This was quite an alright place to come for eating. I came here for Lunch on July 21, 2024 (Sunday). It's casual food and nothing too complex to write home about. I got a nice grigliata mista di manzo, and it worked well although it was not the best that I've eaten. However, the waiter was quick and sincere, and the food also arrived very quickly. This place is also not that expensive which is a massive plus. It's a nice place to come to if you don't have many ideas after visiting Mole Antonelliana.

Been 2 times. Menu of the day was good, but recommened one (pasta with pistacchio pesto) is totally lack of taste and too fat (its like pasta with oil). During our second visit we did not get bread and olive oil, but, in contrast to first one, we get drink menu.

It was a rainy day and we were looking for a place to have a lunch near Mole Antonelliana, so we decided on this small restaurant which is rated quite highly on google. Unfortunately, I have to say that in my opinion the rating of 4.5 (at the time of this review) is undeserved. The guy that served us was nice and helpful but when he brought water, one of the glasses was not clean so we had to ask to replace it. Then he brought my wife raviolli with meat instead of cheese and spinach, he apologized of course and in the end we didn't want to cause any trouble so we accepted it but it's the small things that is the difference between good and average service. The food was not bad, but it also was not good. It was extremely average. Like something I would make for myself at home. Which is not a compliment as I am not a cook who makes a living from cooking food every day. So all in all - it's not terrible, but it's nothing to call home about either.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. I was looking at the menu at the door when a male waiter shouted from the counter that there was no place. When I tried to politely explain that shouting at customers is unprofessional, he became more agitated and dismissively waved me off with a "Ciao." This kind of behavior is unacceptable. The staff could benefit from training in basic customer service, particularly in how to address potential customers politely and manage their emotions in a professional setting.
