At least if you guys didn't accept someone for the job send him an email telling him so he can work on his weaknesses , not just ghosted and never replay , this is unprofessional behavior

They conduct interview. Then waste time of candidates. After spoiling hours of candidates, they fly away lol 😆. Simple method to practice for panel interview. Lol

This review from Egypt. I rate them as Zero out of Ten! E-starta are absolutely unprofessional to the extent!! Poor communication skills, non-sequence arrangements with candidates and no alignment between them; each department tells you different thing. Foggy and un-clear information when it comes to the actual contracts, joining dates and hiring process updates. Don't waste your time dealing with them. Hope they will try to make a room for betterment very soon as I can see from other reviews that am not the only one sharing negative experience.
