Avis sur Jamba Mountain View
Good smoothie, juice, and acai bowl place! This store is only online orders though. I usually order white gummi, as the drink isn't to sweet or sour. If you want a thicker smoothie that is less sour and sweet, I recommend Smooth-talkin-mango. It's made with oatmilk and plant based. Overall, great juice and smoothies! 5/5 stars!
The young girl asked if I was interested in buying a tumbler. At first, I said no, but I changed my mind and bought one. I'm glad I did. I filled it with ice and water at 2 PM, and it still had ice the next morning at 5 AM. I love my metal tumbler.
Amazing and friendly staff. Delicious smoothies. Highlight of my day. Taking a break because of my A1C 😂. But believe me, I will be back!
My third time here, smoothies are always delicious! My favorite is the Blue Vanilla Sky. I love that they label the vegan/plant-based options and your first 9g Soy Protein boost is free. Add two more 9g boosts for $0.25 each to make it a 27g post-workout protein smoothie. Cameron and Alex provided excellent customer service.
Excellent speedy service with a smile. It's always a pleasure to interact with Daniel and Delia on my lunch break. They always make me feel welcomed. I haven't really interacted with the other staff, but it's clear that they're a great team always helping each other.
Great place I get a quick drink. Spacious both on the customer and employee side. They don't look too cramped or backed up to make your drink(s). Friendly staff and responsive. Everything looks clean. There's seating just on the outside of the shop if you want be outside enjoying the weather.

I went in to place an in person order on a Tuesday morning and I was instantly greeted and one of the young ladies came to take my order! I was amazed at the teamwork these kids had + they were happy and looked like they liked working together, the other times I’ve came sometimes the workers here just look miserable. My service was speedy and the drink tasted fresh. This is always my go to when it’s warm out!

I love jamba juice I just wish they'll be a way to use less plastic:)
Store like most Jamba Juices is a bit compact in this era of physical distancing. The drinks are great, free boost nowadays is nice.
Great service and they are really knowledgeable at giving you the best smoothie and fresh squeezed juice that is right for your tastebuds. Service is a little slow, but maybe because I showed up during rush hours.
The orange dream machine was tasty but it really wasn’t anything with fresh oranges. Would have loved to see more fresh juices vs artificially flavored drinks 🍹
Greeted by name most times, this neighborhood Jamba Juice offers great gluten-free smoothies that can satisfyingly replace a meal most days (especially if you ask for them to add peanut butter). Frequent Buy One/Get One discounts, too, and it's conveniently next to several restaurants, a drugstore, bagel shop and a Starbucks (so you can fold several trips into one).
UPDATE | June 29th, 2024‼️ *I received a response from the owner, I wanted to see if my issue was addressed and I ordered again today (June 29th). I received my bowl and was happy with the improvement 😄. My bowl was filled and not half empty, my extra ingredients were added, waffle pieces were bite sized 👌🏽. I am very happy with the results and will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they continue to fill my orders with care. Review - June 20th | This location is literally three minutes from my residence. For a bowl they charge you about $12.50 and can be more if you add more ingredients to your bowl. This location just can't keep it together. Sometimes my bowls are half full which is a rip-off or my added on ingredients don't get added to the bowl which is also a rip-off, I've paid the full price several times. This will be my last time supporting this location and I can clearly see this location is having trouble keeping patrons happy. If you the employees would just follow what is on the order ticket and actually fill the bowls properly, you would have happier customers. Today again, I paid for added on granola but the extra granola NEVER made it into my bowl at ALL. The waffle wasn't even pieced in chunks. I literally ate three HUGE pieces of waffle instead of 6 to 8 pieces. The bananas were added good grief. What I don't understand is, I went in to pick up the order and it wasn't busy at all. STOP rushing and carefully fill your orders?! 🤔

Got a smoothie yesterday and cannot complaint. Was pretty good and service seemed quick. However, by the time we got our 3 drinks in 10 minutes, there were a lot of people waiting. Seems like a populate place on a hot day. Enjoy!
The smoothies are consistently good, but the staff has seemed overwhelmed between online and in-person orders more recently. Don't be surprised if there's a bit of a wait.
The staff were very kind and service was quick (albeit it wasn’t busy when I went). I saw lots of reviews complaining about customer service, but my experience here today was pleasant . Drink was good too 🙂👍
I read all the reviews and was initially apprehensive about visiting this place, but overall, it turned out to be much better than I expected. The two staff members working there tonight were friendly, and I noticed one of them provided a very detailed response to another customer's questions. However, I didn't like the smell in the cafe—it was quite unpleasant. Additionally, it would be great if the waiting time could be improved, as I had to wait 10 minutes just for a cup of orange juice.

People didn't care i was in there. Eventually I figured out you have to order using tablet device. Didn't know they stopped taking orders manually.
Poor service when ordering, the smoothie was good but expensive And their store was so cold that all employees were wearing thick sweaters… learn to use the AC thermostat. It’s 80F outside
Should it take 20 minutes to make a smoothie? I guess, but at least tell us it's going to take that long.
Not as fast or good in service as the place I normally go in Sunnyvale. Though they were busy didn't cover the counter well seems everyone was making drinks
I don't know if it was because they were busy, but they added incompletely blended mangoes into my Orange Dream making it sour and not at all like an Orange Julius. Also, one of the workers had premade 9 White Gummie drinks and put them in the refrigerator and used those drinks that were sitting around and separating into layers to customers who ordered that drink. Yuck!
The most simple requests are NOT done at this location. I'll pass right by this one for a location where they can read the order ticket. Blended well is not hard to comprehend. *update* The manager response, after I had to drive back, gave an additional two stars to this location. The employees need more training. I know, it sounds amazing anyone needs training to use a blender but clearly these people do.
Jamba is my favorite place for juice; however employees here are very slow and distracted. I remarked a mistake they made with my order and in return I had an angry face followed 5 minutes later by an extra juice I didn't order. Juice are delicious but service is very bad, employees needs supervision and training programs here.
When did Jamba Juice prices go up to $7-12 each? What!?!? This visit may be our last because of the prices, which is sad to say with the hot summer months still ahead. For the same price as one $12 Jamba Juice, I can buy ingredients to make 4-6 smoothies at home. There were two employees in the store, the fewest I'd ever seen at any Jamba Juice. Neither offered any greeting. And there wasn't the option to order from a human. The only option was the kiosk, which I suppose also assumes that no one is paying with cash anymore. Hmm. There was no atmosphere. It was very quiet, just a bunch of groups huddled in different spots waiting for their orders, then leaving. I remember Jamba Juice stores feeling welcoming and lively, which was absent here. The smoothies tasted great, though they could have been blended for another 10-20 seconds so that we weren't getting our straws blocked by unblended chunks of fruit. Even if they were blended perfectly, the prices will keep me away.

Jamba Juice is by far my favorite smoothie location but, this jamba juice is not great. The customer service is just horrendous the employees are slow and never pay attention to the customer. Also, at this jamba juice exclusively the drinks are never fully blended and when I asked the staff to blend it again it was still chunky. I might add that the staff are just racist because the customer service varies on if your black. Just saying never coming here again until they the staff.
No consistency. We go to this location frequently. Sometimes it's great and sometimes (like today, Apr 29) it's so watered down and thin. I bit into too many ice chip pieces. We order the smoothies as a treat and it's such a disappointment when it's so diluted. We've finally decided not to play russian roulette and buy from jamba juice anymore.
[Adding written review in response to question from the owner (thanks for reaching out)] My suggestion is to either serve the full juice/smoothie menu until 8 pm—which does not seem unreasonable for a place that focuses on these items—or list the store hours as ending when such items stop being served. I've visited this location at least a dozen times, often between 7 and 8 pm, and the store has not once had orange juice available (which is an ingredient in a significant portion of the menu). The smoothies I end up getting are generally great; just not the ones I prefer. Also, my most recent visit was particularly disappointing in that the store had closed early without notice (to my knowledge). I arrived there at 7:53 pm to find the door locked, and the person inside the store (who I made eye contact with) simply ignored me/did not provide an explanation for the early closure.
i love jamba juice, but everytime i've been to this location this past year the staff have been cold, rude, and unhelpful. i don't know why- other locations are great but not this one.
Went there today and they were slammed. Two younger girls who didn't seem very enthusiastic made smoothies for customers, but what bothered me was that they had such little staff for how busy it was. It's hot now and during summer I expected to see more than a couple of employees managing a whole crowd. Normally I'd complain about food quality or poor service. In this case however those girls deserve some sort of raise, how annoying it was to watch them stressing over something that probably dragged down their day.
My mother was picking up our drinks from this location last friday and just didn’t feel welcomed. She said the dude luke who was working was literally just on the iPad, and didn’t pay much attention or didn’t notice. Not a great attitude either as when drink was ready, he handed it over pretty dismissively, almost like a “here.. damn” vibe. She said maybe he had a bad day but she felt like she was bothering him being there. Smoothie was decent tho.

The smoothie consistency, color, and taste has been different the times in a row,; and is not worth the $9 for a small. Overpriced and terrible
Placed an online order via Jamba Juice App. It said they closed at 9 but when I showed up at 8:36 they were already closed. I wasn’t the only customer who didn’t get to receive their order. Why not just update your open time? Hope I get my refund. Will update if there is.
Horrendous service. I placed a mobile order and only after I arrived do they tell me that they’re missing ingredients. Then they make me wait another 15 minutes before I can get my refund. What a completely waste of time.
Smoothies are fine but customer service sucks. They completely ignore customers. I said excuse me 5 times trying to pick up a mobile order, only to be completely bypassed. I ended up having to reach over the counter and read my smoothie that was half melted.
A group of unenthusiastic teenagers making your juice extremely slow and with unhappy faces. I had to wait for my order for over 30 minutes! I placed it on the phone, saying that I was in a hurry, and after arriving, there was an empty place with six employees. They didn't start doing it until I wanted to cancel the order. P.s. extremely cold inside
Does this location train their employees to actually talk to each other instead of I don’t know … work !!! Waited 25 min for my bowl. And they ALL WERE JUST TALKING TO EACH OTHER. I left. Got tired of waiting. Will not go to this location again. If u are trained to work slow they I give u 10 stars. Well deserved.
New girl Annabelle is obnoxious. Doesn’t know how to take an order. On the other hand this location has started taking 6 feet apart more seriously, which is a good thing. 2 year update from previous post: Place is still horrible and even with all new people you are still met with eye rolls, complete disregard for health standards, and 0 efficiency. 6:20pm Over 6 customers in store 1/3 employees is making herself a fresh squeezed OJ. Pumpkin smash came out like trash. Attitude when asked to remake.
By far the worst Jamba Juice in the area! *Constantly* out of food (there's a near-permanent paper sign on the front door saying what they're out of today), unfriendly staff, and worst of all, they just make the smoothies worse than anywhere else. At any other Jamba Juice (either of the Palo Alto stores, the Santa Clara store, etc.) when I get a Banana Berry with whey protein it's overflowing with creaminess, to the point of them giving me an extra small cup to hold the overflow. At this store, my smoothie doesn't even fill a single cup, and there's no creaminess whatsoever to the smoothie. Go to any other Jamba Juice in the area if you want a smoothie! It's worth the extra ten minutes.
Staff are extremely slow! They don't even welcome the customers in. They're rude when they give you the order. Horrible service!
My recent Uber Eats pickup experience at Jamba Mountain View was disheartening. Despite arriving at 8:02 pm, merely two minutes past their 8 pm closing time, I was met with a locked door, even though two staff members were still inside. We tried to get their attention, but they continuously ignored us for a frustrating 10 minutes. It was evident that they saw us, making their indifference even more hurtful. The least I expected was a simple acknowledgment and an explanation that they couldn't serve us. Such poor treatment left me with a lasting negative impression. I hope Jamba Mountain View learns from this and improves their customer service in the future.

I recently had a frustrating encounter with this location. Despite arriving five minutes before their closing time, they had already locked the door. Even after they acknowledged my pickup order, they refused to hand it over. I could see my order on the shelf, but they blatantly ignored my pleas. The lack of customer service left me feeling disregarded and disappointed. It's unfortunate that such behavior can taint a dining experience, making me reluctant to revisit this establishment.
Super rude, slow. Doesn’t seem like they are that trained, store was extremely dirty… I’ve been to a lot of jambas in the country and this is by far the worst one I’ve experienced, usually they are quick and serve you with a smile, just as I am writing this a large line of people so forming with no one to help. I went to Jamba Juice today and had a very unpleasant experience. I pre-ordered a Caribbean Passion via mobile order, and when I arrived at pickup time, there were a lot of customers inside the store. I picked up my juice, thinking that I was lucky to have ordered in advance, but the color was yellow. I always drank Caribbean Passion, so I knew the color was supposed to be pinkish orange, and as soon as I saw it, I knew something was wrong, and I told them that the juice must have come out wrong. They then told me that the strawberries and peaches were picked early and that's why it was the color it was! How ridiculous is this? This does not make any sense at all. I still thought it was too yellow, so I asked them to make it again because they probably left out the strawberries by mistake. I waited for a while and they never called my name, and when everyone else in the store had picked up and left and there was no one left, I told them again that my Caribbean Passion was still not out. Then they just asked me again what was wrong. I had been waiting there for about 20 minutes! So I told the staff again, I think the Caribbean Passion I ordered came out wrong. When I told them that this color was supposed to be pinkish orange, but it was yellow, they exchanged a few words amongst themselves and told me the same thing as before, that the strawberries and peaches were picked early and that's why they were this color. They told me that even if they made it again, it would be this color. I left the store, not wanting to waste any more of my time. The yellow Caribbean Passion they made me had already melted because it had been out for 30 minutes. I was thirsty so I drank it, and it tasted completely different from the Caribbean Passion that I always had. What a waste of time talking with the employees just to get a failed yellow Caribbean Passion!
I went in to order one small mango smoothie, and the lady who I assume is the manager was very unhelpful. Not only is she extremely loud & bossy, but she also does nothing! On multiple occasions, I have seen the other employees working their butts off in the front while it's busy, only to see her walk out with a smoothie in hand and start bumbling around. This is absolutely not fair to the employees who actually do their job, and she has to be talked to. As a long time customer, this is very disheartening to see, as I've seen the previous managers be hardworking, helpful, and kind people. Please do better when choosing people to hire to run your store.
Cashier needs better training on the Counterfit detector pen. Passed on my cash because she is not properly trained. I would post the pictures in their gallery... What an embarrassment... UPDATE. It was the assistant General Manager and when I spoke to her about it she became annoyed and condescending. All you need to do is test her and you can see she is not trained for her position. It's sad
The teens in there don't greet anyone walking in. There is no customer service at all. They just make the drinks or food and that's it. They don't take orders it's all touch screen. I'm sorry, those teens should be learning customer service. It's all about that in the real world and adulting. What is the world coming to?
This place used to be good. Made the custom order perfectly. Now the manager or supervisor looks super unfriendly. Unwilling to help. Made my drink that tasted like absolute garbage. Thanks for nothing.
I have liked Jamba Juice’s Orange juice in the past, and hence decided to get one at the Mountain View branch. I was running a little late and reached at 7:59pm when the store was supposed to close at 8pm. I agree I reached at the closing time which is not good. There was a guy at the store who closed the door at my face. I tried knocking, he looked at me and pretended to see past me. Extremely rude & disrespectful service to customers. If you needed to close a minute early, you could just tell me that you’re closed instead of slamming the door at my face. Will never go to this branch again.
Refused to take a gift card that I had which doesn’t expire (they said they no longer take this type). Went to a different location and they accepted it just fine, and had $2 cheaper smoothies. Don’t go here!
