This is the quintessential "dive bar". Nestled under the 237 overpass, it's unassuming, easy to miss, and even Google maps has a hard time navigating you here. But: - The staff is friendly-yet-chill - The food is excellent. Multiple variations of birra based food. The pinnacle of which is the "quesabirra taco", think of a Taco Bell Double Decker on crack. - Simple selection of beers on tap, but a good variety. - Hand-made cocktails with solid ingredients, not just a bunch of pre-made mixes. - A good number of TVs and a wide selection (albeit not exhaustive) of sports channels. The staff was really responsive to adjusting what's on if they have it. Overall yes, it's an older building and the location isn't ideal but it's got solid vibes, good variety of music, a good number of TVs, excellent food, and great staff. If this place's style works for you, it's a great spot to visit regularly.

My colleagues and I stopped here on a Monday night around 10:30. We were all so happy to be able to order food that late at night without it being fast food. And it was delicious! Their quesabirria was super tasty and came with all the fixings. Our group also got a burrito and loaded fries, which everyone was happy with. They have a nice atmosphere inside with a pool table and darts, and plenty of seating. The best part of our night was our awesome bartender, Summer. She was on point and super friendly. She made all of us out of towners feel very welcome!

Few in from Texas to watch a sporting event. Saw the reviews on here and they were right. Come by if you have a chance and meet the owner Juan. He's a great person and will go above and beyond. The tacos are amazing and delicious. Nothing but good vibes and great people. Thanks Juan for the service and experience brother! Next time I'll stop by again.

Great $1 tacos on Tuesdays. Fun dive atmosphere and a DJ last night. Update: Returned a second time w/ my gf on a Sunday night -- no line for the pool table, punching bag, Jenga, or dart board. Summer is now one of my favorite bartenders because she's friendly, makes phenomenal drinks, and will even come out from behind the bar to play Jenga with patrons if business is slow. I was able to teach my gf how to play pool and other patrons were friendly and played a great game. Remember to bring cash for the games because the ATM machine inside charges a steep $3.35 in fees for withdrawals.

Excellent grilled fish tacos for a great price! The salsa they give in a squeeze bottle is made there and is fantastic.

Much cleaner and brighter than it used to be. Try their chicken tacos. They are a bit spicy and we love them. The place is mot usually crowded, except during basketball games especially if Warriors are playing. Location is a bit weird , bring right underneath the bridge/road but the only other bar down the street from this is way too loud.

Food is a joke here. The supreme nachos or whatever it is called do not contain real cheese. They pour some store bought cheese sauce.

Bartender was an older man maybe the owner, barely spoke to me and never asked how either of my food items were. Didn’t ask me how my drink was or if I wanted another. Chips and guac were very good and so was the chicken tacos but the service was god awful
