No tax on beer since it is federal property. Buy a growler and get superb craft beer SUPER cheap! Custom burgers and subs are super good! Thursday and Friday are happy hour prices and have great happy hour food! All while sitting at hangar one looking at awesome jets at NASA!

Chill, casual atmosphere, good (but somewhat limited selection of) pub grub, great sandwiches and daily specials, and an excellent, ever-changing selection of microbrews. Would love to see a selection of healthier munchies (pretty much everything is deep fried; even steamed broccoli with cheese sauce, or chips and salsa would be healthier and still go well with beer). Other than that, a great place to unwind after a day of space research.

We love The SpaceBar and have been eating here for 2 years. It has indoor and outdoor seating, an alcohol bar and Peet's coffee bar. You can order smoothies also. On the food side are amazing burgers (made fresh to order), huge salads, old Bay fries, onion rings...you get the idea ;) There are daily specials, soda fountain, video games, streaming news, cold brew, good company... It's just all around great ;) Parking is plenty and free. It is on Moffet Airfield so have a government ID ready.

Great prices moderate selection, reasonable food. I am.told that the best time to hang out here is happy hour on Thursdays. The outdoor garden is pleasant. Fresh air in the city!

This was apparently the former Officers Club building and sits across from the looming Hangar One. Both the patty melt and Philly cheesesteak were tasty. Don’t miss the Moffet Field Museum across the street.

It is basically a self-serve place. For breakfast, you microwave your own sandwiches. It is very bare bones.

Finally back open, nothing special here. Just quick easy food on the installation.

It's a cafeteria that serves beer. $7 a can/pint, some hot food, and some food in the fridge. Not a whole lot of people and most older guys. They serve curly fries and onion rings fresh. I would pass on the onion rings tho.

This is just a cute little cafe at NASA Ames Research Park. I do not recommend the food here. However they have a great full bar a terrific bartender named dragon and a swell selection of on top brews.

I ordered a roast chicken salad and expected actual roast chicken but it was more like sandwich meat. The salad wasn't bad but it wasn't worth $10 .

Two stars because it's close to work but that's about it the prices have gone up and the portions have gone down the food used to be really good but since they raised the prices the quality of the food has seemed to have suffered.

I was just a hungry contractor trying to get a meal....didn't happen..no help. If you don't work there, your ignored. I was. I just walked out.
