Easily the best Subway I have EVER been to. We were on a road trip across country and stopped here the first time through. I couldn't believe how fresh everything tasted, looked, smelled and felt. Blown away! The portions were perfect and the guy behind the counter was kind, helpful and quick even with several of us in line. I had nearly given up on Subways but decided "Why not, there isn't another option for a while through the mountains. Man am I glad we ate there! So much so, I specifically asked my husband to stop on the way back through at that same location. Boom! Same great experience, better if possible! The second time a smiley lady helped us and she was the best. I couldn't believe it! They really wowed us. To the point where whenever we drive through again, we know we will be stopping there for sure. Thank you guys for setting the bar high, and maintaining wonderful people and top notch product! I wish I could give 10 stars. To the people working on 8/14/24 at 6:30 pm....THANK YOU!

Our experience at this location surpassed any we’ve had in the past!! Destiny and Maddy are wonderful!! We do not consume pork products and my husband asked Destiny if she could please change her gloves to make our sandwiches and she did, no problem. There was no attitude which is what we’ve experienced. She even asked for clean knives without us prompting. Maddy finished preparing our sandwiches and she was just as great as Destiny. She was personable, accommodating and even suggested chipotle sauce for my steak sandwich and she wasn’t wrong. It was yummy. These two young women are an asset to Subway and deserve to be recognized for their hard work.

We stopped by the gas station to load up for the river and pick up sandwiches. Mandy was an absolute gem! She was so friendly and so considerate. She double wrapped our sandwiches for us and even put our sauces on the side knowing we were going to eat them later. It was literally the best subway experience I've ever had. She needs a raise! Employers will be scrambling for someone like her.

I work late hours and it's great to have a 24hr subway. Great, but not uncommon. What is uncommon is to find a genuinely friendly and upbeat person behind the counter, ready to listen to your absurdly complex instructions on how to properly make your perfect sandwich while only adding 15 more steps than it should generally take, and still be jovial enough to send you home with a smile and positive attitude that I probably didn't enter with.... EVERY TIME. Thanks GEORGE, for always being extremely professional, patient, and mostly so positive that even if I wasn't hungry, I usually get a sandwich anyway, just to get better start on tomorrow. Rare to find on the night shift, wish they had 10 more just like you. Keep up the great work, and keep smiling.

In the grand scheme of things, it's a Subway. Nothing out of the ordinary special to note on this one except it's convenience form coming off the river. The food is good like most Subways. Decently clean environment and friendly staff "at least the times I've been". Will I go back? Absolutely, best and closest place to get a sub after coming off the river when you're craving one.

Waited 10 minutes for sandwich, wrong bread when i clearly said “italian cheese bread” instead got white bread, didnt slice sandwich down the middle, didnt add enough pickle when i said “a little more”

The single only reason this place gets rated so low is the twacked out older lady that works there that WILL mess your stuff up. EVERY SINGLE TIME she has been involved with my food she messes up and just expects you to get over it or laugh about it. My daughter is severely allergic to onions and when she put them on her sandwich I told her my daughter is severely allergic and can’t have them she just pulled most off and expected that to be ok. She couldn’t understand why I wasn’t going to feed my child that sandwich at all. She has over charged me more than once and when I try to tell her that isn’t correct (I know purely because I get the same double meat turkey most of the time) she just says “that’s the price, gotta pay if you wanna eat” and laughs. when I got a salad for my wife we watched the customer before us get their veggies cut up and when I asked for my wife’s tomatoes to be cut up because she is at work and can’t do it there (and who wants full slices of tomatoes on their salad) I was told “I don’t slice!” And the veggies just got thrown on there and I was expected to just deal with it once again. I implore you, if you walk in and see a twacked out older lady working just do yourself the favor and turn around and walk back out, for that is what I’ll be doing from now on. Even though there are slim options in Mountain View for eating I promise ANYTHING is better than dealing with that woman!
