The burgers are a bit small for the price: to be full, you're almost forced to order a double burger. Overall, the burger is good, but nothing exceptional. The place has limited seating, all on high stools, so it's not very comfortable.

Easy to get to, we had a great time, the staff were very nice. Some flaws: the restaurant is too small, seating a maximum of 7-8 people, the cheddar and bacon fries had no cheddar, and the menu was entirely in English. Overall, very good and we had a great time, we'll definitely be back.

It was ok but i was far from blown away, my wife liked them alot more than i did. I was doubting between 3 and 4 stars but because my wife really enjoyed the meal and there wasn't anything "wrong" i went with 4. I personally missed some seasoning on the meat and most of all the burger needed alot more sauce (and also alot more flavour in the sauce). It was all a bit bland...

I would not callnut a proper smash. The meat is smashed but does not come with Maillard so it’s like a mcdonalds burger rather than a proper smash burger. It’a good, not sure if worth the price. Fries are good as well

The patties are a little bit dry and hard. The staff was nice and fluent in English. There are seats inside and outside. The environment was clean.

Burgers are amazing, eating them couple of times a month! Today though I ordered 1 menu and 1 burger (all double patties), and I was charged full price for double patties + extra 4 euros again for double patties. BE CAREFUL while paying, to not have to pay extra the wrong amounts! Only noticed it at home…

This is my second time at the restaurant, but unfortunately, I won't be back. The first time was a week ago, around 11:00 PM. The counter attendant told me they only allowed takeout, which I accepted without hesitation. I ate outside at their tables; the sandwich was very good, with high-quality ingredients and perfect fries. Last night, it was 10:15 PM—I repeat, 10:15 PM! I returned to Sberla, along with my girlfriend and a friend, talking about the delicious sandwich we'd had the week before. We entered the restaurant, and just as soon as we said "Good evening," we were told they only allowed takeout. I asked if we could eat inside, since the temperature had dropped last night, but the answer was no. Not understanding the point of this, after a brief discussion we decided to leave. I don't want to judge your policy, but I personally don't accept being told almost 1:30 hours before closing that only takeout and outside food can be served. You're damaging your image, as well as losing customers and, more importantly, revenue. Just to remind you that you advertise your closing time as 11:30 PM, so you should guarantee full service until then. They welcomed us without any problems, informing us of their closing time of 11:00 PM, but they kindly seated us and served us. Follow their example!
