I don't think it's right that your employees can't take a tip from me if other customers are being rude especially a new employee. I feel that they should be able to except a tip if another customer wants to make there day better to show them that you can't make everyone happy but at least someone does appreciate there service. Great job young lady keep that smile on your face and thanks again I appreciate you. From one "OG" old guy

I used to live in Michigan. They never had pizza (hot and) ready anymore. It sucked. I went here to pick my brother up a pepperoni pizza (normally he used to get cheese) and WHEW that was fast! Great service!

Food. Not what we expected. Pizza was soggy because the use Nacho Cheese as the cheese. Service we ordered online so you have to create an account. So they have you. The Good News is that the pizza was ready at when it said it was. The Bad News is that Not All of my order was in the Portal. I had to ask one of the workers to complete the order. She Eventually did (begrudgingly) after reading it and going back and forth a few times. And all that was missing was sauces. She still never got it right.

The pizza was good. But the service wasn't great. I waited in line for about 15 min before anyone asked if I needed help.

Came to the store to pick up my pizza 20 minutes after getting an email saying it was ready and they said it was still in the oven. The woman at the cashier was so slow and seemed out of it. Not focused at all.

Lady working there was rude . Lady made me feel like i wasnt human . What i mean is she completely ignored me and made me feel like i wasnt ever there. I was not happy with the way i left after leaving that store .

I ordered batman calzone wings and pepperoni cheese stuffed crust and I got this instead. regular pepperoni.. check you boxes

Just waited 19 minutes for a specialty pizza and wings but the wait was expected and ok. My 2star review was due to cold wings. Reason given "they were left out" then I was asked if I wanted to put them in for 5 min. but then my pizza would be cold. Was left with no choice other than take them home and microwave them.

Guy in the front answering phones at the counter, no urgency whatsoever. Guys in the back hustling working hard, not the guy in the front. When paying I put a tip $$ just to get my order 40 minutes later.

It’s affordable but the quality is not great. I waited 30 mins for 4 little pizza bites and this place was definitely not busy. Very disappointing

This location makes the worst pizza I ever had. Pizzas are always over cooked. Wait time is excessive every time. Staff is always late to open the doors. Customers have been known to stand outside for about 30 min past there posted opening sign. I have had pizza from other in little Cesar locations and they are much better. Less wait time too.

I ordered 6 pizzas online yesterday that were supposed to be ready 5pm my husband goes a bit after 5pm the lady in front insisted that there was no order under my name or phone number even him showing her the order number she was no help at all insisting it wasn't that store then around 5:30 pm I get an email saying that they are finally ready the same store like cmon why will you waste our time and being sure it wasn't there when it was I don't care that they were done later than told but the cashier insisting my husband was wrong and they had no order for us when they did is what threw me off very rude of her part

Came here to pick up an online order. Sadly, I have to agree with others' experiences here. I have never seen such unmotivated employees. Not a smile, greeting, kind word.. nothing, to me or any other customers patiently waiting and obviously frustrated for very likely the same reason. Order that was supposed to be ready @ 4 wasn't until 45 min later. Avoid this place, there are other little caesars stores nearby

The lady at the cash register was extremely rude 4/15/22 at 3pm. She made a rude noise after I told her my order like if I was bothering her. This lady did it to other customers to in front of me. There was a guy in the back making fun of African American people's hair. Please correct your employee's.

Hi, I'm sure this will be inundated with the rest of the complaints that others probably have put. But I still think it's worth being said. The tl;dr is at the bottom. If you don't want to read my complaints about the store, I understand. For some background information, I used to work in a Little Caesars, to be specific, I used to work at 602 W. Holt Blvd., Ontario. And worked there for a little under a year. While my store wasn't perfect, I have found this particular store always having internal problems at least from what I have noticed, and thought I'd let you know, dear customer. This store, for some reason has time and time again been unsatisfying in comparison to the other little Caesars in the surrounding area. The store always has had pleasant but very demotivated staff. I don't blame them, the pay isn't something I'd be enthusiastic about either. Every time I enter, they are always behind on orders and are never prepared with their pizza on time, their pizza is always lazily cut and the place is always severely understaffed. I would love to go into much further detail about it all, with how they are ignoring certain procedures, but I feel like at that point, it would all be seen as cherry picking, and I don't blame people who say so. You probably won't read this, and this is written with the idea that it won't be read, but I thought I'd write it anyways because I used to work at this company, and it annoys me that this specific store seems to underperform in comparison to every little Caesars around it. TL;DR: The service is so extremely lackluster, the pizza is not made correctly, and is badly cut. It underperforms in comparison to every other Little Caesars in the area, at least in my opinion. 2 HOURS!!! For an online order! This is ridiculous! This is the third time this has happened. The manager definitely needs to be replaced by someone that knows how to run a pizza business. They don't even deserve the one star I'm giving them.

This rating is not for their pizza, but for the service. I've had to wait at the restaurant on multiple occasions over double my initial projected wait time. It wouldn't be as bad if they were upfront in saying they are running late, but they tell you 15 minutes and I ended up waiting 45 minutes for two pizzas. Ridiculous

I ordered ahead on the app to just go and pick up my pizza, went to pick it up and they told me that someone stole my pizza, I had to wait another 30 for my pizza that I was supposed to just pick up from the pizza portal

My kids just eat pizza from littles caesars and I always buy to be delivered but all the time they send me my order wrong, I have to go there and ask for new ones, I thing is very difficult for them to read the orders, my kids has autism and they are very special for the food. I'm always stressed about this situation, also when I go there they told me:THE SISTEM IS NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW!!! I pay almost $9 for the delivery and they never return to me that money. In 1 occasion many people was there with the same problem.

Order pizza went home and at arrival to my house found that what I got was not my order. Went back and reorder and my second time around pizza was uneatable so much salt. Seriously will consider buying from this place ever again.

The manager has no idea how to run this place. Everytime I come there is only one cashier. No pizzas in the warmers, no bread prepared and the sign says hot and ready from 4 to 8 pm and nothing is done. Asked for the manager got some young kids wearing shorts chewing gum and had a watch on. When I asked why there is only one cashier and you have 4 people in the back but no pizzas and your on the your cell phone and chit chatting with another female employee while your cashier is asking for help and times all he could say if I didn't like the service I could go somewhere else. I have been a food service for over 20 years and have run restaurants from a Carl's Jr to a 5 star restaurant and have never heard a manager talk to customer like that. If one of my managers would have spoken to a customer like that and act the way he did, he or she would have been looking for a new job the next day. Something needs to be done about this crew.

This is the absolute worst Little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to. Horribly rude staff, 25 minute wait for a hot n ready, and the pizza was somehow still cold. You legitimately feel like a burden even stepping into this location.

This LCP venue never ceases to amaze me. I phoned and order in at 8:31 PM on 06/11/16. Was told 20-25 mins for pick up... Arrived at 8:55 PM to pay... Ended up waiting until 9:20 PM for my Pizza. For a company that states there is a satisfaction guarantee... The evening manger did not to rectify how long it took them to make my order or try to help me to leave satisfied. In fact, my order was not made until I arrived. Instead I was given the generic 1-800-7-CAESAR number... Which, of course was closed!!! Looks like this franchisee's commitment is to profit and must train their managers to give "sorry" speech instead of taking care of the customer. It's ok, I see that profitability and convenance is their motto. The LCP deserves NO STARS, but GOOGLE is too kind.

This location needs a serious overhaul. Orders are always way past the the pick up times. They will say your pizza is ready and loaded and it's not. What's the point of ordering online and having to wait another 30 minutes past your pick up time. I have left reviews on the app and have never heard back from anyone.

There is no order or pickup line，this caused the queue to be very chaotic. Today, when I went to order food, I lined up in the usual line (the line on the right). I waited for a long time, about 10 minutes. Finally, I couldn't help but ask them, and they said this was not the ordering line...

This specific location has horrible customer service but the pizzas are great and the price however, people forget how to get a good service that is why soon Robots will do better job because of Customer Service by humans don’t work no more

Very bad service. My parents went to get a thin crust and an order of wings. The wings look like they had been sitting there for days. They were dry and nasty. The pizza was so cold that the cheese looked dry. my mom called them to tell them how the food was the girl who answered the phone didn't want to give her name and the so-called supervisor was basically calling my mom a lier because he said the pizza had just gotten out of the oven when his employee had told my mom the it had been in the pizza heater. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE 👎

The short manager with the head length black hair is so rude to customers!! We watched her verbally abuse a customer who asked for his pizza to be put back in the oven, she was so rude and refused to help him for no reason!! We’ve been here many times and the guy was right, there food here is always under cooked, soggy and nasty but he was nice when he asked and the employee should not have been rude and disrespectful to him!

And when we finally got it the cheese wasn't even melted and the dough was not cooked through. Awful experience. This is the norm for this particular Little Cesar's though. They need a total makeover for this store.

I didn’t get my order until after 9:40. And it wasn’t like a pizza or anything it’s was the pizza puff, 2 orders of them. Ridiculous, the cashier should be fired.

Stood in the store and waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged all well being able to see our order sitting in the warmer. Apparently the pizza portal is “broken” the worst part is the employees came and helped the customer in front of us then walked away for an additional 5 minutes before helping us. We will now drive a little farther for the same pizza.

I ordered a mobile pizza for a Detroit style pizza. It took over 20min to get the pizza and the pizza was very doughy not cooked all the way. They were very busy when I was waiting for the pizza I did not says anything to the cashier. she asked if she can help me, I told her I’m just waiting for my pizza. She ask for my name went to the back got my pizza. I think my pizza got pulled early to get me out.
