I've been buying chicken at this branch for many years, and the chicken is delicious, as are the sausages, quesadillas, and burritos. Although the tortilla chips aren't the best, in my opinion, and they could be improved. The service is attentive, although sometimes the order processing is very slow. The parking lot is small for the number of customers and the demand, but having two entrances and exits helps a little.

Roast chicken is a Monterrey tradition. I could almost swear it's more than roast beef, and infinitely more than goat, which is now more touristy than regional. The seasoning here is typical, commercial. Chicken, wings, and the well-known variety of sauces. The one that's really hot, is hot, barely hot, and better yet, add honey... Unfortunately, they run out of product too often. It gets to the point where, even within opening hours, there are no wings, or chicken, or something is missing. It has ample parking. But it lacks a restaurant area. The waiting area is not comfortable. There's nowhere to sit, there's no air conditioning, and the service is, let's say, within the strictest limits for commercial exchange. Good flavor, without bordering on what Mexico expected (to my taste). And it's delivered hot and ready to eat. It's on a corner, so it's easy to find your way, get there, and park. Also available on platform services, but of course, the price is almost double.

The person taking the order was very rude, not genuine, and lacked attention. It could be a great restaurant, but that kind of attention is why people stop going there. Advice: Never order over the phone; they're very rude; they don't want to work.

Previously I always buy the order of ribs for almost 200 pesos approximately, 3-4 always arrive, today I ordered 2 orders 400 pesos and only 4 ribs arrived, 1 rib for 100 pesos, it seems to me ignorance on the part of the staff, I called and they just gave me the runaround

This is the 3rd time in the last month they've messed something up, the first two times it was with the sauces [they gave me the wrong ones] but today was the last straw, I ordered half a kilo of roast beef and they gave me 2 chickens and before I had told them not to make a mistake and they made a mistake, and when I got home to eat my roast beef I realized what a surprise it was, it was chicken.

After being a regular customer at this location for a while, I'm now quite dissatisfied because the size of the chickens they sell is too small. Instead of chicken, they look like chicks or broiler chickens. They've also been constantly raising their prices, and the size of the chicken they sell is getting smaller and smaller. Furthermore, the pieces they gave me when I bought a whole chicken looked like they were leftover pieces from different chickens or from the packages they make with separate chicken pieces. I don't recommend it; the quality of the food they sell has been significantly declining in recent months. Updated November 24, 2019 The roasted chicken sold at this location tastes better than the ones sold at other locations in the chain, such as those downtown. Also, because it's a slightly larger location, they have a greater variety of options in the packages and chicken orders they have for sale. Some of them are illustrated in the images. Because of this, there is sometimes a line of people waiting to order.
