We had the PLEASURE to meet Miguel the cook. Not only does this employee take pride in his job. But, he went far and beyond his duty to make sure we were Happy, pleased with our chicken sandwiches my son and I . If only this 🌎 would have more people like him. To the owner I hope you recognize such a great cook .

Friendly and welcoming staff. The food is great 🤩🤩🤩 definitely recommend the bacon 3 🥓 with grilled jalapeños…. Really any sandwich with grilled jalapeños is delicious 👍👍👍

I had to visit just to get a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. So glad they are here, close by. The food is great, the service fast. The gal helping me did a great job!!

I ordered hot food to go from Charley’s Cheesesteak in Montclair and was so disappointed. When I got home and took a bite, it was just steak and onions—no flavor at all. For a $20 meal, I expected something seasoned and tasty, but it was completely plain and bland. Definitely not worth it. Hoping the new Upland location does better.

Oh yeah, and the Kimchi & Gochujang Sauce must have been playing "Hide & Go Seek" The workers had great attitudes & were very nice. When I bought my concerns to their attention, they politely said, "Sorry about that"

Restaurant has zero sanitation standards. They prep food, bag up food and go back to prep without changing gloves. Food bags come with food all over the outside of them also.

Worst cheesesteaks in America. Nasty, skimpy, packed full of lettuce to deliberately kill the flavor of the cheesesteak. Extra meat charge for no noticable difference visually or palatably. They all need to go outta business.

Worst costumer service ever. It seems they have a new owner and new employees they messed up my online order twice on the same day. I used to come here at least once a week but will not be returning after this experience, owner has no regards for customers.

I had a 45 min lunch break and it lowkey took my whole break for my stuff to be done yall need to stop scheduling ppl alone for a cheaper payroll worker was drowning doing stuff alone slow service greedy payroll= ppl missing their lunch break.

I’d give the customer service Zero Star if I can. The guy in the cashier was very slow. He made me wait for over 10 minutes while he was trying to fix a frosty machine. If he had to take that long, he should have called help but he didn’t. I was in a hurry but I waited patiently. Another guy from the kitchen came to help me when he saw the line was huge and I was waiting for too long. (Plus) they don’t have any combo deal for $7.99 other than the original chicken. So I just left.
