Marigold

We were the 8 hungry hungarians 😉 The owner and his wife were so nice and friendly. The foods were perfect in good price. We ate sandwiches (beef and chicken) ,steak and pasta. Little but lovely place,one of our favourites now. Recommended!

The food was really good, the prices were more than decent, the owners are really kind people. You can definitely eat well and drink with 10€ per person. Me and the girls were on a quest to find an affordable terrace next to the canal, but little did we know we’ll find a hidden treasure. The owner was really quick to serve us, did constant check ups with extras we didn’t asked for, but really enjoyed, like home made focaccia. My friend’s carbonara were late, but the owners, Mali, explained that they added more egg and they are redoing the dish. For some, it might be inconvenient, but for us, it was a sign of respect and top notch customer care. We got a potato salad for the wait which was delicious! For drinks, I asked for a real lemonade, and Mali brought me salt on the side. I was skeptical, but curious. I really loved the combination, even tho I know it might not be for everyone. She told me this is how they drink fruit juices in her native country, Sri Lanka. I love learning and trying new things and she hit the spot right on with that. First she gave me a sample and then I was sold. It was our last day and we came back for dinner, drinks AND takeaway for the airport. There were other girls next to us and they celebrated a birthday. We saw the same hospitality we’ve grown to love when she brought the b-day girl a dessert. Marigold will definitely be a must go to every time I’m in Milan: for the vibes, for the food and for the drinks (the gin tonic was really nice). Me and the girls loved this place for everything it had to offer and it has become one of the best memories from Milano 🤍

My favorite meal in Milan! I stumbled into this restaurant because I saw people outside eating what appeared to be delicious Italian food. However, once I noticed that there was a Sri Lankan dish on the menu, I was tempted to try it. I’m so glad I did because it was incredible! The owners are very sweet and even offered me a few extra things to try, such as their pineapple chutney- the best chutney I’ve ever had! Highly recommend coming here.

Bei 12 Grad und Sonnenschein lässt es sich es hier auch im Februar lange draußen aushalten. Ein tolles Ambiente direkt am Kanal, sehr leckeres Essen und Getränke

Vi har haft den bedst aften længe, siden vi kom til Italien igen. Har virkelig nydt vores aften med dejlig mad og den bedste service af familien og så til rimelig pris. 👍 Sød, venlig, smilende og tiltalene. Kommer tilbage igen før vi forlader Milano. 🥰 Tusind TAK for en dejlig aften.

easy to miss, and the laminated menu might give you doubts … but great food and cocktails overlooking the canal. Punches above its weight.

This is the best place I have eaten in Milano. The prices are really good and the service was amazing. Highly recommend ❤️
