Una bellissima esperienza dall’inizio alla fine, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e viziati. Un San Valentino davvero gradito. Abbiamo optato per il menù di San Valentino di terra (allegato nelle foto); un tris di antipasti davvero ottimi, in particolare per me la battuta di fassona, il cannolo croccante era spettacolare, mai assaggiato niente di simile, davvero buono, il gulash si scioglieva in bocca e quel che sembrava purè uno dei più buoni che abbia mai assaggiato, un dolce semplice che purtroppo non è stato il mio preferito, un peccato ma assegno comunque 5 stelle perché è stata una gran cena. Un eccellente servizio, camerieri gentilissimi, in particolare quello che era assegnato alla nostra ‘zona’ e il prezzo ottimo per ciò che abbiamo mangiato, torneremo probabilmente per un menù alla carta o anche per l’altro menù degustazione pesce! Anche il posto, davvero curato e pulito! Davvero consigliatissimo!!
Da Hostaria San Carlo non si può magiare male! Piatti bellissimi e sempre molto curati, ovviamente squisiti! Location che ha i suoi anni, ed è bellissima così! Grazie alla simpatia del proprietario, la serata può solo che essere piacevole! Consigliatissimo per provare piatti tipici cremaschi e non!
Una cena tra colleghi ci ha portato qui. Io ho scelto il menù a base di pesce. Ho gradito tutto. Portate ben curate e porzioni che consentono di arrivare al dolce senza dover rinunciare alle diverse proposte. Personale attento rapido e cordiale.
È già il secondo anno che organizziamo un pranzo presso di loro. Devo dire che il luogo è davvero accogliente, le due salette col camino sono particolarmente curate, diciamo abbastanza per farvi sentire quasi a casa! Il servizio è impeccabile e nonostante questa atmosfera “alla buona”, dai piatti si capisce la ricerca che c’è dietro, la selezione delle materie prime in cucina. Insomma, tanta cura! Vi si accede con una classica strada “della bassa” costeggiata da fossi, dopo Moscazzano. Ci sono piatti di vario tipo e loro proposte particolari, ma se siete di passaggio ed è la prima volta che vi fermate, fatevi consigliare coi piatti della tradizione locale cremasca
È stata una scoperta meravigliosa immerso nella camoagna cremasca, piatti non banali ma ben amalgamati diversi ingredienti una combo perfetta per mio gusto,servizio impeccabile tempi idonei, insomma lo consiglio.
Piatti veramente buoni e location molto bella, elegante e particolare. Ottimo locale che offre specialità cremasche, posizionato nel verde dei prati e della campagna. Personale molto gentile e cordiale. Consigliato.
Perfect for an evening with friends or a private dinner. The menu is rich in local dishes, but with unique, imaginative touches (and some are a bit Nordic, given that the owner's wife is Danish!). The wine list is top-notch. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Impeccable service. We'll definitely be back, even if it's foggy!
Very clean, nice atmosphere, nice bathroom, nice dining room, everyone was very kind. Excellent food, I tried the guinea fowl and regretted not having it as a main course...the appetizer was superb, everything fresh and carefully prepared. We spent a bit, but considering the location, appetizer, first course, second course, desserts, and good wine...Okay. I haven't seen the episode about four restaurants, but that's okay. The food in Cremona is always good!!!
A top-notch dinner! • Location - A beautiful setting for this trattoria in the heart of the Crema countryside. A country road will lead you to this tiny village where it won't be difficult to locate the restaurant. Inside, it's well-maintained, precise, and orderly throughout. • Service - absolutely impeccable! Extremely kind and willing to accommodate even a few variations on the dishes, which is often unpredictable, perfect wait times, really little to say. • Food - No need to say much: the food is delicious! The pasta with squid tufts was excellent, with a special touch of garlic. The risotto was textbook: cooked al dente as the kitchen demands, impeccable creaminess, and an excellent overall consistency. Expectations for the main courses were high, and we were equally satisfied. The fried scamorza was a delight, while the lamb morsels were flavorful and tender. The desserts finished off beautifully, although perhaps they were the most bland part compared to the other courses. The bill was fair and absolutely in line with the amount of food and the service received. A truly beautiful place, worth a stop.

Excellent seasonal menu, unique and well-structured dishes. A mix of tradition and modernity. Welcoming atmosphere, very helpful staff. The selection of wines and spirits is also appreciated. A very pleasant lunch with friends.

Very good place, as usual. Good starters and main course. The bacon roasted and slow cooked really exceptional, like also the risotto zucca and porcini. Very good wine choice.
We had a lovely time in this charming restaurant. The staff and owners are super kind and speak French as well as English fluently. The food was delicious and we will definitely remember this meal. It is an Italian tradition to take more courses than one so take several. Ambiance and interior where on point. This restaurant will last in our memories.
A restaurant with meticulous attention to detail. They take care of guests from the moment they enter, when they collect their coats, to when they arrive at their table. A wide selection of dishes, all excellent and catering to every palate. In addition to the various dining rooms, there is a very intimate mezzanine. The staff is fast, friendly, and very polite. The gluten and lactose information is excellent, next to each dish on the menu. Dog-friendly, clean restrooms. Somewhat impromptu parking along the street.
Very special food in a beautiful place. Would recommend sitting outside. The tortelli cremaschi “tropicali” are truly incredible, as well as all the desserts. Maybe a bit more pricey than other restaurants in the area, but it’s worth it.

A very nice place, all the staff and owners at Hostaria San Carlo are friendly and very kind. The menu offers a variety of seafood and meat dishes, each one crafted with meticulous attention to flavor and the finest ingredients. I was more than satisfied. For me, it's one of the best in the Crema area. I'll definitely be back!
Ottima trattoria dal gusto raffinato che stuzzica il palato! Tanti piatti da scegliere nel menù che risulta veramente completo. Gustati degli ottimi piatti di carne. Leggermente caro. Buono il servizio con tempo d'attesa corretto.
Hostaria immersa nelle campagne del cremonese. Location accogliente Buoni tutti i piatti ordinati. Qualche pecca nel servizio ma tutto sommato siamo usciti soddisfatti
We chose this Hostaria for Christmas lunch, somewhat by chance because it was in a strategic location for all of us, and it was a real discovery. Everything was perfect, from the atmosphere to the friendly and prompt service from our waiter despite the crowds, the excellent food... a shame about some of the omissions in the bill: they charged us for coffees even though they were included in the menu, they rounded up the price per person, charging much more than they should have (and complained about the opposite instead!), and above all, they didn't remove the deposit they'd asked for when booking from the final price (we had to remind them!). This was very disappointing, since overall, the lunch was nothing to complain about. What a shame...
We went to this restaurant for our wedding anniversary dinner and had a great time. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a lit fireplace making the atmosphere even more pleasant. The food lived up to expectations, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The only small suggestion I would make concerns the moment when choosing from the menu: just a few minutes after being seated and receiving the menu, we felt a certain rush in wanting to order right away. We would have appreciated a little more time to read the menu and choose. That said, it's still a very positive experience and definitely a place we'll return to.

Place immersed in the countryside between fields, chickens and cows .. for us super place. We attended a communion and our accommodation was ideal in a room all for us. All the dishes were very good, small portions compared to expectations, but everything really very good. The waiter who served us and helped us was very good considering that several of us had problems with food allergies. A special praise to the super exquisite Mandarin sorbet
A charming restaurant housed in an old farmhouse. The food is good, especially the very tender and perfectly cooked meat. The wait may be a bit long, but it's worth it for the delicious dishes, some of which are sophisticated and made with international ingredients, but always top-quality! The combinations of the products presented are also thoughtful. The staff is young and friendly.

Un po' difficile da raggiungere, si trova in aperta campagna. Il locale potrebbe essere più curato ma non è male, il cibo è per lo più tradizionale ed è buono. I proprietari sono molto gentili.

Pretentious lady owner who wouldn’t have anything but her way on how I should have my steak. She should be reminded taste is a matter of preference and should let the paying customer have her steak “medium well” without stressing the dinner. Somebody should teach her some hosting manners! The place is nice enough to dine in that big hollow room where the guests are seated.
