The establishment offers delicious cakes, but the price is a bit high! The place is full of smoke and a bad smell of grease! They should take this care of their customers, because no one likes to walk around smelling like grease all over town! I would only recommend installing fume hoods in the kitchen to avoid this!

That special torta looks delicious in my photo, doesn't it? Unfortunately, it didn't taste as good as it looks. The ham was very dry, and the torta in general lacked flavor. I had to add a lot of sauce to make it palatable, and the sauce itself wasn't very good. It contained sugar and vegetable oil. 🤦🏻‍♂️ The girl who served me was super friendly, and I'll never forget that. That's why I'm giving it two stars instead of one. The price is outrageously high for the size and flavor. Tortas Bernal is all name and no substance.

My experience at Tortas Bernal on Padre Mier Avenue was not good... the bread was dry, the meat didn't taste good, there was very little avocado and very little meat, and the torta had too much bread, haha, meaning that the little bit of meat and avocado were only in the center of the bread. I'm used to them serving good portions at other locations... I think this branch is damaging the brand's reputation... I don't recommend it... I hope they see this comment and improve!!!

Terrible service. We ordered through an app, the food was inedible, the bread was extremely burnt. It's not worth wasting your money on poorly made products.

I waited 40 minutes for the meat in the torta and the fries to arrive cold; they only warmed up the bread. The wait was way too long, and the tortas are overpriced for what they are. I don't recommend this place.

It took 40 minutes to arrive, the cake was cold, and they're very small for the price. 3 original cakes in a combo for $525, and the amount of fries is very small. It's better to just buy a cake without the combo, but I don't recommend it.

A sandwich that isn't worth the price. The bread is cold, there's little avocado, and unfried chips. Something has changed for the worse. The quality is very poor, and the prices have increased along with it.

It's been a long time since I've eaten here. I was deeply disappointed when I ordered a combo. Very little, VERY little meat, the bread was flavorless, and the tomato was not very tasty. The photos on the wall make you hallucinate about the delicacy. A complete fraud. I simply cannot recommend it. I won't be back.
