Excellent food & wine!! And large food portions too. We went in the evening so we got to see all the lights reflecting on the lake. It was beautiful! The service was 5 star. We'll definitely be back soon!

We got a great table overlooking the lake. The restaurant itself was clean and nicely decorated. The Singapore noodles were delicious, and my boyfriend said his pork fried rice was the best he's had in this area. Service was a little slow, but the food made up for it.

Awesome lake views. Sushi was very fresh and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of choices. The atmosphere and the service were great! Would love to come back again. My husband also had a Japanese beer that we both liked a lot.

My wife has been wanting me to come here for weeks and finally tried it. The service was great thanks to Ethan. People at the door were friendly and welcoming. Ordered edamae and came out quickly. Also ordered the family meal so we could try more items. The food was hot but not too hot. The quality seemed and tasted fresh and entrees came out quickly...almost too quickly that it did overlap the appetizers but it all worked out. Additionally the portions were great, so you had better be hungry. Price was also right. Had a great experience. The only improvement that would help is to have the staff clean the menu's as they were a bit dirty. However, we will be back soon.

I definitely like this place Becky the view. We ordered various plates. One definite draw back they have no clue how much protein is in each dish. My combo with noodles did not have a lot of meet in it. Over all tasty with nice view.

Had the garlic sauce with chicken bento box. The chicken itself was really good. Wasnt a fan of the California rolls that it came with. They were mostly rice with barely any of the “crab” meat. The wanton soup was really good though. The interior is well spaced/decorated and clean. Service was attentive though. There was barely anyone there and the server just didn’t check in as much as I’d like

Absolutely great for takeout! My wife has "dined in" with her friends here as well, very nice decor and has some seating outside. Of course you can only use that about 20 days out of the year but they do have it! It sits right on the lake.

Loved the food and a great variety of Asian dishes. Our waiter was friendly but could use a little training on serving your food without reaching across the person next to you. This is such an elegant restaurant with a bright and wonderful views. Loved the flower presented on my Chicken with vegetables dish and my granddaughter's volcano salad was so pretty and she said was delicious!

They moved locations a little while back and it was a total upgrade. Our view of the lake was amazing. Lily our server was super helpful and attentive. We ordered calamari, which needed a sauce to go with it, but otherwise it was great. We also ordered a mango tango roll and it was really delicious. The other two rolls were only okay - California and spicy tuna. We will be back. Atmosphere js unmatched.

This was our 1st time at this restaurant and it was due to the good reviews. We enjoyed the ambiance of the dining area, the view of the lake, and thankfully the food was good. They have a really cool full bar as you enter the dining area. The menu is huge with many options. We will be heading back to try more things.

We have eaten at the location in Spring, Texas many times and it has been great. This location on the other hand has disappointed me the last three times we have ordered carry out. You can never get anyone on the phone to order so you have to drive to the location. The lady at the front is not friendly at all. Everything seems to be an issue with her. Today we ordered from the front and they got half of our order wrong. Tempura roll instead of a crunch roll and Volcano Roll instead of the Fuji Volcano roll and then wanted to argue with me that I was wrong. With an attitude she asked if i needed to read the menu. This is the same order we always order. Terrie has to be one of the worst front end employees I have ever run into. There are many other places to get sushi where they will appreciate your business. Thank you Spring location for always taking care of us.

Tried to order the kids steak since i don’t eat alot, they said i couldn’t order it since i wasn’t a child, even tho i have got it numerous time, The waitress recommended just getting a side of steak which i agreed, then came back and said i wouldn’t be able to get that either? when she told me recommended me that sub option. Don’t recommend a sub if you don’t know about it or aren’t sure! ended up getting nothing!

Very disappointed with today’s visit to Akashi that used to be our favorite place on Lake Conroe!! I was told by our waiter that I can no longer select which appetizer I get with my Family Dinner …. and waiter stated that was based on new upper management rule. After more than 10 years of my family and I going there at least once a week and many times would invite friends and family … well, no more. I only go their to order my favorite dish, the way I wanted it, and gladly pay for it … If you give me a menu with options then I select what I want… not what your upper management forces me to eat… I paid full price for my meal, but you didn’t provide the three appetizers that should have come with it the way I wanted… you guys shorted me an appetizer that I could not eat and your only option is well don’t order it because we won’t exchange it with another on the menu… while for all those years you did take my order the way I wanted it and now you don’t think customers are worth the great service any longer … well…. You are not the only Asian diner in town… to dictate what your diners can or can’t eat from your menu….also I wasn’t surprised at the one star poor reviews you guys get… the common complaint folks leaving you is poor service… time for us to say sayonara 👋👋

Family and I visited for dinner. Family of 5 ordered food. Everyone but me got their food relatively quick. I asked twice for my food. My family finished their meal and then enjoyed about 15 minutes of conversation. We asked for check, and they came out with my food. Approximately 45 minutes after the rest of our meal. All I ordered was 12 pieces of sashimi. This is second time this has happened. The management gives zero cares about wasting my time at dinner. There was no apology or any type of concern. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.
