Très belle basilique. Entrée payante (7€) puis 5€ pour accéder à l'hôtel et encore 7€ pour monter à l'étage. dommage que ce tout cela soit payant...

Traumhaft schön! Vor allem von aussen und oben auf dem Dach! Von drinnen eher langweilig und schmucklos.

Una volta entrati nella cattedrale , dalla prima campata, attraverso un'angusta scaletta, è possibile accedere a quello che resta del vasto complesso episcopale che un tempo dominava la piazza del Duomo. Qui si trovano i resti dell'abside di una grande basilica che in età altomedievale fu intitolata a S.Tecla. La basilica fu costruita nel IV secolo, probabilmente nella zona in cui sorgeva un tempio romano dedicato a Minerva. Fu forse lo stesso Vescovo Ambrogio a volere la sua costruzione, insieme a quella del battistero che sorge qui accanto. Il vescovo intendeva offrire ai milanesi una chiesa che fosse più consona al prestigio che la città andava acquisendo e capace, soprattutto, di accogliere la sempre più fitta comunità cristiana che si andava formando.

Unglaublich! Mir ist wirklich noch nie und nirgendwo eine so schlecht organisierte Art und Weise untergekommen wie man sein Ticket für dieses wirklich schöne Gebäude kaufen muss. Verwirrend ist das eine. Undurchsichtig das andere. Wartezeiten die ins unendliche gehen obwohl wir weder in der Urlaubszeit noch zu einer besonders frequentierten Tageszeit dort waren. Alles in allem höchst nervtötend und ein unverhältnismäßiger Aufwand!!!!
