The workers are very nice and I suggest getting the spicy chicken sandwich If you can eat spice but if you cant I suggest the regular sandwich. It is very kids friendly there because there is a play place and has a kid meal on the menu. The parking is a little hard to find during dinner and lunch but I really recommend this place for a good quick and easy fresh meal.

My favorite Chick-fil-A! They always get my order right, always speedy when you dine-in. The old man who’s always on the floor so so nice and always offers refills, extra sauces, extra napkins, and overall has wonderful customer service. This is my go-to Chick-fil-A

As far as fast food joints go, this is a nice place for dining in. The restaurant is spacious, the tables are clean, the music isn't loud, and there are plenty of high chairs and booster seats for little ones. What stood out to me the most, though, was the hospitality. They were always courteous, looking for things to tidy up, offering to bring me water and extra sauce, etc. I'm not crazy about the corporation itself but I must admit this is a well-managed restaurant.

I recently visited the Chick-fil-A in Monterey Park and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich with waffle fries and a lemonade. The meal was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly spicy and crispy, and the waffle fries were a great complement. My wife opted for the Cobb Salad, which is a very popular item here. It was loaded with a generous amount of fried chicken and fresh fruits, offering great value for the price. This location is always busy, but the service is excellent. Morris, the store manager, leads the team with exceptional friendliness and care for their customers. He is down to earth and constantly interacts with patrons, making everyone feel welcome. I also noticed they offer behind-the-scenes tours for school kids, showing their commitment to the community. Overall, I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A location for its delicious food, excellent service, and community involvement.

We visited yesterday and had a wonderful time; our children enjoyed it so much. All the staff were super nice to us, food and drinks are yummy and fresh. We will visit again soon.

This outlet is at the far end of the new Monterey Park Market Place mall next to the In and Out Burger. Usually it is quite crowded with the home depot and Costco near by. For a fastfood place it is more healthy option than others if you skip the bread and sweetened drinks and shakes. Also since the place is new and the owner franchisee are doing a good job to keep the place clean and tidy. Also they use touch less garbage bins so you don't touch the usual nasty garbage pail doors with your hands. Also they ask you to save the unused ketchup and sauce packs to lower waste. They also offer a decent play room for kids.

How amazing when I came here on a heavy rainy day. The restaurant has to been closed as the power shortage due to the bad weather. When I thought it was a trip in vain, a staff member came out explaining what happened and asked me whether I made an online order. I told him I would make an order at present on my mobile. He said that the system is off but gave me a free sandwich. Really moved since then. The staff here are friendly enough once a lady staff member gives me free mints and has me with the water. The store is close to the exit of 60 freeway. It would be nice to have a visit if passing by.

I ordered the Pretzel Bun Entree but I got a Potato Brioche Bun and I got charged $18 for the meal. I don’t mind paying for it but I didn’t get what I ordered! And it was a drive-thru which was packed. So we couldn’t go back. The Customer Service was really GOOD though. Kudos to the team. Just that my order was messed up and it pissed me off.

Ordered the original #1 Chick Fil A Sandwich which comes with a fried chicken breast and pickles in a bun. As well as a medium size order of waffle-cut potato fries. The chicken meat itself was a tad dry but the exterior had an alright amount of fried-ness to it, where much of the seasoning was. The seasoning seemed to incorporate more addictive flavors than having any distinct signature flavors. I don't think the portion size was a good value for money, especially compared to neighboring fast food chains in the plaza. The fries were nice for having a unique shape and tasted alright and soft to chew. The Chick Fil A sauce packets that we were given was a generous amount and the flavor is nice, found online it was what I believed which was honey mustard plus some other sauce notes like barbecue and ranch. Overall, give it a try if you are curious but I find more value and taste from other fast food chains.

First the people taking the order outside talk way way to fast like they are in a rush . And that makes customers feel In a rush . I’m not able to order more because I feel pushed out . And the hash browns were not fully cooked they were most definitely oily but not that nice crisp like usual . Even the biscuit and chicken was way to oily I had to pat my face constantly from the oil . I think I will take a break from this place for a while .

I came in for dinner with my family and ordered a deluxe combo with American cheese and no tomatoes, and a spicy chicken sandwich with jack cheese, no tomatoes, and no pickles. When our order arrived, I received a jack cheese combo with the regular chicken, and my boyfriend received the spicy chicken with American cheese.Jennifer, who I believe is a manager, brought the food and we mentioned the order was incorrect. She showed my boyfriend a picture on her phone insisting the order was correct instead of simply addressing the mistake. When she returned with the corrected order, she continued to argue that they were right the first time.By that point, my fries were cold, so I requested fresh ones. She returned again, still insisting they had been correct originally, and mentioned that remaking the food was “a waste of food.” That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional.A simple apology and acknowledgment of the mistake would’ve gone a long way. Customer service should focus on resolving the issue, not proving a point. I just wanted to enjoy my meal with my family, not be argued with over an honest mistake. Thank you Jennifer for your “great customer service” lost my appetite after this!

Last night I visited this location I was the only person in the drive-thru. When I drove to the window I asked to change my water for a soda. The lady standing inside the restaurant seemed bother to change my drink. She even made an unfriendly face expression. When I got my food the chicken strips were dry and very cold. The strips had more breading than actual chicken. My fries only had two decent size fries the rest were crumbs. I ended up trashing the food. Now I know why this location is always empty.
