È stata un'esperienza molto piacevole: il bar, non molto lontano dalla stazione centrale, è un luogo accogliente e moderno. I tavoli sono puliti ed è possibile pagare dal tavolo attraverso Google o Apple pay: non mi era mai capitato di vedere questa funzione! Il caffè era buono, la tazza è stata preriscaldata e si sentiva bene il sapore del caffè. Un bel locale!

Se ti piace stare all'interno della city il locale si presta piacevolmente con la sua vetrina di dolci ad un momento di gradevole pausa. Arredato con gusto e con una grande parete fiorista sul laterale del locale, ti fa isolare momentaneamente dal freddo cemento della zona (stazione cemtrale/piazza repubblica). Comodo e centrale per tutte le direzioni.

Sono stata in questo locale per la festa delle donne e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Io e le mie amiche ci siamo divertite con karaoke e animazione. Cibo ottimo. Tornerò sicuramente

You will be paying Milan prices here, but it’s easier to swallow given we have only ever stopped for coffee and a quick bite, rather than a full meal, and it’s been great every time. It’s modern and relaxed inside, with kind servers and charming bar men. The coffee is great, especially the ginseng, and the array of beautiful pastries is amazing, something standard in Italy it seems! The tiramisu was lovely and the fruit was fresh from our most recent visit. The pastries and croissants also are highly praised. It’s not too far from Milano central, so makes for a good stop on the way to and from the station.

Walked past it one day it looked very busy and decided to visit another day. We had the apertivo with two cocktails, both were great and the food was very nice too. The bar had a cool vibe and a great atmosphere. Edit: we've been back 2 more times since then as we couldn't find places similar. It has a great vibe, the food is always good. I don't understand some of the reviews saying staff were rude as they have always been polite to us! Their selection of cocktails is great and the range of food is good compared to other places we've been. I definitely would recommend if you're in the area.

Penso che questo locale rappresenti al meglio un certo tipo di Milano votato compulsivamente agli "apericena". È confortevole ma rumoroso, comodo ma affollato. Ha ampi spazi a sedere e - all'interno - un ampio buffet dove ci si serve autonomamente per l'accompagnamento agli aperitivi. I "mangiarini" sono buoni, abbondanti e di qualità. In buona sostanza, non aspettatevi quegli aperitivi squallidi con patatine acide, olive e arachidi ma molto di più e con ampia scelta. I ragazzi che prendono gli ordini sono bravi, cortesi e molto sorridenti, anche se qualche perdono di vista le necessità e i segnali dai tavoli. Gli avventori sono quasi sempre giovani e molto in tiro, tacchi altissimi per le ragazze e dress code da uffici del centro o pre-festa. È un locale con una forte identità da aperitivo della city, dove è bene non aspettarsi altro. Però decisamente buono nel suo genere.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza da Nhera Milano non è stata delle migliori. Ho chiamato il locale il giorno prima per chiedere se fosse possibile fare aperitivo alle 17, e una loro collega mi ha confermato che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Tuttavia, una volta arrivati, ci è stato detto che l’aperitivo iniziava solo alle 18. Dopo l’attesa, ci hanno portato due ciotoline di patatine e due olive in croce per tre persone. Io ho preso un analcolico, mentre i miei due amici uno Spritz a testa. Totale: 12€ a testa. A mio parere decisamente troppo per quello che ci è stato servito. Nota positiva: lo staff è stato comunque cortese e simpatico, ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità/prezzo e l’organizzazione lasciano a desiderare.

We came here for a birthday of a friend of mine. The exterior of the lounge bar was honestly really nice, although the disposition of the table was weird, i think because of a matter of space. The service was ok, nothing went wrong. The menu has a wide range option but not too chaotic. And here is the thing: i was attracted by the nhero cocktail since it is named after the bar and therefore i thought it should have been one of the best. Unfortunately, i was disappointed for the huge slice of orange inside the glass and i did not really like the mixture of the tastes of the fruit within the cocktail. Discrete cocktail bar, not much more.

Very rude staff who showed that they didn’t like that we were tourists. Then we ordered 2 different pizzas but got 2 of the same and not exactly what we ordered. We asked them but they just shrugge…

Vorrei lasciare una recensione negativa su questo bar. Io e un amico abbiamo deciso di fare colazione e siamo entrati qui. Al bancone abbiamo ordinato due piccoli panini (poco più grandi di un bocconcino), una spremuta, un cappuccino e due biscotti. Su un foglio accanto a ciascun panino erano scritti a penna i prezzi: uno costava €4,50, l’altro €5. La spremuta — €4,50, il cappuccino — €2,50, i biscotti — €1,50. Ci hanno invitato a sederci a un tavolo e dopo un po’ ci hanno portato l’ordine. Dopo la colazione mi sono avvicinato alla cassa e ho pagato con la carta €27. Ho fatto notare al cassiere che la cifra mi sembrava troppo alta. Lui ha risposto che era tutto corretto perché era stato aggiunto il servizio al tavolo. In effetti, all’ingresso c’è un cartello con i prezzi, ma sono scritti molto in piccolo e difficilmente qualcuno ci fa caso entrando. Lì era indicato: «prodotto — prezzo — prezzo con servizio al tavolo». Di fatto, per ogni prodotto ordinato abbiamo pagato €1 in più solo perché ci è stato portato al tavolo. Perfino per i biscotti! Anche se sul cartello per i biscotti era indicato un supplemento di +€0,50, mi hanno fatto pagare €1. Alla fine il panino da €4,50 è diventato €6. In conclusione mi hanno restituito €1 per i biscotti ))), ma la situazione mi ha lasciato una brutta impressione. A mio avviso, il locale non lavora in modo del tutto corretto e dà l’idea di un piccolo raggiro.

Purtroppo devo lasciare una recensione negativa. Ho assistito a una scena davvero poco piacevole: un’addetta dietro al bancone ( signora con i capelli ricci biondi afro) del cibo stava masticando e, con le mani in bocca, si toglieva del cibo dai denti mentre si trovava a contatto con l’area di servizio e il cibo . Ho trovato il comportamento estremamente disgustoso e poco professionale, soprattutto considerando che si tratta di un ambiente in cui l’igiene dovrebbe essere una priorità assoluta. Questa situazione mi ha trasmesso un forte senso di scarsa attenzione alla pulizia e alla cura del cliente. Per questo motivo, purtroppo, non tornerò più.

Ottima e indiscussa qualità dei prodotti ma sarebbe meglio specificare in modo più chiaro e meno evasivo il costo del servizio al tavolo, che ha fatto lievitare il prezzo praticamente raddoppiando lo scontrino. Caffè: 2,5€ cadauno; Spumini: 0,5€ cadauno diventati 1€ cadauno; Brioche: 1,5€ diventata 3€. Non è questo il modo di lavorare - considerato soprattutto che non vi trovate in una zona ad alto afflusso turistico.

Avevo prenotato ieri sera per un aperitivo, spinta da tanta pubblicità sui canali social, ma appena arrivati ci siamo resi conto che le nostre aspettative non rispecchiavano la realtà. Locale molto bello ed elegante, ma un buffet molto povero con appena 2-3 pietanze, quindi nulla rispetto a quello che viene pubblicizzato sui social. Neanche ci siamo seduti....deludente!

Appalling service coated with bad coffee. It was amusing to see the guys behind the counter acting so badly, far from professional. The service order was dictatorial, as they tried to punish some customers they didn’t like, for whatever reason. Then blamed the poor waitress for their lack of organization. The bad behaviour is clearly habitual, that explains the many real 1 star review here, buried under a tone unreal ones it seems. Obviously the shop doesn’t truly deserve 4 stars, barely 1 perhaps. Most of the reviews are fake. Mass-farmed positive reviews are easy to spot.

Terrible place — avoid at all costs! When you order a latte in the morning, of course you expect a coffee with milk — like anywhere else in the world. But here? The staff didn’t bother to clarify, didn’t ask a single question — they just dumped a glass of plain milk on the table, as if that’s normal. No effort, no service, no care for customers — especially tourists. It’s obvious: they don’t want to work, they don’t want tourists, and they don’t care about hospitality. Disgraceful.

Initially, we sat outside and asked for a bottle of white wine, which i uploaded the pic here worth 28 eurous. Then the waiter approached and told us its happy hour and u can go inside have food from the buffet and drink for 15 euros each and we accepted, but when we went inside and start the food and asked for drink they said, drinks will be charged additionally, so we asked ok give us the bottle of wine which we asked at the begin and they said, cause u r inside it will be 50 euros. I don't know if they did it cause we were tourists or this is their way to hadle their business. Either way, i didn't like the way they treated us.

I will never recommend anyone to eat here! The service is terrible, the food is incredibly expensive, absolutely undeservedly expensive. When ordering a set of three dishes, the first one brought out dessert and coffee! I had to tell the staff that starters and mains are served first, and then dessert .... Then they brought pizza, which I began to eat. Almost immediately after the pizza, they brought the main course. The whole table was crammed with dishes and had to put it mildly to hint that they can't stand all the dishes at once, starting with dessert. The food is very average, I wouldn't say delicious. Service is terrible. Never dine at this place
