I've been coming to this restaurant for years. Always delicious food! The owner was kind and welcoming! She even put together one of my favorite dishes that is longer on the menu. The Brownie Lasagna is always a great dessert to share! Fair prices and great service! I highly recommend it. They also have an amazing patio area for large groups.

We walked in and immediately we were greeted. The waitress was super sweet and gave my boyfriend and I a compliment. She quickly seated us. At first glance the environment looked old school Italian. There was a nice looking covered patio where one could eat outside. We ordered a pizza And some tortellini with chicken. We had a choice to pick salad or soup. We ordered a house salad. It was very delicious. Our main meal came shortly after. The pizza was absolutely delicious. The bread tasted fresh and all the ingredients tasted superb! The tortellini was chicken was very flavorful. The bread that came along with it had such a unique taste! All the flavors blended well together. The night was getting a little chilly so I also ordered a hot chocolate. It was also good . Service was amazing. We had three different servers come by and check on us.

My mom gas lit the waiting staff pretty hard about the menu not describing her dish as half and half red/white sauce and they handled it beautifully! The menu 100% described her dish correctly (I showed her later when we got home), and they still brought out her desired corrected dish with lighting speed. 🙏

The girls at service are great. Constantly doing table touches. They had live music which was great. The only cat is the food is mediocre at best. Sauce tasted like from a can. Mashed potatoes had a texture that was giving off prepackaged. The seasonal vegetables you can tell were frozen and tasted as if there are freezer burned.

Lasagna was soupy and stringy. Not impressed....expensive and probably one of the worst lasagna I've tried😪

Didn't get the waiters name but a young male waiter that served us had a horrible attitude with no manners during our visit of 11.11.25

I was so looking forward to a great meal at Strings. I have always enjoyed the food at the Strings Lodi and Jackson restaurants, however the food was absolutely tasteless. My wife and I have always enjoyed the salads at Strings. However the salad was not at all tasty. The service was very good and the restaurant was very clean.

I only did 2 stars because the service was decent otherwise it would be a zero bases on the food. The minestrone soup was not minestrone soup..Zero flavor. The eggplant parm barely had any sauce. It came with some uncooked noodles with horrible white sauce. My mom ordered minestrone soup n salad. Same with her on the soup. My wife ordered pesto plate with chicken. No flavor on hers either and she got diarrhea for 2 days. Our friend ordered calzone which he rated 5 outta 10. The ONLY item that was good was the brownie lasagna desert. Our friend ended up paying the bill plus tip to avoid any embarrassment to your staff. I called the restaurant and in order to EVEN leave a message for the manager, who is off today. I felt like I was on trial. Obviously, the manager wants to be prepared with their answers prior to handling the issue. Really bad food....I suggest picking another place to eat like a taco truck on 7th street.

I ordered through grub hub last night and got it delivered . I ordered pasta with soup and bread ...when I opened it the bag with the bread was soak and wet from the oil from the bread ...I saved it to take it in to show them they need to put the bread in a wax paper first then into the paper bag ...then there was very little pasta in the pan for the price I paid ... I will not be ordering from Strings ever again ...

The thin blonde waitress is a mess. My husband met his friend for lunch one day and she served them. While my husband was in the restroom, she asked my husbands friend if my husband was single. His friend said that he was spoken for. She continued to flirt with my husband. A few weeks later we took my mother in law there for lunch. The thin blonde was our waitress. She looked at me very strangely, in the eyes as she repeated the tables order back to us. I requested no onions on the salad ( my husband doesn't like onions). The salad came with extra onions. No big deal... I took the onions off and served my husband's salad. My mother in law ate the onions on her salad. We requested another salad. I emphasize, "this time with no onions, please". She laughed as if she did it on purpose and asked "who ate the onions?" My husband said "my mother did." She asked "who doesn't like onions?" Pointing to my husband I said "he doesn't like onions." Her face turned red with embarrassment. She brought more salad, this time without onions. When our food came my husband requested a coke from our waitress. She acknowledged his request and never returned to our table again. We had to get the attention of another waitress to get his coke. Our waitress was behind the counter, scrolling on her on her phone. We had to go to the counter twice. Once to ask for boxes and once to ask for the check. We had only seen this waitress in the afternoon so we decided to not go back in the lunch time hours but in the evening only, for dinner. Last night we went back for dinner. She did not serve us. However, our server, a gentleman this time, was not great either. We ordered food. He brought us salad and did not come back and check on us. Again, we had to get the attention of another waitress to ask for more salad. Our server brought us our main course but did not come back to check on us until we were finished with our meal. We asked for a box and the check. When it came time to pay the check, we always ask if there's a military discount, my husband is a disabled veteran. We've never had an issue receiving a military discount at this establishment until last night. I was told by our server that they don't typically offer a military discount but he would ask his manager. He walked over to the thin blonde waitress who has failed us in the past and then went to the cash register. When he returned he said his manager would only authorize a military discount on one meal only. I found this to be strange because they've always offered the discount to the whole check in the past, I was grateful for the discount that they did offer. I asked my server who the manager was and he pointed out the thin blonde waitress who had tried to get my husband's number in the past. It all made sense after that... I guess we have to find a new favorite Italian restaurant.

Haven’t eaten here for a few years, now I remember why. Everything was frozen and unevenly cooked. Meatballs were tasteless, and the spaghetti meat sauce was literally a jar of Ragú with giant chunks of green peppers. The salad was prepackaged and had that funky chemical taste, and I paid over $50 for these two meals that we could not eat. Gross and disappointing.
