This place has always been on it. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and welcomed. It can get super busy depending on the time you go, but they pump everything out pronto and not messing up quality because it's busy. If you can't wait, order ahead on the mobile app. They recently informed me that you can't order a drink as a medicine ball or an under toe, but you have to call it by the real band name.. honey citrus mint tea, etc. I forget why

One of my favorite Starbucks store, the soy milk latte is the best taste comparing other Starbucks stores in peninsula. Only one thing bother me when entering the store is to open the door by hand during pandemic, I would give it a 5 stars if she can provide napkins at outside near the door, attached a picture of other location for a example. Millbrae please catches up.

Very little seating. Feels like a take out joint.

11/09/2024 edit 7 drinks show ready, none are actually ready. 23minutes and my drink still isn't being made. Maybe Saturday isn't the day to come here. Drinks are consistently well made. Service can vary from friendly to ... ok... outside seating makes up for a smaller store.

Idk if it’s some weird California thing where u can’t use plastic cups or something but both of my cold drinks are in these paper cups and they taste like paper bruh. Also. No straws…. No straw… for my BOBA? Crazyyyy. All the food is dry but that’s typical. The falafel wrap is pretty good! Never had Starbucks falafel

Location is good but very busy and the place is a bit dirty especially in the restroom. Super stinky and nasty. However, the customer service is excellent.

Next time I go there I will not let her do my drink ever again. (Respectfully) The same girl messed up two other drinks I’ve ordered in the past as well.

Today I ordered the same thing Venti Iced matcha latte with strawberry foam and I noticed when I got out of the store the young lady gave me half venti cup of my drink. Next time I go there I will not let her do my drink ever again. (Respectfully) The same girl messed up two other drinks I’ve ordered in the past as well.

I went in for a ice chai latte and I got served ice coffee went back to tell them that it was not what I ordered and they took my drink poured more sugar and gave me a straw and said here is your ice chai. I was with my kid and honestly hate making a scene but next time I will for sure make one

This used to be a nice Starbucks to meet a friend. Now they have no indoor seating. RIP chill Starbucks

Very clean store, drink came out pretty fast since they were not that busy. But the attitude and vibe was terrible. Nobody walking in got greeted, drinks were placed on counter without calling out names, stood at counter for 6 mins before I could ask for a straw, and the reply I got when I asked was yup. If ypu hate your job leave.... starbucks is a fun place to work and I have made some great friends.

There were flies everywhere. Even the food they were serving had flies sitting on them. The barista were not well trained and the drink quality was so poor.

Very insulting staff. Brian who I purchased my handcrafted iced beverage from refused to refill my cup with just a brewed coffee to go. I only asked because there was a sign in store that said “get a refill of brewed coffee” To be honest, brewed coffee is one of the cheapest drinks they do. The staff member clearly didn’t understand their own sign, I showed it to him, he read it, and said this only applies to a coffee purchase and walked away. So my venti coffee purchase didn’t count? Very poor behaviour and clearly not very versed in Starbucks policy.

My visit to the Millbrae Starbucks was a disaster. The employee was rude and clearly didn't want to be there, overall vibe was just awful. Skip this place."

Went in on a rainy day and grabbed a snack and ate inside, I had asked a worker if they do pup cups and he said yes so I decided to wait until I was going to leave to get some for the pups so they don't melt. I go back to the front and this lady very rudely says that the dogs need to be present to get it. Emphasis on rainy day. No way to bring 3 dogs out of the car on a rainy day just to prove it? Not sure what this lady thought I needed a small cup of whip cream for. I asked to speak to the other worker I spoke to earlier and she refused saying she was one of the supervisors. Well as a supervisor she should know good customer service but I guess not. Also saw her snap at a customer who was waiting for her order and gave her so much attitude telling her "well if it was ready it would be here." She needs some customer service training stat. Too bad I didn't catch her name. Awful service...
