Standard fare, clean and fast service. Plenty of parking nearby. Menu is digital which makes ordering pretty fast

I ordered in the app, but there was a long line in the drive thru. Maybe they were feeling rushed? The fries weren’t fully cooked. They also forgot to give me a straw and ketchup. You can do better!

Got hot food, which was good. Bathroom had no soap or toilet paper — concerning for hygiene. Burger customization (no ketchup/mustard) was ignored. Long wait at pickup, staff seemed overwhelmed but remained friendly and helpful.

Am I paying the right price or this McDonald's have higher prices on this location due to the inflation or taking advantage of the poor travellers. This what i ordered - Two baby burgers two hashbrows and two small sodas. All for 22 dollars. At the end I waited for almost 30 minutes for the food mentioned above.

Horrible management and service time. It’s all the same goyslop bad food yes, but the complimentary 15+ minute wait really lets you contemplate that. “It’s only two years, hang in there” another waiting customer said to me as I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Their manager “Josh” is also rather incompetent. Upon their kiosk not allowing me to use my 30% off discount that was applied then removed for no reason at the end of checkout, Josh witnessed this with his own eyes and still refused to provide a discount. All in all this is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Hands down

Always out of ice cream and had a wait in the drive through line.Because there's no way to leave because it's all blocked off with the curb. Their drive through digital screen is busted and flickering, and you can't even read it. Highly not recommended.

Bathrooms smell of sewage, dirty, trash cans full. No one at front to take order. Workers look and ignore. No one to help with machine order paid with cash no one at front to take money. Order delayed because no one to take payment. Will not stop at this McDonald again.

First of all do they not even know how to make fries!? They where so oily and soggy! Also a Medium coke is $3.00! And a Cheese Burger is $3.69! And the burger patty is now paper thin. Absolutely horrible service. The staff refused to correct the order when they made a mistake and reached into the bag of food that was already prepared and took the fries out that were part of the order. Completely unsanitary and unprofessional!

Customer service is horrible. I was outside knocking and the employee would not open the door. A customer walked out mad cause the self service machine robbed his money. As i walked in the employee stated we are closed, but the lobby was full of customers. The manager (Flor) gave me the wrong bathroom code. She did not want me to use it. After using the bathroom she would not let me order. She said you have to order on the machine. We are “closed” but i was 8:15 and lobby closes at 9:00 pm. Weird. Customer service sucks. Ronald you need new employees.

Spoke to ANNA (7:50pm)the manager found a hair on my QP the hair is still in the burger so that they can see they need to wear there hairnets. As we walked in the trash can was over filled with trash inside and outside. The area manager needs to pay more attention to this place or baby sit there employees or corporate needs to do a better job with there establishment

Absolutely horrific, couldnt even use the bathroom on my long trip back home. There was a mess in every bathroom stall and I had to clean it myself in order to use it. Even after all that I ordered and got my food it was cold and the Order wasn’t even right they messed it up multiple times !!😤 very disappointing
