This is, actually, one of the better Sonics that I have encountered. The food I have gotten here has always been hot and fresh. The drinks have always been exactly as I have ordered it. The reason why I have given any of the 4 star ratings is simply; consistency. I know that having to hire people makes this inconsistency possible. I look past it mostly, because they have given me a more consistently satisfying experience than many of the other Sonics that I have been to.

The food is always fresh. I've never had a problem with an order so far. The slushes are yummy and I love the iced coffee. It's so convenient to order from the app. Plus it's always half price drinks.

Sassy With attitude

Food that comes out of the kitchen is hot like it should be. Service is fast, and the staff is courteous and smiling like they enjoy their jobs. The outside parking lot and yard are always picked up from litter. The yard is always tidy and well kelp. If this all kelp and clean, I bet the kitchen and inside is clean as well. This all shines on the owner, manger, and the pride of the staff. Well done !!!

I had just about given up on burgers from Sonic, but this burger today changed my mind. It was juicy and the veggies were fresh. They even brought me a tub of catsup when I asked for it. I hate packets when I have 🧅 Rings.

You have to watch to make sure you get correct food. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was wrapped in the chicken sandwich wrapper but when I opened it up it was a cheeseburger.

Drive through and pick up lunch. Down the road and open my medium onion rings to find this, 5 onion rings and 1 of those burnt.

I got a dragonfruit recharger. I should have tasted it before I left. Took one sip while I was driving. It was so nasty that I had to throw away a 4 dollar drink. It was so bitter that it made me gag. Like when the sprite drinks are just carbonated water.

Make sure you count your change and get a receipt when paying in cash. Thankfully manager was able to correct the issue.

I got jr. chili cheese wrap and a lg water with lemon I got my order no problem they were nice and fast but this part is just so wild to me I left the sonic going back and I’m eating it while I’m drive home and I got about a mile and a half down the road and noticed something weird in my chili cheese wrap so I stop on the side of the road and looked closer and there was a cricket in my wrap so I turn back around and call for a manager the manager came out I showed her my wrap and she was like oh no I’m so sorry about that we have a lot of crickets in there I’ll go let the kitchen know and they made a new 1 but they also refunded my whole order so I was like ok but when I got the new wrap I didn’t even want to eat it my thing is also who did you not see it in my wrap?

I ordered 2 double meat cheese burger deals yesterday while y'all were busy and I got 2 single meat burger deals with onions and I didn't order that I was upset and tired didn't want to go back

Update: This sonic GM has reached out to me and is addressing the situation. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. The lettuce was brown and slimey and the chicken was hard as a rock. This sonic will get people sick.

I ordered a salad not knowing they discontinued them. instead of informing me they dont have them anymore, they gave me a handful of wilted lettuce, a few pieces of cut up chicken, and a spoon full of tomatoes drenched in ranch. The best part of the entire thing is that they put it inside of a cardboard box.. I understand my mistake not knowing they discontinued them but how hard is it to say that instead of improvising a pig slop salad?
