La pasta fatta a mano in casa è una vera e propria rivelazione: ravioli, noodles e altri piatti sono un'esplosione di sapori. Ogni boccone è un viaggio in Cina, grazie all'utilizzo di ingredienti freschissimi e alla cura nella preparazione. Tra i miei piatti preferiti ci sono il pollo al Sichuan, la zuppa di spaghetti di riso al Sichuan, gli straccetti di maiale in agrodolce, l'uovo centenario e i ravioli porri e manzo. La qualità dei piatti è innegabile. I ravioli al vapore, con un ripieno succulento e avvolti in una pasta delicata, e i noodles saltati con le verdure, dalla consistenza perfetta, sono solo alcuni esempi di ciò che questo ristorante ha da offrire. Ricordo ancora la prima volta che ho varcato la soglia dello Yuan. L'atmosfera familiare e accogliente mi ha subito conquistato. Ho ordinato i ravioli al vapore, consigliatimi dal cameriere, e sono rimasto senza parole. La pasta, sottile e delicata, racchiudeva un ripieno gustoso e fragrante. Da allora, sono diventato una cliente affezionata e non posso fare a meno di tornare con la mia famiglia e amici ogni volta che ho voglia di un'autentica cucina cinese. Il servizio è impeccabile e l'ambiente è accogliente. Se siete amanti della cucina cinese autentica, non potete perdervi questa esperienza unica.

Una vera esperienza di cibo cinese… tutto decisamente gustoso con anche piatti piccanti ma saporiti. Assolutamente da provare il mapo tofu. Ci tornerò sicuramente per provare altre delizie.
Ristorante cinese specializzato in Lamian (spaghetti di pasta), che vengono preparati "in diretta" dal cuoco nel bancone a vista. Locale in stile moderno, pulito, un po' piccolo ma servizio rapido ed efficiente. Oltre agli spaghetti (in brodo, saltati, ecc) hanno il classico menù dei ristoranti cinesi (ridotto e curato però) e il "piatto unico" (metà riso, metà secondo). Ci sono stato solo in pausa pranzo e mi ha fatto un'ottima impressione: come si diceva in un'altra recensione è frequentato anche da cinesi e questo, di solito, è indice di qualità e genuinità.
Locale cinese super approvato. Porzioni abbondanti cibo davvero gustoso si vede che è fatto tutto al momento come la pasta, ravioli ecc.Lo consiglio a chi piace mangiare orientale.

Udon saltati con le verdure super buonissimi, ma il mio piatto preferito (che non ho fotografato perché sono ingorda) è di sicuro cipollotti saltati a secco con tofu: fatevi un favore e prendetelo perché è incedibile. Cinese super per vegetariani e vegani 🌱 🧡
Buon ristorante cinese in zona Loreto. Si mangia bene, molta varietà di piatti per tutti i gusti. Assolutamente consigliato.
Cucina tipica cinese (quella vera, non quella adattata a noi occidentali) e devo dire che il cibo è veramente squisito! Personale gentile, mi sono trovata bene :) alla prossima
Grande varietà di piatti, servizio cortese e rapidissimo prezzi molto ragionevoli. Abbiamo cenato pittosto tardi ma non ci è stata messa fretta. I piatti ordinati sono arrivati velocemente ed erano tutti molto validi. In particolare il pollo con le mandorle decisamente meglio di quello che viene servito in altri ristoranti

Out of the way place but fabulous food. Functional service but polite and helpful. Handmade noodles and dumplings by chef – you can watch him make them Nice and spicy beef with noodles, udon with veg & shrimp plus well made dumplings You can dine for less than €10 or splash out a bit – we had several drinks, several courses and still under €50 for two
Tasty food at good prices! The staff seemed really busy, but she was also very attentive, telling us what was out when she saw us looking at it, informing us about spice levels and how many pieces were in a serving, etc. Overall a good experience! Update: came here again with friends and ordered the hand pulled noodles, they were really good, highly recommend
Hand made Ramen, tasty, good selection of best traditional Chinese dishes. Sichuan spicy soup was something special.
The food, the place, and the staff were all great. I highly recommend the sweet and sour chicken. The only thing that left me perplexed is that they didn’t put any tapioca balls in the bubble tea, so that it was just tea and milk 🤔 but it was still very good, and maybe I just ordered the wrong thing by mistake 🤷♀️ 10/10
Love Yuan. Excellent food always with a menu that's a little different, good prices, service efficient. Pasta for noodles is made right there in front of your eyes.
I was here with a Chinese guy. We both enjoyed the food. Place is very cozy and staff very nice. I think we will come back again in the future.

Locale senza pretese, semplice e pulito. Staff non ossequioso, con modi abbastanza "sbrigativi". Sono andata a pranzo in un momento di tranquillità e dopo poco era già tutto pieno, soprattutto da clienti orientali. Cibo buono, quantità giuste. Consigliato.
Un ottimo ristorante cinese, menu molto ricco, ben cucinato e digeribile. Eccellenti i ravioli al vapore, gli spaghetti di riso e il pollo ma sono molti i piatti che meritano di essere provati. Non fatevi spaventare dal piccante, è gradevole e non eccessivo. Location apprezzabile, servizio veloce e cortese, prezzo adeguato all'offerta.
Ristorante cinese non usuale che ha posto l'attenzione sulla freschezza delle materie prima, specie delle verdure! Menu molto fornito anche con piatti speciali. Decisamente da provare! Consiglio di terminare con la favolosa grappa di rose ... squisitaaaa!
Ristorante cinese molto frequentato in zona Loreto. Ha un menu davvero vasto che comprende anche le specialità dello chef, ossia I piatti forti della casa. Io ho scelto lo stufato di Manzo con patate e devo dire che era buono. Consigliato
Posto accogliente, piatti preparati con ingredienti di qualità, anche se alcuni un po' poco saporiti. C'è una vasta scelta di piatti diversi quindi magari abbiamo soltato scelto le portate con gusti più "delicati". In ogni caso ci ritornerò per provare altri piatti, anche perché il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo.
Ho acquistato cibo tramite glovo non avevo mai provato questo ristorante Mi dispiace che non si può dare 4 stelle/5 perché il cibo mi è piaciuto tantissimo il pollo piccante era squisito i ravioli di carne e porri erano divini l'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta tanto è stato il mapotofu perché sono abituata a mangiarlo con un sapore meno acido. per il resto un'ottima scoperta
Pretty good authentic Chinese food. We had century eggs, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, spicy chicken and fried rice totalling Eur28. We were too hungry and forgot to take pictures before starting to eat.
I’m attempting to review every Chinese restaurant in Milan and Yuan gets a 9/10. Food here is authentic. They have their own spin on Mapo Tofu that is thrillingly more numbing than versions I’ve had elsewhere. Only complaint is produce used to cook dishes were not peak freshness once or twice. Yuan is one of a handful of places I order from regularly.
It’s not Mao or Maoji, but the food is special and you can dine in without a reservation. A good alternative for Sichuan cuisine in Milan!
Close to the Loreto Metro station, Reasonable price, Good Authentic chinese restaurant
One of the best casual dining Sichuan specialty restaurants in Milan. The chef's portion of red chilli pepper and Sichuan peppercorn is just perfect. The most memorable dish is definitely the stir fry Sichuan spicy pot, with a good mix of Chinese herbs, vegetables, and pork belly that is bursting with flavor. The spiciness scale is at best medium, so most people will find it was to handle. You can ask them to make it more traditional spicy. The drinks are standard. The milk tea is average but this is not their focus. The sugar and vinegar braised pork ribs are also a must. Will definitely be back to try out their other dishes.
Tra i tanti ristoranti cinesi ho trovato un ambiente poco empatico Ampio anzi molto ampio il Menù Abbiamo ordinato un riso saltato con verdure arrivato dopo massimo 2 minuti e L’anatra dopo 3 minuti Ramen e ravioli dopo 8 minuti Non eravamo soli ma i tempi un po’ strani Comunque abbiamo mangiato bene e il prezzo onesto
Ristorante cinese nella norma. Il locale è piccolo, molto essenziale e sufficientemente pulito. Il servizio è rapido e il personale non è particolarmente empatico. Menù ricco di pietanze, piatti abbondanti, ma qualitativamente non particolarmente entusiasmanti. Prezzo alto per ciò che offre il locale.
Locale molto piccolo un po' spartano e disordinato. Personale molto cordiale. Servizio veloce. Abbiamo optato per spaghetti di riso con verdure e scodella di fuoco con calamari e verdure. Cibo buono e prezzi contenuti.

I ordered a soup, a drink and some udon noodles with vegetables and chicken. I didn't like the soup, the noodles and the cocunut milk were really good. The service is not friendly. I stayed for an hour and 15 minutes when the waiter asked me to leave because they needed the table. I hadn't finished my soup yet. There were other free tables. I felt very bad about it. I don't recommend.

I ordered a spicy ramen with beef and my friend ordered a normal ramen, but they were completely disgusting and awful. It costed us a lot of money and the taste was worse than if my parents cooked it. I go to restaurant to enjoy food, not just satisfy my nutrition needs.
Always check your order if take out, they give different food. I god food that my allergies, and it’s 2 times was happened
So much bad . Food was burnt also vegetables not even cooked. When we said them they didn’t even accept and they said maybe its not type of the food everyone like.
