What's not to love? I always get the natural high and soup combo.

The food is fresh, decent size portion, and really tasty. The service is always prompt. Due to county health orders they would not allow refilling your own fountain drinks, but they give you a new cup and drink upon request. I love this place.

Let me start by saying the staff is there is outstanding. The young ladies that look like maybe sisters during lunch time, didn’t catch their names but they go above and beyond to make sure your order is fresh, fast & you are comfortable dining it. I happen to get the name on the gentleman there which is Miguel. He is very respectful and is a very help to the young ladies on his team. If I could give this location 10 stars I would!!! Always Appreciate the hospitality here! Number one Erik’s in the South Bay!!!

I came in today at 6:45pm to get soup after a long day at work. They closed early just looked at me through the window. Another lady was trying to come in as well. Worse customer service. This isn't the first time they have closed early and locked the door either. Thank you for getting back to my review so fast. I like that this business takes our opinions seriously.I have added back a star. Will check back in and add full stars if this place has stopped closing their doors early by end of Oct. Have added 5 stars as they have not closed each time I have gone later than normal. Thank you for fixing this. I now can enjoy eating here after a long day.

Great sandwich spot. Ridiculous this place does not have Apple Pay. Had to order everything on my phone and then pick it up after I was already in the restaurant. This place needs mobile pay option.

LOVE Erik's! Have been enjoying their sandwiches for years. My go-to is the Pot Belly, but on nine grain wheat instead of sourdough. I'm a huge sourdough fan but theirs can often be quite dry. Erik's is one of the only sandwich places that still use alfalfa sprouts. Sprouts are one of my favorite toppings, so whenever I'm craving a sandwich, I default to Erik's! Don't forget the pickle spear; they're da bomb!

Nice clean place. Very pleasant location and easy to get to. Food better than I remember, Italian sandwich fresh everything, especially veggies, with a nice crisp Italian dressing. Raging bull as remembered. You have to remember and ask for no sprouts, unless you actually want sprouts. Sprouts on everything unless you ask.

It's a peaceful sandwich shop that will get you your food in a timely manner. The food is good but not exceptional, however the quantity of vegetables on the items will make you feel healthy going here. I would suggest putting a lemon slice in the Doctor Pepper. (:

This eric‘s deli has been going downhill for the past two years. Lights didn’t work, they do not offer tap to pay. Food was old. But the worst part is the service was really bad. Workers are extremely disinterested in doing a good job. Highly do not recommend.

I've eaten at the Eric's Deli twice in the last two weeks and both times the chili has been cold. There are two employees working and only one other customer when I arrived. Therefore, the employees are not busy. There is no reason why they can't ensure hot food is actually hot. This lack of food safety is unacceptable

(During covid time) I went in and looked at the menu on the wall while I waited in line. I had decided on a sandwich by the time I got up to the register but had a question about if it came with tomatoes. The cashier just sighed and asked if I needed a menu. Did not answer my simple question or wait for my response. Instead she walks away to get me a paper menu, hands it to me, and wonders off.... Effectively holding up the people behind me by doing this too. Why go into work when you clearly don't want to be there? I wish I could say she was nicer on my other 2 visits, but not a chance. Much needed staff training or at least get new staff. As for the food, my family ordered three sandwiches. I got half shriveled/old bean sprouts and very slimy onions on my sandwich, same on another sandwich even though we ordered no onions, and an entirely wrong sandwich. My receipt was correct but the sandwiches were not. Not the best start and I should have known better than to go back. Now I eat sandwiches at other places or Ericks on the other side of town.

Staff was rude and very unfriendly. Food was not that great, ordered a salad with chicken but chicken was nasty tasting so I took it all off, some of the lettuce tasted old and bitter, think I ended up leaving like half my salad. So far the worst Erik's Deli Cafe I have been to, dont think I will be going back anytime soon. My daughter had the clam chowder, wasnt the best chowder I have had but it was way better than my salad!
