Some of reasons this store deserves better rating then other 1. Separate sections for kids playing (literally separated) 2. Total 3 sit out sections (indoor, outdoor and indoor kids area) 3. Serve beer 4. Quite spacious- equally good for kids, teen age and adult 5. Location - corner of round about, give a feel of three sided open

Pretty quick service, fast food as promised. Kids' playing area, outdoors seats and tables, good location. As for the drive thru, it's very quick and short, and beats its nearby competition. The food is also good, and there are very few mistakes.

Restaurante de comida rápida, lo bueno que tiene este es la zona de juegos infantil, que es enorme!!! Otro punto que tiene a favor es que está al lado del parking de la estación, consecuentemente no hay problema de aparcar. Normalmente hay mucha gente, pero la atención es aceptable y los número van bastante bien. Dispone de los servicios generales de un McDonald's actualizado, con servicio a la mesa, cafetería, etc.

Ha pasado un año y el servicio no ha mejorado. Empaquetan mal el pedido y a menudo se olvidan de poner algo. Hoy se olvidaron por completo de poner bebidas y helado. Hay otro McDonald's a 2 kilómetros, en San Sebastián de los Reyes, pero en tres años no ha habido ningún incidente allí.

No pidas FuzeTea siempre sabe a agua sucia en el McD de BP. Nunca te ponen servilletas. El helado últimamente esta rebajado con agua y se nota que esta cristalizado, la textura es diferente y se derrite rápido. Siempre que esta el encargado de la india el servicio suele ser malo.

Messy and a lot of delinquent behaviour from teenagers goes on here. Once me and my 4 year old went there and we had to sit outside die to it being full inside. There was a group of teenagers who were disrespectful, music on loud, screaming, they left a huge mess all over the table and floor and where even burning things and the staff did absolutely nothing, they waited to until they left and then cleaned up.

He venido a comer con mis amigos. pido unas patatas, me las traen mal, las he reclamado y me las tiran a la basura en vez de dejarmelas y cambiarlas cuando hay gente muriendose de hambre y ellos tiran la comida y ademas ponen malas caras. Llegué hoy día domingo ala 01;45 y si sopone que cierra ala 02;0. Y ya estaba cerrado. No entiendo por qué en Google Maps pone que está abierto y está ya cerrado no si fue del horario de esté MacDonalds.

Today, January 6th, around 7:45 PM, I went to the drive-thru and the experience was completely unacceptable. When I placed my order, I asked for wings, but the receipt showed nuggets. When I told a second employee (not the one who took my order), they were kind and understanding, but the employee who made the mistake (he seemed Venezuelan and looked disheveled) was completely dismissive. He made faces and sarcastic comments, treating me with contempt, as if I were incompetent or stupid. This behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Having employees like this completely ruins the experience, and I hope management takes steps to prevent this from happening again. P.S.: They charged me for a bag without asking if I wanted it.

The service is appalling. The employees are unpleasant. Even if you show them the receipt for ketchup or mustard, they don't care; you still have to pay 5 cents. And then the manager comes out, and he's even more arrogant than the ones serving you. There's one with glasses who I wouldn't put to work even if she were truffle-picking.
