un’eternità. Finalmente seduti “aperitivo” con una manciata di patatine e 8 olive, ad accompagnare una traccia musicale unica MAI cambiata !!! Per il conto vi lascio immaginare data la location…ma che Bad experience!

Oltre alla location, nulla più. Aperitivo sconsigliato! Pessima qualità dell’alcol e cibo inesistente nonostante lo avessimo richiesto 2 volte.

Prima accoglienza positiva, da lí in poi veramente pessimo. Camerieri gelidi e scortesi: l'informazione che alcuni prodotti indicati nella lista non erano disponibili è stata gestita in maniera poco educata e solo dopo aver richiesto lo specifico prodotto, uno dei prodotti è arrivato sbagliato, e per ottenere un po' di latte fresco per il caffè, dopo reiterate richieste ai camerieri (almeno 3 volte), è arrivato in ritardo di almeno 30 minuti. Infine un cameriere nel passare attraverso i tavoli ha urtato uno di noi e non ha neanche accennato a un gesto di scusa. In sintesi un posto bellissimo, con una vista spaziale sulle guglie del Duomo e una pessima gestione del cliente.
