Ristorante con poca esperienza nella ristorazione, servizio a tavola davvero poco professionale, confusionale, ritardante e ripetitivo. I piatti serviti sono buoni però è facile trovare uno buono chef ma difficile trovare dei buoni camerieri. Per ciò che i prezzi dicono e per l'ambientazione(mediocre) può sembrare un ristorante di classe ma da parte di chiunque come me si è specializzato nell settore alberghiero può dire che la qualità dei servizi è molto scadente .

The plus is - personnel here is attentive, friendly and English-speaking. BUT 'Gourmet' is a very high-sounding title for the place! Instead of 'funghi porcini' (forest mushrooms) mentioned in the menu - they serve champignons (which is a big difference tastewise and pricewise). With any tartar (meat or fish) they offer soy sauce and plane powdered mustard :O They don't have a wine list, and wine they offered (we tried two different red ones and a white) wasn't great, but it was outrageously expensive (8 euro per usual size glass!) 'Coperto' (table and bread) was 5 euro per person...! :/
